The best meal we’ve had in a long time. Great service, very welcoming to our family (and 8 month old baby) and the food was absolutely beautiful. Every dish was so tasty, shame we don’t live locally otherwise we would be here every week!

Food taste was very delicious, staff are friendly and welcoming. What wasn't very nice is the maintenance guy doing paint work while customers are dining, also toilets weren't as clean as they should be. Overall the experience was nice and I'll recommend it for someone looking for a fine Labenies cuisine.

First time we have tried this, very nice food and very reasonable with prices, mixed grill platter was very nice. Good staff and pleasant welcome.

We came here to have the Chicken mandi and also got to try their new Jordanian dish - lamb in yogurt. Both dishes were spot on. Meat cooked to perfection - tender and full of flavour. The mandi rice had the meaty stock flavour typical of the dish and the basmati rice was cooked to perfection. The rice for the lamb dish was really unusual but again delicious - a shorter stickier grain rice cooked with yogurt. The interior of the restaurant is really pretty with lantern lights and a lovely tiled water feature in the middle. Toilets were clean and warm. Service was great and we were well looked after. Recommend coming here to try some interesting dishes

Delicious, plentiful food with an authentic feel.

Came here for dinner whilst on a visit to Newcastle, it was a welcome bright spot in the middle of a cold, rainy autumn evening! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, made even more so by the Arab decor and music. Servers were receptive, fast and friendly and we even got red team with mint and baklawa on the house after our meal. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an authentic Arabic, tasty meal!

Excellect service, very hospitable and friendly. The grill was very good. Chicken was tender, well marinated and full of flavour. The mandi chicken was very tender, the meat would just slip off the bone. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the gravy/sauce that was missing with the mandi, making the meal a bit dry for me

Cafe type. Food was ok. Kibbeh were nice - the best part. Salad was very ordinary. Grill was ok. I don't know what the standard is in Newcastle so nothing to compare against... but there are some nice arab places around ...

Nice little restaurant. Paid parking opposite to the restaurant. Excellent service, they even offered complimentary tea. Very nice. Food is at average compared to other similar restaurants in Newcastle. Full marks for service offered by single lady who looked after the whole restaurant.
