food missing & wrong food delivered cold

I got the wrong food and the driver new it was the wrong stuff when he picked it up for the restaurant. and there said just take that code on the bag was 035

Order was over 2 hours from order, after time of 40 minutes given, just eat drivers not turning up, rand store after 2 hours who asked me to drive there then as I got there they gave my order to the driver a couple minutes earlier, I drove back to home to half the order missing and what did come stone cold where it had been sat for over 2 hour and half ridiculous service never again

both cans of drink for each meal were missing

items missing chips and chicken delivered in a paper bag tasted horrendous I thought I would treat myself well that backfired.

Shocking service originally supposed to be delivered within 30-40 minutes and wasn’t delivered till an hour after that

Driver has bought my food bag wasn’t sealed and wrap and burger is missing

absolutely mortified didn't even get my full order wen I told the delivery guy he said he doesn't no.and walked of wen I was trying to tel him

my food was not delivered at all when on the just eat app it says it was delivered. I am very disappointed with this well known kfc restaurant. we work hard for our money and this is not good.

The food was very cold as well as the chicken being extremely tough and hard to eat was not satisfied with my order the chicken as a whole was not fresh and felt like it had been left out for some time and was very tough and chewy.

Ordered 10 pieces chicken bucket £18.99 from drive thru. The chicken turn out black, greasy and messy. Straight to the bins. Very disappointed 😞.

The greatest KFC I've had in a long time. There was lots of seats/dining space. The restaurant and tables were clean. It was well worth the short wait. Food was fresh. "Signature fries" are fantastic. Good spicy wings and chicken. Very friendly. Keep up the wonderful work, people. Recommended.

Half order was again wrong or missing even after asking if stuff was there. Fair enough I should of emptied meals out on counter and checked. Don't even know why I still use KFC I now think it's part of their policy to stiff customers so staff can earn more. If the staff are that depressed they should find another job

Food was slightly cold especially the chips

Chicken meat was hard/not fully cooked, chips soggy and wrap had one mini fillet in. Was looking forward to this but ultimately disappointed.

I almost always order a boneless banquet, and up until recently it was £7-8 ish. Today I ordered it from KFC Teesside Park for about £10 (with inflation and all that, it's pricy). First thing I noticed was EVERYTHING was smaller. So I paid more for less, shocking. The chip packet was tiny and half full, the drink was small, the popcorn chicken box looked tiny too, but most appalling was the size of the chicken fillets that came to me luke warm. They were literally so small I thought I'd been given a kids meal but it turns out the fillets that used to be in the boneless banquet have now been replaced with 'mini' fillets. I went back to the counter when I opened my meal and asked if there had been a mistake. This is NO banquet but felt like I'd been scammed. SAVE YOUR MONEY and spend it elsewhere as the price has skyrocketed and portion size shrunk. Not cool at all. AVOID I've attached photos from the poster and compared to my meal. They should describe it as a boneless kids meal as it feels like false advertising.

Legit decent halal KFC experience. Had the zinger tower burger meal and it exceeded all my expectations. Crispy, fresh chicken that hit the spot. Well done because I'm a fussy customer!

Everything was nice and hot on delivery, I ordered 2 cookies and they didn’t have them so they sent me a large popcorn chicken and extra fries to replace them which I was more than happy with, my only problem was they forgot the gravy but other than that everything else was lovely ☺️

I really need to share this, a lovely worker walked and sat with me while I waited for an uber as there were 4 men waiting behind the wall outside and staring at me. As soon as she walked me out they moved away from their postions and got in a car. They were out there for a good 10mins all stood crowding the door. I never got the workers name but I want to thank them. It was about 10.30 at night I just finished work across the road and wanted some food. It terrified me how these men acted I'm quite young and was on my own and what the worker did could of saved me life. This happened 13/08/2024 at 10.30pm. Again a big thank you to the worker.

well the chicken was missing and the bag had been ripped open, so don't no of the driver eaten it or what but I won't be ordering again.

The gravy was very watery and tasteless, ordered an extra one too - total waste of money!

If you wanted surely staff who don't interact this is the place you have been searching for, and I think over a £1 for a spoon of beans slightly exorbitant.

On arrival you're forced to use the kiosks which immediately impacts customer service interaction, then if you have to go till anyways of you wanna pay cash. The girls on the front counter were absolutely misssrable, not a smile between them. The chicken coating was so dark it was nearly black suggesting the oil was in desperate need of changing and out of spec. Again on getting a complaint (from another customer) we noticed the lack of attention from the front counter staff. It seems these days all the fast food places are more interested in uber and just eat deliveries than customers on the shop floor. Above all else though a smile costs nothing and these girls should be glad to have a job in todays climate and try a smile out, uses less muscles to smile than frown ya know.

KFC is my go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal! Their chicken is always cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I love their variety of flavors, especially the spicy Nashville Hot and the smoky BBQ. We had Chicken wings and bucket for one meal. The sides are also a hit. My only suggestion would be to offer more healthy options, but let's be real, we're not going to KFC for a salad! Highly recommend for a satisfying and finger lickin' good meal . I was quite disappointed with the state of the washroom. It was not clean and had a very unpleasant odor. This lack of hygiene really affected my overall experience. I hope they address this issue soon. The customer service is much appreciated . Thank you.

Worst KFC of our lives, absolutely disgusting chicken. Twister wraps were dry and without any sauce, Chicken was as if it was reheated and refried, very greasy, no taste whatsoever. Zinger Burgers were mediocre at best. Service was okay, and order was made in around 10-15 mins, but the food was terrible.

The quality of the food is excellent. However, the restroom facilities are in dire need of cleaning and maintenance.

You come home and find half your order is missing.. happened alot of times .. 5 stars downgraded to 1 star can do 0 if possible

Hot the drinks made 20 minutes before thevfood arrived. And in stead of 4 individual box meals. They just put all th chicken in 1 bag. And all the chips in another, so we had to work out our own individual meal boxes

2 1/2 years the road has been blocked but drivers still do not know how to follow simple instructions which makes food late and cold every time

We ordered a 10 piece family feast, when we got home we found they had given us 8 pieces of chicken. It's not hard to count to 10. Food was great and staff friendly but we won't be going back to KFC Tees side Park

There were children running around the place in front of service counter when making comment about it mother in front of use said it's the children's birthday treat .she proceeded to put their food outside were they were jumping from bench to bench and eat her meal inside with her back to them on her mobil.what a bithday treat mam not even their mother wanted to sit with them No staff asked children to stop as they could have knocked food trays off them. Got home and the four wings were missing .complained and given a code to get 8 free when next in the area.

Not KFCs usual standard. The place needs refurbishment. Good access for wheelchairs. At the counter, it was difficult to hear due to the music being too loud. Not my best experience of KFC

Workers can't even get an order right and start to take your order and then make you repeat because they are too busy having conversations between themselves. This place needs some new staff

Over an hour late then the original stated time on a Thursday Night. Fast food is supposed to be fast. Only took 5 mins to get here from the restaurant. Ended up eating something else so food is now cold.
