The best restaurants in Norton North Stockton-on-Tees North East

Been following this page for a while now and drool when I looked at all the cakes, but living in Essex was too far for me. Can you imagine my delight when I discovered they were doing online orders delivered to your home. Well first box arrived on Friday and did not disappoint these cakes are gorgeous, cherry Bakewell brownie is my favourite from the 6 we ordered, Grandson's is the Oreo brownie. They are all so tasty. Now the dilemma is what do we order for the next batch!

Just had an absolutely gorgeous Sunday lunch followed by apple crumble and custard , piping hot food all cooked to perfection at a very reasonable price , we will be returning thanks Hambletonian 😁

Got Fish Pattie and chips large curry sauce and a scraps Outstanding all cooked perfect perfectly and delicious That’s why I travel 3 miles plus to go to The Silver Cod

Really good fish n chips worth a visit

Been a couple of times and won’t be going back. Front the outside looks like a up market coffee / brunch place. The prices also suggest it’s upmarket. But inside, it like a greasy spoon. The place needs better ventilation, i absolutely stank when I came out of fried food. Also it’s quite expensive for what it is. Always people in, so they are doing something right. Just disappointing with it being on the high street and it not matching the butchers type of quality. Would I go back? No.

First and foremost I would like to say the cafe is called POND VIEW NOT KINGS COFFEE. The staff were very friendly and the coffee excellent. We didn’t have to wait long to be served . I think this review should go under Pond View cafe not Kings coffee

I’ve been twice now and both times the food has been delicious - it’s fresh, tasty and something different. The cocktails are also lovely. Would recommend!

Order taken nearly an hour and a half, arrived incorrect and cold. Had to ring 3 times and Shop refused to admit the order was wrong and offered no apology. Complete waste of money whole order thrown in the bin

Unfortunately the lowest score available is 1/5 but if I had the option I would leave it as 0. The experience was horrendous overall would not recommend to a soul. Me and my friends thought we would let this place redeem themselves after our previous experience here a few months ago where all of the staff were rude and incompetent of doing their job. However, we attended tonight and to our surprise yet again another disappointment. We ordered drinks through the app and we were asked for ID, of course we're young girls understandable, however only one of us did and after explaining to the man that not all of us had ID, he checked one of them and continued to bring the drinks. 10 minutes later during conversation and drinking the drink, the same man came over and swiped one of the drinks from the table. No words spoken and obnoxiously rude. To be completely honest, I wouldn't send my dog here.

Dropped in for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning, lucky to get a table as it was almost fully booked. Sat outside which was no problem as the weather was fine. Ordered the full breakfast and the wife had the poached eggs. Had a small but not unexpected wait for our food to arrive as they were extremely busy, but we were in no hurray. Always happy to support local businesses that produce good food with good service.

Past few times have ordered from here and every single time the order is wrong asked to speak to manager asked for refund and got told to send food back they don’t do free food! when I wanted a refund for the items missing on my order when it clearly states on the app that I ordered it! Real poor service!

Two nights in a row missing chips and curry sauce from our order when rang said they could send it out again or at a later date. Rang to do so a few weeks later to be told it’s only one portion they’re willing to give us and I have to pay delivery despite it being their error in the first place!! Lowest customer service possible won’t be using again out of principal
