KFC Teesside - Park Drive in Stockton-on-Tees

I spent £10 on a burger, and i had received the most disappointing burger, i had too get it changed 3 times and kept giving me the worse burger ever, service was shocking and i wont be coming back.

Absolutely ruined burger by: 1: Cooking the bread 2. Cold

Food was good and it wasn't that busy either so a nice quiet sit down.

Very worst experience I ever had In my life...food served is very cold , a male staff member behaved very arrogantly...he didn't even replied us when we asked for our drink without ice...so arrogant ...I will never come back to this branch again

Workers can't even get an order right and start to take your order and then make you repeat because they are too busy having conversations between themselves. This place needs some new staff

Tried to phone them as I needed to change my order but never answered, ended up ordering again to get what I needed

Oh dear, ordered a boneless banquet from the drive through, the only positive was that there was no risk of burns from the food here, freshly chilled fries and ice cold popcorn chicken, nothing fast about this food it must have take ages to cool down, it was like the heat death of the universe, paid cash and my change blew away in the wind, nice of the staff to take care and check my cash was secure in my hand, to be fair the kids working there are not at fault, the management and training must be appalling.. worst KFC experience ever, I would have complained but the receipt along with my £10 note blew away Never again.

the chips were cold and old. the chicken was too salty like there was no other seasonings but salt. also the sauces was honestly disgusting. had to put it all £14worth in the bin it wasn’t edible.

If I could award a zero star for this place I would after this afternoon's experience. It was a rainy miserable day so thought we would take the kids for a ride and visit KFC at Teeside park... When we arrived it wasn't overly busy with customers, plenty of seats available, so we ordered on the machine a meal each, and took a number sign to be served at the table. We sat for more than half an hour watching others who came after us being served their food, our 1 year old baby becoming very irritable and the 2 other children complaining, I am heavily pregnant and by now so uncomfortable, so much do that a lady who ordered after us and had finished her meal was annoyed by what she witnessed and she went up to the counter to complain on our behalf.. After this our food magically appeared. We we given some free popcorn chicken as an apology. Unfortunately most of the order was lukewarm at best and ate as much as I could but struggled, as did my daughter. The worst thing was my son and I ordered a hot chocolate each with our meals which were an additional 40p each . These hot chocolates were the most hideous excuse for a drink I ever tasted, they were simply boiling water with milk froth on top, we stirred them in case there was chocolate hiding at the bottom but no such luck, these were hot chocolate minus the chocolate, my partner took them back to the counter and asked for new ones, the cashier came back with 2 fresh hot chocolates, but again they were minus the chocolate, at this point I gave up, the whole experience was completely miserable, stressful, the service was the slowest ever, and the food and drink abysmal. It has in fact put me off using any fast food place again. I went up the other end of the retail park afterward to a Costa shop to get a real hot chocolate which was lovely and what it said in the tin. Shame on KFC for making a wet miserable afternoon even more miserable!

Didn't stop for food ! Toilets were filthy. 1 of the staff were in toilets and after she left cubicle she didn't wash her hands ! Then she went behind counter to serve ! So I didn't order !

The greatest KFC I've had in a long time. There was lots of seats/dining space. The restaurant and tables were clean. It was well worth the short wait. Food was fresh. "Signature fries" are fantastic. Good spicy wings and chicken. Very friendly. Keep up the wonderful work, people. Recommended.

I have difficulty ordering through the speakers in the drive through as it’s hard to hear each other. Drove round to the window to order there only to be told I’m not allowed to order there and that I had to go back round to the speakers. There was no one else in the drive thru. The person that takes the orders was there at the window, doing nothing else. But insisted I had to go back round and attempt to communicate through the speaker. I didn’t bother…

Enjoyed our food as usual at KFC. Very friendly counter staff

Absolutely disgusting service! When I pay for something once, to not even get a receipt! Then to find missing items, then to get “questioned” why didn’t I have the receipt! Maybe because you didn’t give me one in the first place! To have to pay for it a second time is not on. So the guy in a checkered red shirt…please learn some customer service! we will not be returning.

Got served by a lovely server called josh He was patient and very helpful even told us to get a certain deal that made it work out cheaper for us super helpful and professional server thank you.

It's all manager fault very low staff they got cleaning to do on floor serve customer at same time feel bad for them and in it will be extremely cold inside but I don't why they never turn on heating would never dine

Ate from here went home and was so poorly!!! I feel really sorry for the staff they are so under staffed and you can see the pressure getting to them!! And its not their fault!! There was food all over the floor tables not cleaned bins over flowing toilets absolutely minging even the door leading out from the toilets into the eating area had black mucky marks all over very unclean if trading standards went in it would get closed for sure so so dirty really is the worst ive seen and for a Tuesday afternoon too i was shocked and its always absolutely freezing aswel its completely put me off KFC all together

I have just picked up a 10 piece bargain bucket but on arriving home there are only eight pieces! That is poor guys...

Such slow service, food average, and the restaurant was a state tables yet to be cleaned bins over flowing!! Always miss items off your order!

Went in and most tables were dirty and there was food just dropped on the floor tried to call member of staff but no one came so we went else where

Not recommended, staff and atmosphere is hostile tonstart with and food is hit and miss ,mostly miss as they give you cold and dry food most of the time ,you actually have to fight them to return it. Just awful, stay away from this restaurant.

Sat in the other day to eat. Restaurant and tables were really clean. We ordered and out food came right out and was delicious. The server brought us empty tubs for ice cream and said to bring it to the till when we have finished so our ice cream didn't melt which was so so lovely of him!

Completely messed our £42 order up....3 items were missing and the staff were quite arrogant and rude....Will nit be returning.

Halal food in Kfc Teesside park, Always busy alot of families visit every day.Most of time fresh food and if you got KFC App then you will enjoy many deals only on app as I do. staff are very friendly helpful and sometimes I feel sorry for them as they work very hard,and tried their best but sometimes human error occurs and people misbehave with them, I hate this thing. we every one do mistakes

Took about 1hr10mins to give us our food.I mean the food was decent but the place was way understaffed.I advise not to go during busy hours!

Food is Tasty but always miss something of our order

Decided to eat in, Food was very nice, hot and cooked perfectly. Considering the eat in area was pretty empty, there was food crumbs on seats and floor. Men's W/C stinks foisty, basin taps are loose in their fittings, toilet door feels unsteady, ready to fall off, floor was wet. It's a shame that more care isn't taken in the facilities as it kind of made the whole experience a little less enjoyable. I would definitely eat food from here again but most likely use the drive through.

Second time very bad experience my kids didn't like it too much salt in food and burnt food .very unprofessional cooking

Ordered via the KFC app on the 13 + 15th March 2023 and both occasions my food either went to someone’s house and the other didn’t even bother arriving- so don’t waste your money on deliveries from this kfc at Teesside park

Very Good Food Friendly people Somewhat of a big car park

Tried to charge me twice after machines broke. Spent 40 minutes waiting for food which I didn't get until prompted again. Manager didn't show their face despite me making multiple complaints. 2 young lads on the counter had a queue of 4 or 5 customers and didn't acknowledge anyone until i had to make a point of it. Top it all off with cold food.

Got the vegan chicken burger, unfortunately the chips are not vegetarian (they could fry them with the vegan chicken? Or just do them all separately?). Spent 7.50 on a pretty sad looking burger and an even sadder morsel of soggy corn, wrapped in a daft amount of plastic. We were also asked to park up and wait for the order, but it seemed our reg or car description wasn't noted based on the server wandering around looking lost lol

The food here is good but that is no reason that the cleaning around teeside kfc should be horrible absolutely disgusted about the cleaning here. And this is why its a 2.

Its winter and you should be able to eat inside and be warm. Absolutely balltic inside but I'd promised the kids we could 'eat in'. The staff were clearly freezing too! Appalling. Put the heating on you tight, tight people

Hot wings missing, beans actually colder than the Pepsi max and the chicken was the greasiest ever had from a KFc. Complete waste of £24

Worst kfc I've had, I'm fat I know my food. The kfc zinger burger was some off brand burger they must of ran out, because it tasted like a takeaway burger zero flavour and horrible tesco style batter on the burger couldn't stress enough AVOID!

Today i visited kfc.. it was worst going there for the first time the chicken was fried in old oil, burgers were not crispy, The hall was dirty boxes were on floor, never going to take food from there, sooo dishearted.

Food was normal KFC food however the 30 minute wait in the drive thru was ridiculous, kinda defeated the idea of a drive thru altogether.

Don't have it here again, old food and kids was hungry waiting 45 minutes for food. You will regret if you come to this kfc. 8 customer front of me toke refund Look at the grease I have to transfer from one bucket to other. Shame #KFC

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to, get it wrong every single time. Tried again tonight, looked like we had everything when we left, got home and found bits missing. Drive all the way back to very unhelpful and argumentative staff. Avoid if at all possible

What a dirty place to eat the floor is so greasy the chair and you feet slide all over , the tables are in need of a deep clean too the toilets were dirty also they should be checked & cleaned regular ...honestly makes me think how bad is behind the scenes 🤔

The management must pick the employees based on anything other than are they capable to do the job, absolutely useless is describing them better than they are! Talk about being brain dead when u can’t get a simple order right it’s time to worry

Used Teesside Park twice now both times missing part of order 1st time no dips in a 12 piece boneless sharing. 2nd time same order only 8 pieces of chicken after I pointed out no dips again. Didn't check on chicken pieces till I was home. Too late to go back then. Don't think I will be using that outlet again. Poor service.

Worst serving KFC i have ever been to. Their service is below the lowest standards u can imagine. Been waiting for my Fast Food for more than 30 mins in the restaurant.

Always seem to be missing some items off the menu. I prefer to drive a bit further to the Wynyard restaurant

For me personally, I don't think KFC is better than Dixy Chicken. I feel life KFC chicken strips are always dry/hard; their drinks are rubbish. You get a Pepsi, and by the time you've driven 10 minutes towards home, the flavour of the drink has gone. There is hardly ever any fizziness in their drinks!

Two chicken meals meant to be the same yet one had three tiny pieces of chicken the other three huge pieces 🤷‍♀️... We had to go and ask for our drinks as they'd not arrived half way through eating... the table was dirty and the chicken burger was so small it was lost in the bun... DRIVE STRAIGHT PAST!!!

Just a single word to describe this branch, WORST!

As you can see from the picture, half a fillet of chicken. You can see its been ripped apart as there is no coating. The chicken piece included in the meal I actually thought it was a wing it was so small. The fries were also cold and the service poor.

Been a couple of times now. Always something that leaves me feeling a little dissatisfied. Whether it be an overcooked fillet in my burger or no napkins/wipes or spoon for the side. Other than that, staff are friendly and the place looks clean

People were lovely. Every time our order comes out wrong , we order the trilogy box but don’t want the hot chicken fillet we want the 2 chicken fillets. ??? Instead. We enjoy it when we get there in the end.

AGAIN a been through drive through to get home and find these. Pay £27 to include 2 large beans and yet they give 4 half full small ones that the 4 in total would still not fill 1 large tub. Sick of being ripped off by kfc.
