This is a great venue for a celebratory lunch. The set-up allows everyone to eat at their pace and sample the items they want. The service was great, lead by our server Ana.

The staff were brilliant. The food was amazing. Clio was wonderful. The meat was delicious. It was my mum’s birthday so she got a free ice cream. I also got an ice cream with my sisters. Not to far from the hotel so it was ideal.

This was my first time visiting and I have to say I was very impressed right from the get go. Prior to arriving, RIO staff had telephoned me to ensure seating arrangements for our party were adequate. As I have mobility issues we were seated in the main part of restaurant not far from the salad area. The staff were very friendly and we struck up a conversation with Val and also Miya, who was there on her first night of employment. Miya was extremely friendly and easygoing whilst professional in her approach when waiting on and clearing our table after our meals. In passing, we split the bill 3 ways as one of our party was celebrating his birthday. Upon hearing this, Val excused herself and then returned with a slate plate with ice cream and a “Happy Birthday” message, with members of staff gathered to sing Happy Birthday. This was a lovely sincere gesture and made a fine end to our evenings experience . We had a delicious meal with the various cuts of meat, cooked to perfection. Definitely our new choice of venue for meals out. We will certainly return soon. I would like to wish Miya all the best and good luck in her new position and hope to see you again. Jane McMillan

Absolutely outstanding! Food was amazing and the staff were also great, very helpful and attentive just can't fault the place!

A great range of salads to choose from. Meats were varied so a good experience to try if you haven't been before. If you eat in the evening then the set price may not suit you if you don't tend to each much. Catching the cheaper prices in the afternoon would get me back for a repeat visit. Otherwise as a one off treat. Expensive. No variety of meat I tried could be said to be stand out or melt in mouth.

Rio Warrington - A great place to visit. The meats served to you plus the lovely and comprehensive self serve salad bar are excellent. Staff service was superb. My only constructive criticism is that the wines are a bit overpriced. Really enjoyed our time here.

Great food, arguably the best meal I've had in Warrington. Not cheap, but get what you pay for.

Very very expensive. I prefer my meats cooked well done and asked for well done as when meats are served to the table they aren't well cooked. Considering what I paid I only had a few cuts of meat as had to wait and wait and wait for welldone food by whichtime the rest of my party had eaten.

Very good buffet salad , meat was really good. The only negative being the price it’s only £35 in the evening in Manchester not sure why they want to charge £45 in Warrington and when only one of the party of 2 is a big meat eater it’s just not worth it . Not keen on the service charge either if I want to tip I’ll add it on thanks !

First time there, went for Sunday lunch and didn't eat after that until the next day 😃. Salad bar is fantastic as is the constant supply of meat to your table.

The staff are really accommodating and helpful. Food is beyond delicious and the service is amazing. Will visit again!

From the moment the door host Poppy showed us to our table it was a great experience, all the staff are really helpful and add to the whole experience. The choices of food at the buffet are more than you can eat to try them all, and the food just keeps coming to your table as well. Leaving here not full of food is not an option, the staff make sure of that.

Waiters walk around with different cuts of meat in a variety of doneness levels. Rich salad bar. Brazilian music in the background, courteous and fast service. warmly recommended.

I visited this restaurant when it first opened the food was absolutely amazing outstanding the service came round every couple of minutes loading the plates with whatever meets they had available really good. Second time round unfortunately was nowhere near as good we came in about 6 o’clock and it seems to me that a lot of the meats was not yet ready for service. We felt like we was getting the only first what was available, apart from?

Best place for steak However, the staff will try and add a service fee without you knowing. It should be an option to add, not an option to remove. It’s the equivalent of going to a petrol station and the “donate to a charity” automatically getting added to your bill without asking.

Came here upon recommendation from my brother in law he absolutely raved about it and he was right to do so! Overall aesthetic of the place is great nice laid back and comfortable. The atmosphere is lovely and lively. The salad bar is great, like a charcuterie on steroids. The main attraction is all the meat. I've been to places like this before but this is easily the best I've been to. The selection of meat is good and cooked beautifully even if you like your meat well done of rare there is something for everyone. My favourite was the beef rib which was so delicious it just melted in your mouth. Our waitress Cleo was wonderful, really polite and attentive and made us feel welcome and well catered for. Hopefully the powers that be see this and give her some recognition. Well done. Will definitely be back!

Loved this, they don't skimp on the meat and the salad bar is excellent.

For the average Brazilian guy we don’t want to feel like we’re being pushed out of the restaurant by the clerks by asking if we’ve finished eating like brits normally do. The brits waitresses kept asking us all the time if we’ve finished eating, sending us a subliminal leave the restaurant now message.

I ve been here for a lunch with my family and parents and we really enjoyed. The service was very quick and welcoming,the meat was delicious and varied for lunchtime. I would appreciate few more choices and quality of the sides. I will defitenely come back in future.

Place was recommended to us, so we decided to try it. Lucky to get in (Saturday afternoon), without reservation. Service, staff, and food excellent, delicious and plentiful. The other half had the meat service selection and was in heaven, I opted for the salmon, which was not only beautifully presented but tasted ad good as it looked. Will definitely come back again with friends.

Not a patch on the york resteraunt. Extremely slow service not much meat being carved I think they want you to rely on rice and salads , charged for water which we didn't ask for , we also asked for the OPTIONAL tip to be removed from our final bill . I'm just happy we have been to the york venue and know how good it can be it was exceptional there .

Staff where lovely and kept the food coming but don't go here if your expecting a medium priced meal. Over £100 for two with one drink each seems a bit excessive I can only assume they charge the airfare from Brazil

I visited in Cheshire branch last month . I wanted to book a table for four people on Saturday. A member of staff and I were on the phone for booking but he and I were not able to communicate on the phone, the environment was very noisy. I liked this place, clean, nice salad bar, I’m sure nice food but one thing I did not understand how I cannot book on the phone. I can do online but I want to make sure I have my confirmation with a staff. Online say “yes” but staff says “no” So, I went to Jardim 😊

Food was incredible! Only downfall for the lunch was the team walking around with the meats kept walking past us as they could not see the coasters. And then when we asked them for meat, they said they were coming back and then never did. Need to fix the system to show if you want meat or not.

Service was excellent, great staff, but wont be returning as the food is not great and for the money it definitely isnt worth it. The steak was dry and so well done it was crispy... The salad area was mediocre

I'm living the carnivore life so this was right up my street. I can't fault it at all, the rib eye and rib meat was my favourite. The choice on the salad bar was enough for people to make a meal from tbh. I just wish I could afford to eat there every day

2 people and a 10 month old. We went at 3 o clock to avoid rush. *We were put at the front as we had a pram and but wasn't an issue, will ring ahead next time though. *Meats were cooked medium rare for the most part (I prefer a rarer meat but I know I'm in the minority) *food was also a bit saltier than I'd like but, again I hate salt so would imagine wouldnt be that bad for anyone else. *Staff were so lovely and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised the offer for babies. They had high chairs, baby changing and the salad bar had loads of options for her including pesto pasta, broccoli, loads of cheeses, bell peppers, and a bean stew which was really good! She also had some sausage and chicken which she loved! They also had a plastic plate on hand as we had forgot ours. 10/10 Staff were great and welcoming. Did seem abit frantic at the start as they didnt know where to put us due to pram. My partner LOVED the pork belly. We spent 100 quid (including cocktails) but left happy and full. We will 1000% be returning.

The all you can eat salad bar had lots of lovely options. Brazilian salads and dressings led me to make the rookie mistake of loading up on salads. You are also served Brazillian cheese bread and seasoned fries. When the meat is served, they bring it to your table and carve it straight to your plate. There was a variety of meats that were so beautifully cooked that they actually melted in your mouth. It was £30 a head, but you are given time to digest and take a break before asking for more, so I believe the price is very fair considering the quality and quantity of food. We couldn't manage desserts, though the choices looked delicious.

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and tomorrow is my 30th birthday. I contacted yourselves to book for a party of 30 and on the phone confirmed that a balloon set up next to the table was ok which was confirmed. I arrived at the venue at 5,45pm today and was rudely greeted by a member of staff whom I assume to be the shift manager who was rude from the second I walked into the building. He said to me the balloons were upstairs and the table was downstairs and that is was my fault because I should of confirmed prior - I stated I had paid £300 for the balloons to which he rudely corrected me in an aggressive manner that I hadn’t and continued to aggressively state it was my fault - even though I confirmed and I did pay £300 for the balloons- it seemed he was defensive over thinking I was referring to the £300 holding deposit for the table. Why would I pay £300 for balloons to be not next to where our party was eating - the area was also cramped and I couldn’t get passed the table with my pregnant bump to sit down with my two children comfortably and we was squeezed next to other couples eating which was very uncomfortable. The way I was spoken to and in my vulnerable state of pregnancy made me leave the building and not attend my own meal. It costs absolutely nothing to be polite - I did not in any way deserve to be treated in the way I was. And I would hate for any else pregnant or not to be treated the way I was. I have also spoken to the woman who did my balloon set up who contacted me to tell me that she was spoken to rudely and was treated badly by your manager too. All of which I have sent over on email for your company to review how you have made not just me but multiple people feel. To make the situation worse - you then also took £100 from my card as 10 people from the 30 were sick and I had already prior notified you that they were not able to attend on email. You told my upset mum as how I had been treated you were annoyed as your staff levels wasn’t right - this is not my fault as a paying customer bringing 20 people to eat at your establishment- whom after this event some of the party declined to eat at your premises after how I was rudely treated. I would like this feeding back to management as a business owner my self I would be disgusted if my staff were to treat people in the way I was treated. I felt belittled, uncomfortable and embarrassed to even be in your premises. I would highly recommend anyone to avoid your premises for any kind of special event as your team go over and above to ensure that any event is ruined. The woman who you was rude to who did the balloon design will also not be recommending your company to any of her large client base for events due to how she was treated at your venue. I would be ashamed of myself if I treated anyone the way I was treated tonight.

What a great experience, from start to finish. Staff made us feel very welcome, checked in with us if everything was ok. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The meat was amazing, we did try everything as well. The buffet was also great. I know it's a lot of money but definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

Really great service and everyone really loved the food. As a vegetarian I appreciated the option and salad bar, however the pasta I got was really not great - seriously lacked flavour and seasoning and was disappointing. I didn't expect it to be amazing as it is a steakhouse, but would love there to be a better option available.

Really rude and condescending staff, don’t accommodate and had bad seating lay out. We made a reservation online, arrived 5 minutes early and checked in, staff looked us up and down, laughed, then rudely asked us to follow. Pointed to our table which was a distance away and walked off. The table was a single table squeezed into the middle of the isles. It was the only table in the middle of the section, the rest were booth type against the wall ( a table should not have been put there due to the narrowness of the isle). Was sat for 20 minutes and was not offered any drinks and we didn’t even have a food flip cards. The servers and customers had to squeeze past our table and even had to basically sit on our table to get past. We decided to leave, and was still charged £20 for reserving a table. Disgusting service.

We had a lovely time, celebrating a birthday. The food and drinks were delightful and the staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent service and make our celebration very memorable. The space organised for our party was great as we had a double and a single pram with us, and we were positioned close to the baby changing room very conveniently. I highly recommend Rio and we will definitely be back 😊

My family and I made a dinner reservation. We started eating 20 minutes later. The first meats were not grilled at that time, they were reheated, only in the middle of the meal they did start delivering freshly grilled meat. When we ordered dessert we were told they didn't have any. So we walked away paying for expensive service and poor service.

Excellent restaurant just like bem Brazil but with less of the hecticness. Very friendly staff clean place. Multi storey car park a few metres away and free on Sunday.

First visit of many i can see. Wide variety on the salad table then the meat selection is excellent steak can be cooked to your preference. While it's tempting to fill your plate from the salad alone, try all the meats, you must leave room for the desserts. Strangely there's no Brazilian beers, my only criticism.

My very own personal food heaven haha. Don't think you'll be able to keep your flag on green permanently as you'll very quickly be overwhelmed with the amount of meat that will be on your plate (believe me, I tried)

Came here for my birthday meal. Friendly waiters. However, my booking didn't go through on their system (I did make a booking) maybe look into this for the future. Steak was a little fatty and very salty. Service was very quick which was very good. Some of the food on the salad bar was cold even though it should have been hot (brocoli)

It was really quiet when we visited at 3pm hence the low score for atmosphere, but this did mean we got hot meat straight from the kitchen and all of it was really delicious. My favourite was the garlic and chilli steak. The salad/sides bar had a really good variety of sides and the dessert was amazing, I highly recommend the pannacotta! Fabulous meal, will definitely visit again.

This would be a full 5 star if the young lady who skipped over my "optional service charge" while talking to me and pressing all the buttons on the payment options, hoping i wouldnt see. I would of paid it anyways, as its deserved, but thats poor form from staff, concidering i heard other members 'asking if they would like to pay'. Also another part, while i was there for an anniversery dinner, and i loved the service of a free drink. I am a recovering alcoholic, and did not know this was comming, it threw me off, and made the end of my dinner with my wife a bit awkward. While the gesture was lovley. And i respect you for this, maybe it should be offered, before assuming. Beyond this, defo recomend. Waiters are great. Service is efficient.
