First class food. Attentive service. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed. First time having such bad experience here. Used to be my favourite. Ordered chicken shawarma but instead got served lamb but they insisted it is chicken like I am stupid can’t differentiate the meat. The staff’s intransigence and disdainful attitude in addressing this blatant error were deeply disappointing. The dish served was blatantly fraudulent. Tasted horrible with their arrogant service. I threw it in the dustbin there itself. Waste of my money.

The food wasn’t up to standard. It tasted plain and arrived too cold. They should think about using better-quality meat. The kofta had way too much garlic, I could barely taste the meat, which usually happens to cover up low quality meat smell and taste. The lamb cubes were really tough to chew, and it actually hurt my teeth. They should use a better cut, maybe back or neck meat. They’ve raised their prices a lot lately, but the quality has dropped. Feels like they’re using meat from older sheep instead of young lamb. I really hope they fix these issues as they used to serve good foods.

Food taste is decent and the service is very good. Definitely recommend to try it out.

Location: perfect, easy to park Atmosphere: just the way a restaurant needs to be, with good background music. Restaurant: clean and very welcoming Staff: great service from start to finish Food: definitely 5 stars, 6 if we could rate that high. We ordered two large platters (£53.99) for 8 of us, it was more than enough. Excellent variety in the platter. Came with a very nice and tasty pomegranate salad. Would definitely come again and recommend it

We went for an office night out with colleagues. It was the first time we went to visit Lebanese restaurant. The food was very nice and delicious. Everyone loved and enjoyed the taste of Mediterranean food. Their service and hospitality were great. It's worth going back again to enjoy the flavour.

We had the Al Sham Super Mixed grill, with sides of halloumi, cucumber salad, hummus and flat bread. It was all absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, with excellent flavour and seasoning. The fruit juices were also really fresh. The kids really enjoyed the food. The calamari was the only dish that wasn't quite what we expected, with the batter being quite thick to how we've usually found this in Greek restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The restaurant was very busy by the time we left around 2100, so is clearly a popular family friendly destination with the locals. Highly recommended.

I ordered the barbecue platter, shawarama, and it was very fragrant. The service was warm and thoughtful, and mint tea and snacks were given at the end. Four people ate sixty pounds, which was very satisfying.

Food nice and hot. Would be nice to get some cutlery and napkins as ordered soup and to the hotel room.

The taste is superb and service is top quality. The lady Boshra is super friendly and served the meal with great hospitality . Original labanese cuisine with alot of variety. Their Kunnafa was superb. Surely visit again .

Best Lebanese restaurant in town

The Al Sham mix grill was amazing. The flavours and seasoning were authentic. Highly recommend! For sure, I'll dine here again on my next trip to Newcastle.

Best Lebanese food I've ever tasted! So authentic, freshly made and huge portions. So much variety on the large platters. Very attentive and friendly service. They can't do enough for you. Give it a try. You won't regret it and it will become your favourite eatery.

Everything is so fresh and delicious. A real treat. We enjoyed a pot of mint tea - the tea glasses it came with were fabulous. We mainly had ‘mere’ loved the broad beans and salads.

Got small hair on food. When i show it to them they just ask what should they do 😂 Horrible. Food was nice though. I was their regular customer.

Food taste was very delicious, staff are friendly and welcoming. What wasn't very nice is the maintenance guy doing paint work while customers are dining, also toilets weren't as clean as they should be. Overall the experience was nice and I'll recommend it for someone looking for a fine Labenies cuisine.
