Lovely spot! The eggs Benedict was so perfectly cooked with bacon just right, and best of all if the kitchen have the ingredients still you can get breakfast later in the day. The decor is lovely and feels very high-end and quirky. The price point is a little higher than I expected as i expected a cafe vibe but the food was so worth it. They’re dog friendly too my sister’s sausage dog got to join us and got a fuss. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend for sure.

As title says, with the lovely note that it's the only place I know in the area that has oat milk (and every other not milk milk if that's what you'd like). Great staff too.

absolutely rubbish - main food item was missing, so paid a fortune to have a coffee and biscuit delivered, and still didn't have any lunch. Should have been given the choice to cancel the order

We thought we'd stop in after a walk with the dog for a drink and a light bite... £3.50 for these! Would only give one star but they gained a star for providing drinking water bowls for the dogs that were visiting. Very disappointing and won't be returning

Order 2 sub meals online, they never bothered to toast them and my wedges where warm with cold patch’s so they clearly wasn’t cooked properly and I got completely different crisps to what I ordered, this ended up being the downfall of my relationship with my ex

The worse casino experience I have ever had, had a dealer who rushed every hand and was not friendly towards newer/ inexperienced players+ was asked to leave a table due to exchanging £5 chips into £25's to often? Just so I could keep better track of my winnings, the pit boss was extremely rude and condescending and it was not a friendly place to visit. As a previous Grosvenor employee I am extremely disappointed to the level of customer service this venue has dropped to and hope action is made to make this a more friendly and enjoyable venue to visit, like I know most Grosvenor venues are.

Traveled all the way from newcastle for a parmo and a square pizza. Staff where ok and happy to help however upon cutting Into the parmo the bechmal sauce has the same consistency as jelly. The parmo also lacked seasoning unfortunately. Square pizza was OK and good value for money tho !

Busy little cafe. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is lovely. Always busy. A really lovely community atmosphere. Staff go out of their way to help and even remember your name and what you usually order. Highly recommend, immaculately clean and food is always fresh and tasty.
