Dan, my son, celebrated his birthday with you on Saturday evening. It’s our first visit to the restaurant and it was brilliant. Everyone looked after Dan really well and he loved all the food but especially the steak. Thank you everyone. X

Jardim lived up to it's TripAdvisor reputation. Visited for lunch as a treat and we were definitely treated. Faultless food and lovely service.

We've always opted to go to bem brazil previously for a similar kind of cuisine, having not known about Jardim until recently, but They had quickly started to really disappoint with their lack of service and value for money. We visited Jardim last night and did not leave disappointed! The staff were very welcoming, professional, polite and attentive. The salad bar was brilliant, something our previous choice of resturant had stopped doing, everything was fresh and tasty and there was lots to choose from We ordered 1 of each side and especially liked the truffle fries and the maccaroni cheese with jalapeños i could've easily ate a large bowl on its own! The servers with the meat skewers were coming round regularly and the cuts of meat were juicy and cooked perfectly, the sausages and chicken were also delicious 😋 This experience has easily put Jardim at the top spot for us ahead of bem brazil and even fazenda! We will be back very soon!

Went for a quiet late afternoon lunch on a Friday. Not very busy but the selection was good and the meat kept coming at a good pace.

Absolutely amazing. Came with a friend for lunch and was blown away with just how tasty and vast variety of meats and salads. I believe today's chef was Giovanni so many compliments to him. The chorizo sausages were amazing and the pincanha were to die for. Can't wait to come again. Service amazing to.

Excellent place with superb service. By far the best service we had in the UK. Our daughter wanted to go to a churrascaria restaurant for her birthday As we got in, we were greeted with a smile and a kind service Our waitress was warm and helpful The food was great. Our daughter wanted something similar to Fogo de Chao, but the food was better by far in Jardim The meat servers were very attentive to details. For example one of them noticed that we were waiting for picanha at some point and made sure to bring a skewer promptly The atmosphere, the service and the food quality were superb In short very recommended and if we ever come through greater Manchester again we will make sure to visit again

THIS IS THE WORDT RODIZIO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY. POOR SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. FIRST THE WAITRESS DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANY DRINKS. SECONDLY, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE MEAT CAME EXTREMELY SLOWLY, AND SKIPPED OUR TABLE ON MOST OCCASIONS. WE DIDNT GET THE RIB EYE MEAT WHICH WE SHOULD HAVE. WE WERE NEVER ASKED WHAT MEATS WE WOULD LIKE MORE OF. WE HAD THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MEAT SERVED THAN ANY RODIZIO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. ALSO THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO ADD 12.5% SERVICE CHARGE, AND DIDNT MENTION IT. SO BEWARE. MAYBE THEY SHOULD FOCUS MORE ON PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE, INSTEAD IF CHARGING FOR IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS RODIZIO AT ALL COST AND GO TO ANOTHER ONE WHICH WOULD BE CHEAPER AND BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD. I WOULD NEVER RETURN HERE.

We had a lovely bottomless brunch today food and staff were amazing would totally recommend!

really enjoyed our evening here, the food was delicious and very nice lovely atmosphere, we thought it impossible that the meat would arrive frequently but it was the total opposite! i didn’t manage to even finish all the meat we were offered! what made it significant though was the server Karen, an absolute pleasure to be around, excellent knowledge and made us feel completely relaxed and confident that we were about to have a good time; exactly what is needed from a server! thank you we will come again!

First time visiting with my daughter in law and will most certainly return many more times, God willing, the abundance of healthy buffet options presented to perfection. As well as hot sides to choose from, also how wonderful they bring continuous hot, cooked to your spec meat/ vegan/ fish as you enjoy what’s on your plate, you can even take a break, then start up again.. I was thrilled that the sweet wine was actually sweet a Malbec 17.5% 🥴 yes I was a little. Staff were welcoming, and pleasant, place is clean inviting and quite spacious 5 out of 5 for me 🎖️

Celebrated my 60th with family. We all had a wonderful time and were stuffed!

Exceptional food and attentive service.... one of the best places to eat in Altrincham.

We ate here one early evening. Very helpful staff who moved the tables to accommodate us. Simply superb amount of food, with unlimited fresh chips in truffle oil and macaroni cheese. We had the unlimited rodizio at £80 for 2. Much better value than at similar restaurants. Excellent selection of salads and feijoada and lovely cuts of meat but we really couldn't do the food justice as we became too full too soon, despite only having one pint of lager each! Staff were so friendly. Restaurant began to fill up later and a good family atmosphere. Would recommend.

I went on a Thursday night for my birthday with the kids, the food was great, the meats were tasty. Can't fault it, there was a piece of plastic in my salad, nothing to stress about but let the waitress know in case there were more in the salad bowls. They took the chips and sides off the bill. Cant fault 4 of us eating with drinks for £170 ;-)

Service was very good and nothing was too much trouble. They even brought a sparkler and cake and ice cream for the birthday girl.

A new experience. Enjoyed every minute. Meat and salads perfect. A joy to choose what and how much to eat. Something for everyone.

I was expecting better... instead, i felt we sat down and were bombarded with round after round of meat until one of us decided to succumb and accept no more. After the first 15 minutes of constant meat skewers, it all went quiet. Yet, once we decided that we would like to 'accept' more servings on the table, the servers seemed to get offended when we declined their constant offerings of cheaper meats.... chicken thigh, chorizo, skirt etc etc. I eventually asked if we could get served Rib-eye, as that was not an option which had been presented for over an hour, and i think they only asked if we wanted anything else, as we seemed to be sat at the table for a bit too long... when they brought out the 'rib-eye' it seemed to be the leftovers and not on a spit. Essentially, just a hunk of beef that they called rib-eye. I'm sad to say that I was a bit disappointed.

First time visiting Jardim. Had an excellent evening. Staff very helpful and the service and food was outstanding. Definitely will do it again.

Food was amazing but the service was slow and waited along time for food and found it hard to get staffs attention to order which was disappointing on a timed table . Drinks were good and came fast would go again

Great atmosphere and well attended. But it needs more Brazilian and current music.

Really good experience, staff were welcoming and the place had a great atmosphere. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh quality food and wasn’t lacking or left to run down. The meat was excellent. The Pichana was some of the nicest steak I’ve ever had.

Had a fabulous evening here celebrating my husbands birthday. We had our own room at the back but you didnt feel like you were out of it. The staff were so attentive, the food delicious. Definately recommend Jardim. Communication from the beginning of the booking (as it was a large group) was second to none. Will definitely be back as will some of the party.

Caters for disability willingly, and in my opinion that counts for a lot! Was more than happy to accommodate a reasonable request even though they took a little less profit. Will return again and again based on customer service and food. More sophisticated than your average “All you can eat,”- setting is perfect - we were seated in a little back room which was spacious and quiet enough to enjoy chatting before the food was brought out. Sufficiently roomy so guests aren’t banging each others chairs like some places. Wide range of meat - something to suit everyone’s taste and choice as to how well done or rare. Food was piping hot and carved in front of diners adding to authentic experience. Staff were attentive and topped drinks up without being pushy. Drinks prices in line with most high street venues although mocktail was served in a lovely glass and presented beautifully. Salad was fresh and sundries tomatoes were delicious. A lovely surprise complimentary dessert at the end when they realised our son was 18. Rarely leave reviews but this place is 5* on every level and v reasonably priced considering town centre location, quality of food and atmosphere. Definitely will be returning. An absolute gem.

Relaxed atmosphere, good service. Eat as much as you want with a good selection of foods to help yourself to at the salad bar and you can frequent many times as you like. Vegetarian choices provided.

We went here for lunch…we opted for a vegetarian menu.. salad bar was quite nice with lots of fresh options and good number of vegetarian options too. Drinks which we ordered were mock-tails and were nice and fresh. However was disappointed with the mains. Ravioli portion size was humongous and the tomato sauce was too overpowering that the basil flavour were completely lost. Liked the sweet potato and chickpea arancini.. overall and okay experience.. didn’t think it was that outstanding.

Had lunch here so it was quiet but background music was great. Food and service was excellent, selection of salads and meat so tender I could have eaten all afternoon . Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon

We recently had a wonderful day out with my family at Jardim . The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food was delicious with all beef cooked to individual taste,and enjoyed their meals. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. Fantastic experience this evening.....staff went out of their way for my 12yr old daughter and her friends to have a grown up birthday dinner (accomodating me on another table out of the way). Welcoming lovely staff, delicious food and great atmosphere.....would definitely recommend and will be back!

We’ve been before and felt this time that the quality of the food wasn’t as good. Lots of the meat was quite fatty and for the price this wasn’t great. The service was slow too. Disappointed

Ate here Saturday 17 Aug on the brunch deal. Fabulous choice of unlimited food and the salad bar was amazing. I opted for steak and eggs which was top class.. Unlimited drinks of fizz, beer , gin tonic cocktail. And a rum based cocktail. Great service …. My only slight fault was having finished the food with one drink to go after the time was up we were asked if we would move to the bar. The reason they said was the table was required because they were due to be busy… We declined the offer to move to some high bar stools after eating a huge meal.. The front of the restaurant was empty apart from one large party on the other side. Just took the edge of the afternoon. It remained the same even as we left. Well worth a visit.

All good things must come to an end. Really disappointed at latest visit. I've only ever had maybe one average meal out of several dozens before but it's now gone downhill. The new waiting staff aren't at the same level. I knew all the previous ones by name, was greeted so friendly and served so professionally and personally. Meat on offer is now very limited (and weirdly less range at night than at lunch, just the same steaks going round and round, picqnha (great, although they didn't name the steaks when they came round), overcooked "garlic steak" and overcooked "filet steak", gammon and pineapple, nothing else offered to us at all. Had to ask a few times for fries, weren't offered any sides or sauces, and had to prompt ourselves. Used to have an amazing rich authentic chocolate dessert, now replaced with something very basic and just not nice. Wine quality has gone really downhill. Only positive is the range of serve yourself items which is roughly similar in scope and quality. Now very expensive overall for the quality (£175 for 2 inc drinks) Won't be back after previously being a very loyal customer for many years. Such a shame, I know things are tight in the sector but they've just cut far too many corners.

Came here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. It was excellent service, incredible food and very good value for money. We had a great evening, would highly recommend and we'd be back again. Also really good options if you have any intolerances, I'm lactose intolerance and I could eat all the meat and most of the stuff at the salad bar. Salad bar was also excellent and great range of side dishes.

Exceptional food, salad bar was so good and had such a great variety. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Made a lovely effort for my boyfriends bday by bringing out a dessert and singing happy birthday. Also very accommodating for intolerances/allergies. We will definitely be back. Its a lovely place to dine for a celebration.

First time experience of a Rodizio restaurant and it was a good one in the evening. The food was plentiful both in quantity and choice at the side buffet. The meats served at the table were varied and good quality and constantly supplied. There was a fish option too for non meat eaters. Service was friendly and relaxed. You really cannot go wrong here.

It's hard to start a review when there's so much to comment... from the amazing decor, that blew our minds, to the service everything was amazing. Food was great and the idea of the red and green cubes, allowing us to establish the pace of the meal, made it even better! The team that served us was always ready and nothing was ever too much. It's not only the food that keeps a restaurant but also the team. Congratulations to the manager (you are very special and you made our night). My only regret is that we live too far away to make us regulars costumers.

Went for my dads birthday and loved it! Second time I’ve been and looking forward to going again. Really friendly staff, amazing choice and quality of food. Staff also had a little surprise for my dad at the end to celebrate his birthday. Can’t wait to try some of the other foods on the menu

I went in for bottomless brunch with friends and it was absolutely great. You definitely get your moneys worth- the food was amazing, and the drinks on the bottomless brunch menu were much better than I was expecting. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great service. Will definitely be going back!

When we arrived there was no one there to greet us. We had to find our own table which was disappointing as we were there to celebrate a birthday. Food was OK, very slow service even though there were only a couple more customers. Service charge added to the bill was £25 which was over priced for the service we received.

Nice food, service was very average. Cocktails very good. I was expecting better but worth a try if you’re a big meat lover.

We came for a birthday lunch with family of all ages. The service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time and enjoyed their meal. The food was delicious. The salad bar had so much variety and everything was lovely. The meats were really good, and came around at a good pace. Everyone was looked after and meat was cooked to order specially. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend.

An Okay experience. As a churrasco-loving and expert Brazilian, I've got to say a few things. The meat has almost no salt. The bbq is gas powered, not charcoal. Charcoal is DETRIMENTAL for a true churrasco. The buffet is very, very limited. The beer is lager, far from what we drink in Brazil. The atmosphere is too dark and 1 out of 20 songs are Brazilian - mostly Caribbean music which has nothing to do with Brazil. And the price. 105 quid for 2 people and two drinks each - non alcoholic. I could make better churrasco at home, frankly. And there is no parking.

The service and staff were excellent, and always happy to help. The food was stunning, and the atmosphere was fantastic. For sure, it will be back.

Food was very nice! But service was way too slow, which really let it done, waiting up to 10 15 mins for each meat to come around to the pount had to ask someone if they will bring some, was there a hour and half and only got to try about half of the meat items, as the bill came i was asked if there was anything i wanted to try before i left, so i told the server and they came back around the room with what i asked for but served every other table first and by time got to us they had ran out, so just paid and left

Music was a bit loud and was a bit random/out of touch with the theme of the pavement but a throughly enjoyable evening.

Food is great, we really enjoy every single bite! Staff very friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure.

Se vc é brasileiro tá procurando comida com gosto de comida brasileira não vá, fomos comemorar o aniversário da minha irmã e escolhemos o jardim, O restaurante é lindo, mas a comida não é tão boa, não tem variedade, as carnes são nota 7 tinha gosto de fígado, não é assada com sal grosso e basicamente só tinha picanha que acho que era alcatra. Acredito que pelo restaurante estar vazio só tinha nos é mais 2 mesas eles não estavam assando e passando tanta carne. A coisa mais saborosa que comi foi o abacaxi não vale o preço acima da média das outras churrascarias em manchester.

Meat was very raw still on several occasions we spent over £300.00 and was hit with 12.5%service charge adding another £40.00 to our bill we were never told about this or asked if it was optional. Regular customers here so were dissapointed. We were also charged for my 4 year old neice was not asked her age

Another great visit. Five of us visited to celebrate my Sister's birthday and all had a fabulous time. We were greeted warmly on arrival and seated quickly. The food is great (my favourite is the salad bar) and everyone found something on the menu to their liking. The staff here are the best - nothing is too much trouble and they constantly check that you have all you need without being intrusive. We celebrated my Sister's birthday and she was given a complimentary sparkling wine and then later they brought out a chocolate brownie and ice cream for her along with one of the Vesuvius candles and she was really touched. This place is well worth a visit and we are now planning the next.

We had a work event at Jardin on Tuesday this week. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was incredible, the staff were so friendly and attentive, the decor is beautiful. We will definitely be back. Such a lovely meal, thank you.
