I ordered a chicken Sunday dinner with extra cauliflower cheese. Got it delivered for after work and oh my god it was amazing! If your looking for a home cooked Sunday dinner at home I highly recommend!! Absolutely delicious it was like having my mams Sunday dinner

Generous helpings of excellent food at reasonable prices, with friendly, efficient, helpful service & a patio where you can eat outdoors with a view of the River Tyne & the hills beyond. I found the place by accident, & am now a regular. I especially recommend their fried egg sandwiches (in an enormous bun), their delicious quiche, their original pasties, & their fabulous baked potatoes with salad. (And if you like spicy food, be sure to try their spicy onions - they’re wonderful!) Oh, & don’t forget to try their home-made soup 👍

We were ta a darts ko at the Kelly a little bit of rivalry between both teams but the manager and dep manager were lovely made us feel welcome.food was put on for teams asnd isn't nessacary to do so amazing ...well done the Kelly..you got beat but were great sports thank you

This is one of my favourite places for lunch. Small, family-run, very friendly, and fantastic real food. I've been here countless times and it's always a great pleasure - I go there several times a month. It's an awesome way to recharge for the afternoon! Delicious shawarma and grilled food. Daily special, which is always worth trying - very tasty and great value, such as aubergine kebab or bean stew. Flavourful lahmacun (Turkish pizza) too. Many options come with rice or bread or fresh salad - and the bread is baked by them every day. Another great sign is how the chef subtly varies the dishes each week - different balance of flavouring, different sauces - but always very tasty.

I'm lucky enough to dine here a few times every year. The quality of food prepared and served by the students is superb and the price is of course subsidised by the college. Highly recommended.

Your food quality is deteriorating day by day , when I visited your shop first time I was so happy that finally I can enjoy good South Indian food at Newcastle but now I don’t feel the same after visiting 6-7 times and continuously going unsatisfied by your food , you guys should give freshly cooked food to your customers if you want to grow . I ordered Idli it was too dry and the sambhar was smelly . I was fond of your sambhar vada but this time I left the sambhar vada because it was smelly and not fresh . Really disappointed will never come back for sure.

Extremely disappointed. First time having such bad experience here. Used to be my favourite. Ordered chicken shawarma but instead got served lamb but they insisted it is chicken like I am stupid can’t differentiate the meat. The staff’s intransigence and disdainful attitude in addressing this blatant error were deeply disappointing. The dish served was blatantly fraudulent. Tasted horrible with their arrogant service. I threw it in the dustbin there itself. Waste of my money.

Disappointing Experience at Hatim Restaurant As a family of four and regular customers of Hatim Restaurant, we chose to dine there on my son's birthday (21-Dec-2024). Our usual order is the mixed grill, which we’ve always enjoyed. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment. The lamb ribs seemed uncooked and were far too tough, while the chicken wings and kebabs were clearly not fresh. When I raised my concerns, the staff admitted that the ribs were not from spring lamb. We struggled to enjoy the meal, and to make matters worse, my little one, whose birthday we were celebrating, ended up vomiting everything afterward. This experience was deeply disheartening, and I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The staff are extremely rude that I had spoken too as we order food every week from this place and to my disappointment we got our food and did not receive the order we had ordered…. The kids meal was a disgrace with only a few fries and the tiniest of burgers honestly it was so tiny I won’t even feed it to a rat, so I rang them to explain and to be talked down too it was a very bad experience working in a customer service environment am disgusted and to be told off somebody we have too many customers we don’t care about you on the our call…well to say the least awful. Another thing putting uber eats down saying you get two kebabs be lucky it’s uber eats fault not ours to be told on the phone I shall leave at that you decide if you want to be served by takeaway like that thanks
