Visited today for the first time, what a lovely piece of chocolate cake and a delicious bowl of soup, made very welcome, will certainly be back when next in the area

Dropped in after seeing the gorgeous gifts in the window, had the most amazing hot chocolate and cake!!! The gifts there are so individual, we bought a few different greetings cards and Christmas decorations…but could have spent hours looking at the many unusual gifts there. Will definitely be back again! The staff were so friendly, the store was cosy, with settees and low tables, perfect for hiding away with a hot chocolate.

Fantastic food all cooked and served fresh, there is a great choice and the staff are always friendly and happy Coffee is excellent too Eat here regularly and never been dissatisfied

Absolutely brilliant, this is a good few times me and family have been now, and I can't think of anything I would change, plus the Parmo's are bangin !!

The fish was delicious, I would have preferred golden coloured chips but that's just me. It was very popular and plenty of people queuing.We will go again for definite.

Very sorry it no longer exists. A shame. It was a great cafe & the prawn sandwiches were epic. Generous portions. Delicious & filling. We always thought the evening menu looked so tempting too, with imaginative options. Coming here was always a treat.

Great place to buy pet food. The staff are friendly and really helpful. It also sells other pet products, hardware, sweets and drinks, fresh fruit and veg and other things. There is also a great cafe.

Fantastic breakfast with good quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The staff are always friendly, attentive and make you feel welcome which is refreshing in this day and age. Have visited previously for meals also from coffee and cake so if you like quality cakes too then this is the place to visit. All in all highly recommended and excellent value for money.

Yo iba andando el Cleveland Way y había oído hablar de este lugar. Todo lo que he oído que era verdad. La cafetería funciona de 10:00 a 3:00 pm y es atendido por voluntarios del pueblo y la zona de los alrededores. Yo me comí un sándwich, un bollo y una taza de té en un precio más que razonable. Comidas ligeras disponibles. Los aseos estaban limpias así como todo el lugar. Si querías un libro de segunda mano o un souvenir del centro todo ello contribuye a los fondos de caridad. I must say the pizzas are really good but the parmo's are not the best I had one and it was white cheese and the bechamel sauce tasted like it was from a packet,I'm from Middlesbrough and I can make better ones me self but over all nice food apart from the parmo's

We had the pleasure of eating here twice while visiting family, excellent and well presented food. Landlord and staff and locals extremely friendly, they all made a real fuss of our little exuberant frenchie. A big thank you to one and all. Well worth a visit.
