Red Pepper in Stockton-on-Tees

I made an error when ordering this evening. I wanted food for 9.15pm, but it did not give the opportunity to book a time. I phoned them up as soon as I could, and bless them, they arranged it so we would get the food at the time we wanted and not within 60 minutes. Thank you. You put right my booking error.

Bang on this place like shame i didnt get free cheese garlic bread spending 40 quid but all in all great food well impressed must be the hottest hot shot parmo iv ever had and best chips iv had but very filling and you do get alot

only ordrered from here for the home maid chips , but they were normal frozen ones , very dissapointed wont be ordering again ever

Always red hot, and absolutely lovely pizza, I ask for thin base and it's always lovely and thin but with plenty of sauce and cheese, and the chips are gorgeous and you get loads 😋

Seriously need to check all your social media and website, and not everyone has Facebook. Anyway all irrelevant now, went somewhere else, delivered hot and was great food. Ordered pepperoni pizza, plain margarita arrived. I called to let them know, they resolved straight away. Very honest people and delivery guy, the 'dad', was nice. Would buy from here again 😊

Red Pepper 🌶 on Prince Regent Street in Stockton On Tees is the best Takeaway i've ever used in my life when i got a Bolognese Pizza it was fully loaded with Bolognese, Cheese and the Chips were absolutely out of this world I would reccomend Red Pepper 🌶 to anybody who is hungry and is wanting amazing Food Well Done to Red Pepper they are an absolute world class Takeaway.

Maaaaahusive portions!!!! couldn't eat it all we order pizza donner it was nice, red hot we had to wait for it to cool! Great value for money! Will defo be ordering over and over again! Only thing is closing times as chefs we don't get in till late so would love the a later closing time.

I once left a 5 star review. Now 2. The food is terrible, change in management? Or cutting costs. Last week we prefer a mixed special Kebab and it was 90% donner nest, truly awful.

So ordered from red pepper had previously had pizza no problems ordered burgers and chips arrived chips burnt called up to be told they always look like that as double fries absolute waste of time see pictures obviously overcooked checked fb page and chips not dark brown wont be back

Ordered the hot shot parmo. Was unreal straight up 10/10 was done perfectly. The chips where home made and where very nice as well, loved them. Even got a free coke with my order. Top service, quality food, thank you!

Firstly I’d like to say I’ve ordered before and have had excellent food and the best chips I’ve ever had from a takeaway. Now, for my issue! I placed an order tonight via the Red Pepper website at 21:35 to be informed that my order had been rejected and funds taken from my account that wouldn’t be refunded until 24 hours time. No explanation was given as to why this happened. I phoned Red Pepper immediately to ask what had happened to be informed that their last orders for delivery were 21:30. Nothing on the website stated this but it accepted my order initially and debited my account, leaving me with no food and less £22 until my refund clears. Last orders should be clearly stated on the website.

Ordered my first ever delivery this evening and wasn't disappointed. I had a Bolognese burger which was cooked just right with chips that were to die for! They were succulent and so tasty. I even ate their salad which tends to be left from some takeaways. We also has a seafood pizza which was very nice and was square which is rather unique.

Best parmo and chips I’ve ever had from the area!

Ordered a donner kebab with chips , garlic and chilli sauce .. All the food was really nice but OMG the chips are out of this world. Probably the best chips I’ve ever had !

Nice pizza, polite and friendly service

I ordered a chicken wrap from this takeaway when I received the order it looked perfect until I bit into the wrap it was laced in pepper to where I could not eat as that spicy with black pepper it wasn’t just seasoned it was drowned in it. When I rang them to say about it as it was not mention in the description they said next time to mention in comments but what made situation worse they agreed to send one out unseasoned within half hour but when I rang back I got a rude arrogant male on the phone to inform they wasn’t going to do it but spoke to me like I was worthless individual and would not send it out they did not informed me after waiting half hour when the other member of staff said it would be sent out! If I didn’t contact them back I could of been waiting all night! There customer service was an absolute disgrace! From the old young women

Tasty food, quick friendly delivery, generous potion sizes.

Extremely pleasantly surprised by this place. I hadn't been here before and I don't usually leave reviews but I was starving at Saturday lunchtime and this was the only pizza place open. The shop is lovely, well presented and clean (a change from most takeaways!) and the guy behind the counter was extremely polite, courteous and friendly (again, a change from most). The pizza itself was DELICIOUS - it was easily one of the Top 3 takeaway pizzas I've ever had. There was just the right amount of cheese, sauce and toppings and the base was fantastic. Perfectly cooked and crisp but soft on the inside - I felt like I had spent a lot more than £6! Even though this shop is a 10 minute drive for me I will be going here more often - it's cheaper than most places and a LOT tastier!

Went to the restaurant today during our dinner break. My friends ordered pizza which the owner thought would be a good idea to place on the floor and take pictures of. If the owner is prepared to take these kinds of actions with a customers food then i wouldnt like to think of what he does out the back.
