Worst takeaway experience I've ever had; no food arrived after waiting over two hours ,my guests & family had eaten they ordered from reputable establishments ,mine and my nieces had not arrived from this awful place . The foreign man I dealt with was anti-British and extremely abusive towards women. I then chose to check Google reviews and noticed the same attitude towards others in the reviews. Narinder and others all state the same hours on delivery and aggressive. I contacted Just Eat and reported the man, whom indicated he would cancel my order as I was going to bed ,who waits over two hours for any order? Three phone calls on, stating that the food will be delivered, over two hours later and a cancelled order. Worst was the attitude and lack of apology. Unquestionably the arrogance and lack of apology, was enough to warrant an honest review . Poorly managed, zero customer service, liken it to a third world cess pit. Go anywhere but here, if you want a smooth transaction and family take out night don't order from here . Luckily Akbar's 20 minutes away my nephew collected the order. Avoid sultan ! Hostile and lack zero hospitality skills.

This was the first time we have used this takeaway and I have to say we were super impressed the food was lovely. I was a little dubious as I didn’t want to be disappoint as it was a special birthday celebration. So thank you will definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely disgusting manners from a manager. I have a allergy to mushrooms, ordered the chicken curry that came with mushrooms, this wasn’t stated on the menu , I rang to ask them to change it and basically got told it’s my problem not theirs. Manger’s attitude was disrespectful disgusting and he wasn’t prepared to replace the order! I’d steer clear of this place. Maybe the manager should go and do some courses to learn how to be an actual professional person and look after he’s customers in the correct way! Our first time and last time ordering. Would avoid at all costs.

Really disappointed and disgusted with a staff member today. I work as a member of staff for a college which caters towards children with learning difficulties. Myself, two colleagues and two students were on a College sanctioned outing, where we decided to stop at Greg's for some refreshments . Once seated inside, having already purchased our drinks, one of the students requested a cookie but the queue was already quite long. To avoid the student having a meltdown in the middle of the store, I went up to the staff member at the till and tried to explain the situation, asking if I could quickly pay for a cookie. The member of staff (who I later found out was the manager), told me "you have to queue up" in a rather rude tone. I tried to apologise and explain the unique situation, however I was blatantly ignored. The lady who was being served at the time offered to purchase the cookie for the student (a very kind act i must emphasise), however the manager told her no and wouldn't accept the money. I went back to the student to try and explain that we'd have to wait to get the cookie, but the student was getting distressed, so I ended up going back to the till, and a younger staff member saw me waiting and offered to serve me. I am very grateful to this staff member, however disappointed in the manager. More than anything, her lack of acknowledgement or proper communication with me was the most disappointing. I understand that it was a delicate situation as there was a queue, however, the customers in the queue were fine with me going ahead of them as they could see the child was getting distressed, therefore the way the member of staff handled it was disappointing and completely inappropriate, specifically in the way she completely failed to acknowledge me as a customer, and out of spite, rejected another customers offer to pay for the cookie.

The most expensive cafe in the uk she makes her own prices up she was always expensive but she's got that bad she put a little sign up near the samosas trying to justify it swear to god if u order a few of her mangy chicken sandwiches u could go to Miller and Carter watch how greedy she is with everything she puts on aswell one portion two portion she makes her price up buying a sandwich is like buying a BMW with the extras she charges you for on it half cheese full cheese me and me partner couldn't believe that one you need a credit rating of over 850 to walk in her door

The most rude woman (glasses and small) serving us crumpled receipt and threw it at my sister, would not stop staring at me and slamming chairs around, and definitely needs a lesson in etiquette and class. There was young boy quiet seemed nice, the small angry lady seemed disgruntled by our appearance. I have literally never written a review before today but they won’t answer the phone and I cannot get over her attitude. Someone please teach this person not to let their feelings get in the way of service. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the panini but minor in comparison to the attitude.

Food was soggy and smelt funky

We've never been ,thought will give it a try ...I had bean burger plain fries and rainbow coleslaw which was delicious ..a lemonade and lime flat ,nice ..hubby had chicken with herb pickle .looked like it was in batter on picture arrived but was lucid no batter no batter....garlic bread ok better with more garlic ...and hot ...nothing special overall ..probably wouldn't go again ...nope take bit dirty overall lacking anything exciting

Never used this takeawy before. Took a punt - wish I hadn't. Driver couldn't find house. Food (pizza) was burnt and lacking in flavour. End result rotten guts and diarrhoea. First and last time I'll use this place.

JERSEY ROYAL NEW POTATOES Select Farmer Philip Le Mastre 1J0405C1 rotten and unacceptable. 3 rd Year running but this year returning most for a refund. Also the ones we did eat were tasteless. Where are the buyers at M&S and quality control ?????

Selling overpriced Pain au chocolat .... dry from the previous day.

This was our second visit to Five guys the first been last year as its a good 50 minute drive to get to from where we live. On this last and i mean LAST visit to Five Guys The burgers have shrunk and were tasteless, Go woke go broke, it was a marked difference in QUALITY and we will not be going back. McDonalds is better quality and VALUE.

Probably the best Hamburger I ever tasted in my entire life, the food arrived very well packed , at the perfect temperature and looking amazing.. Probably the guy o gave one star is used to the golden arches s$itt and when people try real food feels different. give it a try, I can promise you'll not be disappointed.
