Jardim Rodizio in Trafford

Went for a lunch date with my meat living husband. Super great atmosphere, it was buzzing, even though it was early. The food was fantastic, the meat courses just keep coming, they're carved at your table so you can pick your cut and amount. The salad bar has amazing variety and the creamy mushrooms are superb. The fact all the warm sides, even those you order separately are included in the price is great. The price is very reasonable for the experience on the whole. Would definitely come again! Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Our servers, Jenny and Tony, were stellar, attending to our every needs. The food was amazing, and the service time was just right. The salad bar was extensive, with a large array of delicious food items. Can’t wait to come again!

We've been wanting to dine here for a while, and tonight, we weren't disappointed. The food is fantastic! We came away so full we could hardly walk! We lost count af the number of lovely, succulent meats we sampled, the buffet bar is great too.Stand out for me, the creamy garlic mushrooms, Lamb rump and the Honey Pork. A relaxed atmosphere with attentive and informative staff, we had a great evening.

Unfortunately the experience was lacklustre. I wasn't going to do a review but as two of my party have and received passive aggressive replies rather than accepting the feedback, I feel as though I now need to. As already stated by my friends, we didn't get a wide selection of meats and if we as halal customers are paying the same price as non-halal customers I'd expect a similar selection apart from the pork of course but perhaps with substitutions... I've been to other Rodizios and never been served strips of meat on a platter. You say yourself that the Rodizio is all about interaction and part of this is the theatre of the meat being carved at the table so I don't understand this contradiction... The atmosphere isn't great and most tables were empty. I think the issue here is price. Jardim is obviously competing with Fazenda but at only £4 less than Fazenda for an inferior Rodizio as well as an inferior salad bar offering, I would pay the extra for the better atmosphere and food offering at Fazenda. My genuine advice is that as you can't compete on the array of food offering, you must compete on price and service. The service for our meal was bipolar - it was excellent from the aspect that they allowed us to pray in a secluded area and offered us grilled pineapple without the gammon, but on the other hand at a premium restaurant this should've been the default. Areas of improvement for the service include asking everyone in a group if their coats can be stored rather than just done individuals and to not over promise and under deliver. I really want you to succeed and sincerely hope you take this as genuine feedback and constructive criticism but await your standard passive aggressive reply.... *update* Following a slanderous response where you say people in my party complained about 'lack chorizo and gammon at the table, when the party was booked as requesting halal meats. If you were the one running the business, would you find that reasonable?' I have no choice to amend the review and reduce service from 3 stars to zero. I also suggest you reread those reviews instead of concocting lies. You have just lost me as a returning customer.

This was our first visit and the Food was amazing and we loved how the table service process worked for the food with the traffic light cube to signal if we were ready for more of the meats! Easily the best place we have been to Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to anything we needed We will definitely be coming more regularly

It's a lovely place, friendly staff but the frequency of the meat service was below expectation. After the initial service, our table was mostly forgotten!

We went for Saturday Brunch & it was excellent. The quality and choice of food and drinks was very good. The staff were brilliant, very attentive & friendly. At £35 per person we thought it was very good value.

It was really nice in fact it was the best restaurant in the entire of Altrincham

Far too expensive for what we had. Over £105 for 2 people which included a G&T each. Food was nice and good service but far too overpriced.

Excellent selection of meat to offer, salad bar was good and there was an array of options to chose for. Service was good and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although service slowed down later on, we all still left full. The Picanha, chorizo sausages and chicken thighs was star of the show!

Me and my mum came in today to try the food as we have a party booked in the private room at the end of March, Our server was Molly and what a lovely young woman she was so polite so helpful and an absolute credit to the team. The other waiters serving the meats were also very Lovely + made small talk which was nice when explaining what the meats were when serving which was helpful. The assistant manager was extremely informative and very helpful and came to check on us while we were dining. All in all we can’t wait for our return to jardin where they serve great food, beautiful well presented cocktails , a fab atmosphere and brilliant service. 5 stars from us! Thankyou again.

Lovely restaurant in Altrincham. Brazilian style buffet with a range of delicious meats. Staff were friendly and tentative. Lovely interior and enjoyed the music/atmosphere. The meats were great but the pork belly was over cooked, it was tough and dry. I think the meats could have been seasoned more too but there was salt a& pepper on the table so no biggie! Generous sizes for cocktails! We would go again!

Absolutely shocking! Sat on the table for 20 odd minutes before we were spoken to. They sat us in the back conservatory. We were told that the people in the back didn’t have green and red cards…….we had to ask why in the end because no one was coming with the meat and they said people had stolen them…….. We were last to get the meat pretty much every time as the servers had ran out by the time they had reached us…..on 2 occasions they went between 15-20 minutes before someone can with food and we were just sat waiting. The waiting staff in the meantime were pretty rude, they kept forgetting our order when we asked for doh balls. By the time the meat came to us as we were sat in the back it was pretty much not cooked and ultra rare which I struggled to eat. We had to ask approx 5 times if we could get service which was very awkward. When we asked for cheeseballs (side) in the meantime the waitress the waitress said that they are complimentary and you only get 2 (bear in mind the portion had two balls on there). The same waitress also added £10+ tip on to our bill which we asked to be removed. There were 3 servers of meat for the whole packed restaurant, so the actually waitresses and waiters had to serve some of the meat. The selection compared to fazenda, Ben Brasil and Rio in Warrington was far superior and the service is much better in all 3. Hugely disappointed in this place and had a shocking experience. Definitely go elsewhere for a better experience.

I booked this restaurant to celebrate my son’s 18 th birthday & it was fantastic. We had a table of 17 & we found the staff were very polite & helpful, the service was 1st class & the food was without doubt the best I have had in many years. A big thank you to all the team at the Jardim as you made a special birthday a fantastic memory.

Service is above amazing, both manager and waitress were super. Food is nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great place to watch up with friends and/or celebrate.

Possibly the best restaurant in Manchester! The food is amazing and the staff are so welcoming, on our first visit here we had a lovely waitress give my wife and i a complimentary shot, the buffet is amazing, great value for money. You will definitely leave here satisfied, highly recommended!!

I asked the team a favour if they can help me celebrate both my friends birthday by surprising them with a piece of cake each and a candle, the team went above and beyond by presenting a very nice chocolate cake with a fantastic sparkle candle. Thank you so much for the lovely service and food you've given us. We shall dine here again next month.

The food was so yummy, the meat was so tasty and fresh. Our waiter was lovely and had a good laugh with him. The entire restaurant is very modern, classy style and we had such a good time.

Couldn’t fault the staff, plenty of choice, was fairly quiet when we visited. The food was not as good as Fazenda which is at the same price point, was as much on offer but not as nice. I’d give it another try as live local and may have just gone on a bad night

Quite disappointed. Despite friendly service, it is overpriced for what they offer. Went there for dinner, but actually most of the meat they brought out are those in lunch menu, and some items like ribeye in the dinner menu were never seen throughout the entire meal. Food was mediocre and a bit under seasoned. Beef and lamb were undercooked while pork were overcooked and dry. Chicken thigh was pretty good, but we did not expect to pay £40+ per person just to have some nice chicken.

Fantastic meal with friends. Great for people with food allergies, too! Food is excellent, staff are friendly, good space at the tables and a lovely atmosphere.

The service was excellent and they went above and beyond to please us. Without me asking and just wrote a note on the reservation that it was a birthday celebration, they came with a candle/ sparkler and a dessert singing happy birthday at the end of the meal! So kind! Attended for bottomless brunch but changed our mind on arrival to the menu and we are glad we did. Nothing negative I can think of and the dinner courses are absolutely delicious. Much better buffet options compared to before. Decent value given the price, especially when dining with kids.

Very good food. Lovely restaurant. We will definitely be going back again. The portion sizes were large, and I asked to take one of my salmon pieces home in a doggy bag. Bit of a strange situation as the waitress said it wasn't possible unless it was for me and not for pets. Since I've paid for the food,and it was specific if 2 pureness of salmon from the special menu, I think I can give it to whoever I like or take it home as it wasn't the all you can eat stuff. Knocked a star off the service for that, as I feel a bit of customer service is lacking with a certain member of staff. Apart from that, all good.

The food itself was good - tasty. However, each of us (a group of 7) felt it was overpriced for what it was. We had to request that more meat was brought around more regularly (i understand that the restaurant won’t want to do this as it cuts into their margins). The reality is that we could have had a fillet steak in a restaurant in Hale or Altrincham for less money. Having to chase more meat is the reason i marked down the food and the service - the staff themselves were polite, welcoming and friendly. We were there from 5pm-7pm and it was quieter than i expected - only a couple of other tables in. It was clean and tidy. There’s a lot of choice locally and customers are discerning. If they feel they are not getting value for money, they will go elsewhere. Having been - and now with the view that they deliberately slow the pace with which they bring you the meat (it’s a fixed price irrespective of how much/little you eat), none of us would return. There are better alternatives that cater for both quality and price.

Unfortunately we were seated in the back room, I booked this four weeks ago so I didn’t expect to be in a green house round the back. The air con was not on despite us asking for it to be switched on. It was boiling hot. The sky light unfortunately was open and we got soaked when the rain started. We waited 30 minutes to be offered a drink young new waitress. Very sweet but no idea. Service in the back was very very slow. Nothing like you get in the main restaurant. We had to ask for tongues for the meat. Ask for the meat to come again, despite our dice bring green, it’s like you were totally forgotten about. They didn’t forget to add the tip, which was a bit cheeky after our experience. We have been here and recommend this restaurant to lots of friends. I would specify not to sit in the back area, and if I was allocated this area. I would leave. Not great for two Father’s Day dads. Up side the gents got a complementary beer which was very sweet.

the meat was particularly tasty, well seasoned and nicely grilled to render the fat. the chicken hearts were a nice twist. the salad bar was fresh and the hot sides were decent. service was excellent as ever, attentive without being on top. not super fond of sitting in the terrace as i cant eat comfortably on padded garden chairs and the atmosphere is a bit flat, more for families and older folk than a raucous group of merry men

Lovely place, staff always majorly friendly. Meat service was quick and top class. Food was exceptional. Choice of “farmers” table (salad bar) was great. This place is absolutely fabulous,the food was exquisite to the point where me and my partner could not say no every time they brought the meat around,the salad bar bar was phenomenal and the drinks were perfection. The price is completely in line with how amazing the service is and the food not to mention how welcoming the atmosphere was as soon as I walked in. I'd like to say that all night every staff member that was in was incredibly attentive. It's 5/5 in my book and if I could rate it more stars I would ✨️!

Jardim lived up to it's TripAdvisor reputation. Visited for lunch as a treat and we were definitely treated. Faultless food and lovely service.

We've always opted to go to bem brazil previously for a similar kind of cuisine, having not known about Jardim until recently, but They had quickly started to really disappoint with their lack of service and value for money. We visited Jardim last night and did not leave disappointed! The staff were very welcoming, professional, polite and attentive. The salad bar was brilliant, something our previous choice of resturant had stopped doing, everything was fresh and tasty and there was lots to choose from We ordered 1 of each side and especially liked the truffle fries and the maccaroni cheese with jalapeños i could've easily ate a large bowl on its own! The servers with the meat skewers were coming round regularly and the cuts of meat were juicy and cooked perfectly, the sausages and chicken were also delicious 😋 This experience has easily put Jardim at the top spot for us ahead of bem brazil and even fazenda! We will be back very soon!

Absolutely amazing. Came with a friend for lunch and was blown away with just how tasty and vast variety of meats and salads. I believe today's chef was Giovanni so many compliments to him. The chorizo sausages were amazing and the pincanha were to die for. Can't wait to come again. Service amazing to.

THIS IS THE WORDT RODIZIO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY. POOR SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. FIRST THE WAITRESS DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANY DRINKS. SECONDLY, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE MEAT CAME EXTREMELY SLOWLY, AND SKIPPED OUR TABLE ON MOST OCCASIONS. WE DIDNT GET THE RIB EYE MEAT WHICH WE SHOULD HAVE. WE WERE NEVER ASKED WHAT MEATS WE WOULD LIKE MORE OF. WE HAD THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MEAT SERVED THAN ANY RODIZIO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. ALSO THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO ADD 12.5% SERVICE CHARGE, AND DIDNT MENTION IT. SO BEWARE. MAYBE THEY SHOULD FOCUS MORE ON PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE, INSTEAD IF CHARGING FOR IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS RODIZIO AT ALL COST AND GO TO ANOTHER ONE WHICH WOULD BE CHEAPER AND BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD. I WOULD NEVER RETURN HERE.

Excellent place with superb service. By far the best service we had in the UK. Our daughter wanted to go to a churrascaria restaurant for her birthday As we got in, we were greeted with a smile and a kind service Our waitress was warm and helpful The food was great. Our daughter wanted something similar to Fogo de Chao, but the food was better by far in Jardim The meat servers were very attentive to details. For example one of them noticed that we were waiting for picanha at some point and made sure to bring a skewer promptly The atmosphere, the service and the food quality were superb In short very recommended and if we ever come through greater Manchester again we will make sure to visit again
