Absolutely awful! Advertising rollover hotdogs but received two tiny little cheap hotdogs inside a baguette for £4.95 - hotdogs were stone cold and delivery took over an hour. One of the main parts of the order was missing as well! (Ice cream) you can’t call the shop as the number doesn’t work. First and last time visiting!

Great fresh, well cooked sausage sandwich with a mug of hot coffee hit the spot today. Good seating areas. Quick friendly service. Good meet up point.

I am doing this complaint for a special member of ASDA,the blonde skinny manager called Laura. I am a delivery driver who picks up orders from there for more than 4 years.Why she does not realise that the orders that we come to collect are orders done by ASDA costumers,and to have that kind of attitude towards them is a total disgrace. She is very very rude,let's us drivers wait at the door long long time,ignores us completely. You hear them moving trolleys inside but don't bother opening the door. Many times it happened ( and is a normal habit there) the orders to be ready for collection and to be told they are not,.This is what Laura does,as instead of cancelling the order when told that is not ready,I have waited few minutes ad went back and someone else answered and gave me the orders as they were ready.All her attitude is a complete lack of respect towards us drivers who maybe come from far to pick an order from there and loose time and money,and on the same time is a lack of respect towards your costumer who put through those orders.We get messages and calls from the costumers asking us what is going on and when are their orders going to be delivered. Today, on my last order that I had to pick up from Asda ,I have waited 30 min knocking at the door and ringing the phone numbers,together with another driver from Asda who was bringing back retur orders,and he could also see and hear her attitude and language . Why nobody takes this situation seriously and does proper changed there? I really hope that my review will be seen by all the Asda costumers and realise what is going on there. Whenever new employees come at Asda,at the beginning they are fine,but shortly you notice that that kind of language and behaviour is passed on to them,as is something normal.That is why I have seen many many staff members quiting working for Asda, who had lots of experience and very well trained, just because managers like Laura. I know many exAsda costumers,some of them where everyday costumers,who switched to Sainsbury and Coop ordering platform just because they were fed up with everything that is going on at Asda. Thank you very much for your time and I hope changed will be done and seen there soon.

Overcooked fish & chips. I ordered a large fish and chips did when it arrived they had supplied two medium fish which were overcooked and dry. They no longer serve cod but haddock instead. Won’t return after this experience. Expensive food for poor quality

We purchased a sandwich elsewhere but sat down and ordered drinks and coffee here as we didn’t want muffins or cakes etc. Told we had to move and couldn’t eat here. We said we were ordering stuff at this place but still no joy. Very arrogant staff , rude and abrupt. Never experienced customer service like this before. Terrible place and will never visit again.

Don’t go I went with my mam and my nanna and my food came and my food was cold and I told the staff it was cold they didn’t care so I told someone else They didn’t care so I went to the counter and she reheated it and all the staff has really bad attitudes don’t bother going it’s too expensive as well won’t be going back I would rather have a ready meal or a pot noodle than going to this place and the food isn’t covered up like the chips where just all over the place

Worst customer service ever. This place is a absolute joke. The staff all need sacking as no one is interested in service anybody. It is always quiet in there and they still don't serve people properly. The wait is never worth it. It is either no service or rude service

It's McDonald's what are you wanting me to say? Service could be faster maybe not prioritize just eat and Uber.

Food is as fresh as it can get. We came here around 13:00 keep that in mind. Might be the freshest kfc i had. Place is relatively clean

Realmente quiero como este lugar, pero después última noche, todavía estoy teniendo presión arterial medicamentos! El camarero te lleva nuestra orden de cóctel, por ahora, bueno ... Nos espera para los cócteles mientras mira el menú. ... y esperar. Pedir aperitivos, todavía estamos esperando para cócteles aperitivos llegas, comemos ... Todavía estamos esperando ... " ¿Qué tal?" El camarero te pide ... realmente? " ¿Dónde está nuestros cócteles," me pregunta? Él Mumbles una disculpa y dice que viene ... Nos ensaladas y entrantes de orden ... Sí, todavía estamos esperando para nuestros cócteles ... Ensaladas, gerente gotas por, doy disculpas, pero no el pregunta, " ¿qué tal?" En esta etapa, una broma, me parece a mi compañero comedor y decir, "la comida es bien ... " Obviamente, el camarero no ha informado el director sobre el problema. Mientras tanto, los huéspedes al lado nos sentamos hace 15 minutos y ya están disfrutando sus cócteles y vinos ... Como soy terminar mi ensalada (ahora 30 minutos ya que pedimos aquellos bebidas) ... bajo y he aquí los cócteles llega, sin explicación. (Nos queda preguntarnos, quizás, que tenían que ir y comprar los ingredientes del Safeway en 5ª calles peatonales) ... un farfulló y avergonzados disculpa y una mención de que ellos fuera de la ley ... sigue ... Nos vino de orden con cena ... él consiga uno de los dos vasos. Ambos filete de orden para entrante. Filetes llegar ... No hay cuchillos predeterminados de carne ... Nos mirarnos ... y en nuestras carnes, .. Tengo un cuchillo de carne ... camarero me pregunta, ¿puedo conseguir algo más? ¿Puede llegar a ser un filete cuchillo?" pido, indicando my Guest ... camarero desaparece, no algunos frenético cubiertos los álamos en la parte de atrás, (que supongo que no podemos encontrar otra knife) ... Él pasa por nuestra mesa a algún otro lugar, y finalmente, ambos hemos cuchillos de carne y pueden comer ... yuppii ... Como enseñarle, pedimos postre; después de todo, que se suponía que iba a ser un cumpleaños pueden ser dobles (cena ... El final perfecto, un buscador de rancio duro de la señora por encima de su tiramisú deconstruidos terminado perfectamente. camarero te deja ver en mesa, mientras que aún estamos comiendo, no ofrecen de café o expreso,( supongo que quiere salir de allí, también,) entonces toldo, detrás de la mesa. Obviamente, él se me olvidó en esas bebidas. Par para el curso, ya que parecía haber problemas de memoria toda la noche ... Gerente te deja la fecha, pide disculpas porque nos parece que tuvimos que esperar un rato para las bebidas. Oh, así que ahora el camarero tiene finalmente me dijo el director porque necesita su aprobación a tomar algo fuera de la hora ... Lo siento, pero me gustó la primera vez que estuvimos aquí hace un mes, pero puede ser un poco de tiempo antes de que se someten a este tipo de experiencia de nuevo ...

That's precisely what they did when we ordered from them and it would appear to be quite a common practice. I call it obtaining money by deception. Don't bother complaining; they don't give a fig and why should they, when they can continue to get away with taking your money and only give you part of your order.
