KFC Teesside - Park Drive in Stockton-on-Tees

Terrible experience, thieves. Twice now my order was not delivered. Its rubbish. No help from the uber driver who was rude also, kfc didn't pack the meal correctly.

Fries were soggy, chicken is soggy and all the pieces of chicken we received were miniscule in size. Has KFC significantly reduced the size of chicken fillets and pieces or was I just shafted. Wouldn't recommend going to this branch.

Food was soggy and smelt funky

Decided to come here for something quick to eat after watching Scary Susan in the yard with my mates, food wasn't hot enough, toilets stunk and piss all over the floor.

Delivery went from initial 25 minutes to hour, store a 10 minute walk away. Arrived in a small bag which was very damp with grease, can handed separately, fries, not many at all and cold, not warm cold, chicken was warm all had to go in the oven.

We were offered a free popcorn chicken at the checkout as an offer but it was not in the order that arrived. One of the ordered items (boneless box) had a popcorn chicken included but the free extra one you offered was not there.

The Food was cold and the quality was very poor. The chicken was soggy and not crispy. The rice box was tasteless. The chicken burger bun was soggy! We paid £27.00 for meals that were wasted and put in bin. Will not be ordering again

My food wasn’t delivered last night… I need my refund please… it showed delivered but nothing was brought to me.

Wrong order delivered. Requested refund. Still waiting to hear. Won’t use KFC again. For the price there shouldn’t be mistakes

I have ordered from here before and was disappointed but thought why not give them another try but the same problem again the chicken was not cooked properly at all and food arrived cold. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here!

For me personally, I don't think KFC is better than Dixy Chicken. I feel life KFC chicken strips are always dry/hard and their drinks are rubbish. You get a Pepsi, and by the time you've driven 5 minutes towards home, the flavour of the drink has gone! There is hardly ever any fizziness in their drinks!

Regardless of how busy the restaurant is, if you go through the drive thru you will be told to drive to the waiting point. The Golf at the front was here when we first came into Teesside Park. Absolutely pointless.

I ordered for Pepsi and it wasn't available. it wasn't informed and they send some other drink. that's pathetic

My order didn’t come at all, driver was absolutely no use at all, and attitude stunk, decided to just put my order down as delivered instead, ended up having to order from another KFC, reported my food never came and still didn’t get my money back

I have tried to access help to understand why my discount code showed as invalid despite the fact it expires tomorrow 16/02/2025. I would like my code applied to my last order please. I could not fully enjoy the meal thinking I spent double what I was planning to. I would appreciate this fixed soonest. Thanks.

Didn't recieve the free popcorn chicken if you spent over £21. It's a bit disappointing when I spent over £50. Apart from that food was fresh and hot.

Delivery was fine. Normally the wings are crispy and crunchy. Don’t know what happened today, they were greasy and the batter was falling off ☹️

Some of the chicken was quite dry and the fillets where chewy so didn’t eat most of it, also they forgot the fries for both meals

Paid nearly £10 fir a 3 price colonels meal to find one breast piece and two of the tiniest wing pieces ever. seriously unimpressed.

Called in for some quick food and it was loverly. Malik behind the counter was outstanding and so friendly. Everything you want from front of house staff.

Absolutely appalling experience at KFC. Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s shocking that you can’t make any purchases unless you pay via self-service and by card. What if someone only has cash? Not everyone carries a card everywhere they go! I feel the need to mention Anabel, who is hands down the rudest teenage worker I’ve ever encountered. I went up to ask for a Fruit Shoot for my son and was met with an attitude. She clearly has no common sense, no customer service skills, and no idea how to treat customers. She shouldn’t be working in any customer-facing role. On top of that, the place was far from clean. It’s clear that no one is prioritising basic hygiene or customer satisfaction. The place was also absolutely freezing cold. You need to hire better staff, invest in proper training for their young recruits, and sort out the state of your establishment. It’s an absolute disgrace.

Disappointed unfortunately. We did order quite a lot of food and it was all there so that was good, albeit there were some substitutes that we had not been made aware of. However, the food was barely even warm and didn't taste very fresh. Some of the chicken pieces were also extremely small. I won't be ordering again as far better is expected for the price.

Order was over 2 hours from order, after time of 40 minutes given, just eat drivers not turning up, rand store after 2 hours who asked me to drive there then as I got there they gave my order to the driver a couple minutes earlier, I drove back to home to half the order missing and what did come stone cold where it had been sat for over 2 hour and half ridiculous service never again

The food was very cold as well as the chicken being extremely tough and hard to eat was not satisfied with my order the chicken as a whole was not fresh and felt like it had been left out for some time and was very tough and chewy.

The greatest KFC I've had in a long time. There was lots of seats/dining space. The restaurant and tables were clean. It was well worth the short wait. Food was fresh. "Signature fries" are fantastic. Good spicy wings and chicken. Very friendly. Keep up the wonderful work, people. Recommended.

Half order was again wrong or missing even after asking if stuff was there. Fair enough I should of emptied meals out on counter and checked. Don't even know why I still use KFC I now think it's part of their policy to stiff customers so staff can earn more. If the staff are that depressed they should find another job

I almost always order a boneless banquet, and up until recently it was £7-8 ish. Today I ordered it from KFC Teesside Park for about £10 (with inflation and all that, it's pricy). First thing I noticed was EVERYTHING was smaller. So I paid more for less, shocking. The chip packet was tiny and half full, the drink was small, the popcorn chicken box looked tiny too, but most appalling was the size of the chicken fillets that came to me luke warm. They were literally so small I thought I'd been given a kids meal but it turns out the fillets that used to be in the boneless banquet have now been replaced with 'mini' fillets. I went back to the counter when I opened my meal and asked if there had been a mistake. This is NO banquet but felt like I'd been scammed. SAVE YOUR MONEY and spend it elsewhere as the price has skyrocketed and portion size shrunk. Not cool at all. AVOID I've attached photos from the poster and compared to my meal. They should describe it as a boneless kids meal as it feels like false advertising.

Legit decent halal KFC experience. Had the zinger tower burger meal and it exceeded all my expectations. Crispy, fresh chicken that hit the spot. Well done because I'm a fussy customer!

Everything was nice and hot on delivery, I ordered 2 cookies and they didn’t have them so they sent me a large popcorn chicken and extra fries to replace them which I was more than happy with, my only problem was they forgot the gravy but other than that everything else was lovely ☺️

I really need to share this, a lovely worker walked and sat with me while I waited for an uber as there were 4 men waiting behind the wall outside and staring at me. As soon as she walked me out they moved away from their postions and got in a car. They were out there for a good 10mins all stood crowding the door. I never got the workers name but I want to thank them. It was about 10.30 at night I just finished work across the road and wanted some food. It terrified me how these men acted I'm quite young and was on my own and what the worker did could of saved me life. This happened 13/08/2024 at 10.30pm. Again a big thank you to the worker.

well the chicken was missing and the bag had been ripped open, so don't no of the driver eaten it or what but I won't be ordering again.

The gravy was very watery and tasteless, ordered an extra one too - total waste of money!

If you wanted surely staff who don't interact this is the place you have been searching for, and I think over a £1 for a spoon of beans slightly exorbitant.
