Love coming here food is always amazing and staff are lovely.

First time we've been to this farm cafe, but won't be the last! It was excellent. Really good food, lovely waiting staff, and very reasonable prices. The beef and ham were the best we've had in any farm shop.

Great place to buy pet food. The staff are friendly and really helpful. It also sells other pet products, hardware, sweets and drinks, fresh fruit and veg and other things. There is also a great cafe.

Wrong sweet brought out felt perhaps we came too late in the afternoon and the place was winding down to close although it was only 2.15pm when we actually came out not really a great experience certainly won't be having my money again sorry

Great place full of stuff from fresh produce, pet supplies to tools and garden equipment. We always get our pet food from here, despite it not being the closet to us. Have always had really good customer service and yesterday was a perfect example of that… Just as I was about to pay the power went down. Once established the whole of Easington’s electricity was cut he added up the total, put it on an orders receipt and said he would give me a call once it was all back up and running again and I could pay over the phone. I left with all I needed and was so grateful I didn’t have to go find a cash machine that was working and come back later. Very happy customer and will always be coming back. 😊

Arrived at 2.30 with my family. We were grudgingly served, staff were abrupt and quite unpleasant. One member of staff glaring at us presumably because we were laughing at a family joke. If looks could kill we would be 6 feet under! Unfortunately we will not be coming back. 😔

We had a good meal here, Ham egg and chips, the ham was thick and good, chunky chips. Cheese and onion toastie was ok. Only problem was the cost. Really too expensive.

Nice selection of farm products and diy/hardware products. Tea room offers a good selection of food cooked to order. Nice views from the tea room and terrace.

Called in for lunch. Had the dogs with us so were shown to the rear where there are picnic tables looking over a lovely view. One of the staff came out with a bowl of water for the dogs which was much appreciated on a warm day. Lovely food, fresh crisp salad and plenty of it. Tea for two in a huge teapot too, none of your silly tiny teapots here.

Stopped at this garden centre and used the Meadow View tearoom within it. This is a great stopping point, just 4 miles off the main road. We did not use the garden centre itself. The cafe is at the back, comfortable, modern and clean. We both had the small breakfast which was more than adequate, tasty, piping hot and good value for the money. Decent little menu too. Toilets available of course and good disabled access. Recommended.

Just been this morning for coffee and cake with my Mam and had the most amazing lemon cake I have ever had in my life, so good I brought a slice home 🍰🌸 lovely setting, lovely staff and OMG the best cake... 😋🌸X

Visited for lunch on Saturday, staff were pleasant and although the menu not huge the food was really nice, my partner had the full English, I had quiche chips and salad and my little girl had fish fingers and it was clean plates all around. The reccomend you book which I did but there was a few walk in whilst we were there. Will definitely visit again

On a family holiday, decided to try the cafe and were told we were not allowed to sit in because ‘we didn’t look like a family’. Totally discriminatory but very glad we did not get the chance to give our business to such a strange and horrid place.

We stopped for lunch today. We hadn’t booked although we had been advised to previously. We were still welcomed and accommodated. We had a jacket potato and panini. Both were a very good size with delicious homemade coleslaw. In fact it was one of the best jackets (and a generous amount of cheese) I have had. We also took cakes away with us for later. It was hard to choose as they all looked delicious ! Very fairly priced too. The cafe and toilets were very clean with good social distancing. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

First time back after the lockdown, always a good place to go, good food, good service. Not today. We followed a couple in, both given tables to go to, then... nothing. If ordering takes place at the counter we were not told, if at the table nobody came. The one waitress spent most of her time in the kitchen but did realise the other couple had walked out after maybe ten minutes. She looked baffled, looked around, cleaned the table and went back to the kitchen. We also left around ten minutes later. I wonder if she ever realised?

The cafe looked open on the website so we went to be told they didn’t open for another 20 mins. So we waited in the car, and went back in. To then be told we couldn’t take our dog in. (Who was clearly with us on our first attempt!!). Awful experience and a waste of our time. Also laughable that dogs aren’t allowed into a cafe with cement floor and on a farm with all the very obvious farm smells!!!

Plesent sit outside for a scone and a pot of tea...proper farm scent from the piggery across the road. You know you are not in town 🤭😃😃😎R

Came here Thursday 23rd July. I booked the day before. glad i did as there were a lot of reserved tables, though not a great amount of people. I had a Mocchinno and some cake. My friend she just had a Latte. To get in now you have to walk around the back and go in via the door that leads to the outside seating, where they check your booking and show you to a table. Payment and ordering are done at the counter before you get your stuff.You then get what was very good table service. There is a lovely view through the window and we were lucky enough to have a window seat. We had been a few times before lockdown as well as we really like this place. Definetely recommended

Today we had the take away Afteroon Tea for my husband 's birthday. Oh my word delicious from the first bite to the last. Make sure you don't miss out either now or when they are able to open again !

Nice tea room with views over the countryside. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our party of four all had the Breakfast - it was served promptly and was well presented. All items were nicely cooked and very tasty, especially the bacon and sausage. Toast and tea were included in the price of £7.95 which represented good value. We also sampled the cakes and puddings which were also very nice and good value. All in all we are happy to recommend and would definitely visit again.

This was our second visit with friends for lunch. Our mouths were watering as we watched dished being served to the many customers. This is a gem! The staff are so friendly, nothing is to much trouble and the food is amazing.

Called in to Farm Direct tea rooms and it’s set In a really nice location, it was a lovely sunny day so sat outside relaxing , overlooking the countryside which is in the NY national park , the food was delicious and presented really well , we would definitely visit again .

Okay... I'm a Yorkshire Lad - who equates cost with quality - For example, I can't see paying £2.75 for a half sized Cornish Pasty at a cafe in Saltburn, that I could get in a store where I live for £1.25. Therefor, I drove out of Saltburn looking for a cafe in one of the local villages - Hey.... Then I drove past this farm - advertising its Tea Room - So turned around and headed back - So glad I did.... Not just a Tea Room - but I was able to have a cracking full breakfast + Tea + Toast all for a tad over £7. And I had a real working farm to view whilst I enjoyed my meal.... And I really did enjoy it .... Absolutely Cracking - Good Value - Good Food & Friendly Staff.... Even had a chat with Farmer Ken ;)

Group of x16 work colleagues got together to celebrate a 21st Birthday. Arrived to our table all nicely set and decorated, tea/coffee orders were taken and shortly followed our afternoon tea of Sandwiches, Salad, Coleslaw, Crisps, Cheese Scones, Fruit Scones with Jam & Cream and...

Great food in a very clean and tidy setting, nice views over the countryside. Gigantic portions, freshly cooked. Highly recommended.

Great range of well priced items, including dog food and animal feeds, gardening goods, paint, DIY goods, fresh local meat and eggs, a wide range of beers and fresh local vegetables. The potatoes from here make excellent chips! There's also a lovely cafe in the building that offers a range of gluten free foods, Sunday dinners, soups, sandwiches, home baked cakes and scones, afternoon tea and a fantastic farmers special salad, served with cut meats, pork pie and home made coleslaw. Worth a visit!

Tucked away at the back of this country store is a delightful cafe. They sell home made food, baked goods including cream and afternoon tea. They cater for gluten free diets. I had a gluten free afternoon tea for £8, fresh chicken and ham sandwiches...
