Spot on can't fault it been a few times now and can't say a bad word about the food.

Perfect food for the price I loved the grill chicken

Smash burger wasn’t a real smash burger, pre flattened patty wasn’t smashed on the grill, meat wasn’t all that bad, seasoning was decent, Bun was too thick, fries ok, buffalo sauce was good. Price was good £7 for “smash burger” which had 2 patties, fries, 2 dips, and a can of pop good value for £7. Would try again.

I ordered the smash burger, it was amazing. I had the wings as well and it was so authentic and flavourful, I would honestly recommend trying the wings.

Mashallah the best tasting wings and food on west gate road, alot of the fried wings have tooo mich salt but these were just perfect!!!!

Pretty decent food for a decent price

Food was great bit dry patty but the sauce was delicious and so was the chips didn't take too long 👍pretty good Another Visit Went and food took a while but they gave me the wrong burger 😞 very sad cus they gave me a UFO burger and I hate barbecue sauce but the fries and dip were nice

Chicken fried burger is unbelievable so much texture to it and you can tell it’s fresh !!! Fries are always in the right temperature never cold . Portion sizes are great . Keep up the hard work!

I’m just in love with their food, it’s the best place on the west road Newcastle to get burgers and chicken, I have almost tried everything in the menu and can’t resist to go there again and again. Thier whole chicken is probably better than Nando’s and reasonably priced.

Both blazing chicken burgers were half empty and dripping in garglic and coleslaw and online menu is sooo confusing and I got charged extra because of their mistake they made themselves and they still gave me wrong change back lol. Waiting time was long too 45 mins when they said 20 mins.

Really nice food! Chicken was cooked amazing! Crispy and tender. And on top of it so cheap! 4 burger meals for £23!! One of the best, if not the best, halal burger place in Newcastle. Owner was lovely too and the shop is extremely clean. Would recommend to all!

Tried the New York and Beijing chicken burger meals. The chicken burger was succulent and moist with a decent portion of chips and sauce of your choice in the side. Good value for money. Would benefit from.more seating.

I had full grilled peri peri chicken that was on Offer , i can't say how delicious that was. Mostly i visit to eat beef burger 🍔 with cheez and Spicy burger world sauce. Some times i try crispy chicken burger WoW, stunning really stunning. I'll suggest you all to go there and try 1 from the Manu ....

Second time trying, bit annoying as paid for nuclear burger and received bog standard crispy chicken burger, guy was apologetic however could’ve offered to deliver my burger, food is good however

I had the Newyork crispy chiken burger was nice and crispy was tasty the fries where good aswell the hot dog was a let down needs to a bit more better I tried there number tow burger it was nice but my suggestion is it could be a little more fatty and creasy as it's a smash burger price was good service was good they are kinda cheap

The smash burgers were lush. the grilled hot wings were nice soft and succulent. I didnt really like there chilli sauce.

Local to me and has been decent everytime I have tried it and staff have been friendly enough. Was surprised to see comments that they are rude but tbh I have not had any problems with my orders. I prefer chicken burgers in general and like the new york one they do. I have had it a couple of times and the chicken was freshly fried and crispy and the buns they use are better than others on west road for similar price. Their smash burgers are a little on the dry side and I only tried it once so can't really comment too much. My brother enjoyed it.. Fries are always freshly fried and the burger world spicy sauce is so nice I always get this combo lol nothing like hot crispyyy fries with the perfect sauce. I have tried their grilled wings with the mild sauce but be warned it is not mild. It was quite spicy and I think it's because they drizzle extra sauce on top after grilling. Perhaps ask for no extra sauce. Otherwise they were nice. Decent price and actually a good alternative to the many shops locally :)

Just had this as a change and it was really nice. Decent portions, price and service was good. Something different locally which hit the spot. Friendly service and will be trying the rest of the menu. Korean chicken tenders were lush too. 😋

I had take out order from this shop and it was so nice. The burger felt like fresh even after 30 minutes and i love the cheesy fries with the burger. Highly recommended shop to visit in the west road, along with this the Customer service is also appreciative ♥️🥰

Staff are rude and would not admit their fault, they just didn’t want to do anything about it. And then they started making comments. They won’t listen and made me feel so small over some food that I couldn’t eat as they got it wrong. I will not be going back here again.

I ordered the peri terrestrial burger which is meant to have peri sauce inside. Picture shows mayo was inside. I called up about this and the guy on the phone was so rude and unapologetic, he was adament there is no mayo inside and wanted me to get the burger back, as he would make another one which I would need to collect in 10 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager but he said he is in Turkey. I went back after 10 minutes to find them just battering the chicken. The guy just snatched the burger out my hand and threw it in the bin, i asked do you not need to check it, he said "no i don't need to" he admitted to putting mayo inside and said it is the correct sauce, I directed him to the menu which stated otherwise, then he admitted it was a mistake. I wasn't happy about the chicken being put in the fryer after a minute of me being there then the guy said "call the prime minister" multiple times. A man walked in from the back and the guy in front stated this is the manager. So he initially lied to me over the phone. The service was disgusting, rude and unapologetic. I in the end asked for a refund, when getting the refund another staff tried to stop this from happening even though I was dissatisfied. I will not be going back here again. It only takes the one bad experience and the fact that he continously undermined me and his manager allowed this behaviour. I just really disappointed.

Very tasty food at very reasonable prices. The kitchen staff is very friendly and helpful and the Burgers is amazing delicious lovely grill the peri peri chicken is also very delicious 😋😋😋 I liked 😊
