Food was ok , not as tasty as chester restaurant. chips were covered in salt and oregano . Felt ripped off when bill came. Charged a weekend date on a Monday - because it is bank holiday . Staff told me it states this on the web - it doesn’t. £200 for 4- will not return

DO NOT BUY AFTERNOON TEA!!!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend. Service was ok, food was appalling. Dry sandwiches, only 3 sandwiches not even 2 slices of bread, cheese so thin you could see through it, dry cakes, curdled clotted cream that wasn’t refrigerated. Cost £110 for 2 people, the food alone was no more than £10, I did complain but was told nobody else has so they disagree with my comments and refused any sort of refund. Complete waste of money for my daughters Xmas present, will be reporting to trading standards.

One of the best meals I have ever had, all of the food was rich and cooked to perfection. Despite it being a 3 course meal I left comfortably full rather than bursting at the seams. The atmosphere was lovely with good service and a comfortable feeling inside the place. I had the cheese souffle to start, the fillet steak for my main with peppercorn sauce and the dark chocolate creme brulee for dessert. Without a doubt some of the nicest food I have ever eaten, the meals were not cheap but very much worth the price. Visited on a Thursday evening, a last minute reservation was made but it is always best to phone ahead to confirm that they are still open as Wednesday and Thursday then are not particularly busy and may close early.

Lovely meal, need to state on the menu the creme brulee has orange in it.

We booked this for dinner on the first night of a short visit. It was a bit ofva gamble as I booked it from the car as my partner drove us up from.the midlands, we fell in love with the place what more can I say. Service was really friendly and efficient. Had a great breakfast with a delightful cappuccino. The staff are friendly and very attentive.

Lovely bacon sandwich. The Ciabatta was fluffy and crispy. Really good. The side of halloumi was lovely too

A fantastic place for food. The restaurant is in one of the railway arches and creates a great atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and friendly and give advice about the menu and what wine to pair it with. The food was amazing and we couldn't fault it. Definitely will visit again. Booking is a must.

Food was ok, the rump and topside were not that good only the chicken and fillet were good. However they stopped bringing more meat so early saying the kitchen is closed.

This was our first time at Angels and it did not disappoint at all. Sadly we did not take any pictures as we had such a lovely night. The 5 course menu was beautiful from start to finish . I would fully recommend this as a must go to destination .

Very tasty Pizza, staff a bit off and music too loud and odd selection for what is supposed to be a neopolitan Italian restaurant. Reasonable prices, limited selection of vegetarian options though you can mix and match.

Preciosa comida fresca a precios muy razonables con un ambiente familiar en el restaurante o tener una cabina para una pareja. El propietario es particular al detalle con el servicio.

The most wonderful meal, ( not cheap)made with love and served with joy.. a delicious taste in every bite. We didn’t know what to expect, but imagine opening a cracker and discovering you have a gold coin, not a plastic one😄😄
