Dropped in for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning, lucky to get a table as it was almost fully booked. Sat outside which was no problem as the weather was fine. Ordered the full breakfast and the wife had the poached eggs. Had a small but not unexpected wait for our food to arrive as they were extremely busy, but we were in no hurray. Always happy to support local businesses that produce good food with good service.

Our first visit. Most enjoyable. My husband had full English and I had two poached eggs on muffins. Hot, tasty and well presented. Staff friendly and attentive. Will go back and highly recommend.

I arrived with my granddaughter and friend on Saturday 26th of March having booked a table for 6.15pm. The staff were very attentive and didn’t rush us whilst we were looking at the menu. It was a fabulous meal and we all enjoyed it. Thank you to all your staff for making it such a pleasurable evening.

Went today with my daughter, niece and granddaughter for lunch . The 2 ladies serving were lovely even though it was very busy . We had a really good value tasty meal each . The kitchen even made a little sandwich which wasn’t on the menu for my granddaughter . We will definitely be back.

We have lived in the area for 7 months and options is one of the last places we needed to try.... We had it booked but me and husband got unwell and cancelled two days before and still got charged a no show.... It was a big faff to get the deposit back even though we followed the cancellation policy. So Sunday carvery we re booked went as a couple walked into the restaurant and taken to the table. Could see the carvery out looked good - restaurant half full. Could tell staff didn't want to be there - miserable not a smile from anyone.... Drinks order taken and mains... Shocked to have a carvery bought to us no option to go Up and choose what we wanted?? chose two meats.... Chicken breast and beef.... Thinnest and only one slice and driest beef ever had and maybe three chunks of chicken breast. Veg all served on little plates just average.... Had to keep asking for the bill to leave. I've left five star reviews for everywhere else we've been in Norton but it really wasn't five star and its the only place we wouldn't go back to in the village. Felt a bit uncomfortable with staff attitudes. Overpriced on the drinks.... Menu was half the price we got charged. Positive note - the man behind the bar said thanks as we walked out. Three star as portions good and love the venue... but dry and could tell it was left there for a while. Noticed a lady touching chicken breasts and all other meats with one pair of blue gloves on but then took dirty plates using those gloves to touch the door to open it?

Best parmo in the village by miles Brilliant, as a parmo lover I’ve tried the best of the best and this is right up there on top. Fresh as it comes, top quality ingredients the chips are insane too 👌 Lovely space with smashing friendly staff - well needed in the village

First time visit on recommendations. Great staff interactions, polite and courteous. Quick service for food however, after paying £10.50 for an English breakfast i was a little disappointing, although hot i felt that there was a lack of good qaulity ingredients. Sausage, black pudding, and beans were very tasteless. ( Great poached). The other food ordered was a jacket potato which was lukewarm. I will say that after bringing this to the attention of the staff team it was dealt with appropriately. I certainly don't mean this to be a negative review, but hope this constructive feedback will be welcomed. I'm sure we will return to this establishment. (This is only one opinion).

I went to this place twice in early November with family, to go out and have brunch and then lunch. On both occasions, we found the menu was good for both, that the service was friendly and that the tables were well spaced out. It has a nice atmosphere and is exactly the sort of place you'd want to go with friends or family. Recommended for a quick bite to eat,

Visited for breakfast on a busy Wednesday morning. My wife had the Canadian Breakfast, bacon, pancakes and maple syrup. I had the "full" English breakfast, both were delicious but very very substantial so mush so that I had to leave some of mine. Prices and service were very good. The only let down was I ordered tea which was a tea bag in a mug of hot water. The problem was there was nowhere to put the used tea bag except the saucer and subsequently every time you took a drink the cup dripped from the used tea bag.

Was recommended to this eatery by a friend of my wife .We went for Sunday carvery and it was very disappointing, the place itself wasn't what I expected just didn't have a good feel. Sort of looks like a shop with tables crammed in . The meal itself was no carvery it was brought out to us on plates not a help yourself as it should be . The food was cold and the meat of which I had two was very measly portions , the vegetables were the cheapest you can buy . No broccoli, esparagus etc . Just carrots , mushy peas , cabbage and cauliflower cheese . The drinks not overly expensive but apart that I wouldn't recommend to anyone Glenn & Michelle

We liked the idea of the tapas menu so decided to give Options a try. Disappointed with how the inside felt, it didn't feel warm and it was very noisy. Atmosphere wasn't great (it didn't help that they had Adèle playing on repeat which didn't make the mood feel upbeat). The food was very average and it wasn't worth the price at all. We weren't asked if we wanted any more drinks. We asked for the bill, waited ten minutes and no one came over. Our plates were still in front of us for a total of 20 minutes until my husband decided to go to the counter and pay. Very slow service and we weren't even asked if we wanted dessert. Won't be returning.

Was really looking forward to trying the tapas what a let down the food was tasteless and poor. It was not all home cooked but frozen bought. The onion rings looked lovely but they were awful smealt and tasted of awful cooking oil we left them all. What a let down sorry Options but never again

I ordered a cod in breadcrumbs, peas curry sauce, Two fritters and pickled onions. The fish was dry as a bone. The breadcrumbs just fell off. The fritters were scarcely battered. Just chunks of potato. The peas were not mushy. They were like bullets and the curry sauce was watery. The only upside were the pickled onions. Out of the jar.
