Amazing place in the heart of Middlesborough .... love to stop in here for a delicious chai and chill. Great customer service too, so friendly.

Wonderful good quality food. However when i walked in i could barely breathe (in March!) it was so hot and humid. So I asked and the air conditioning was assured to me it was fixed last year and I would be put to a table where "I might feel something" as they said "I wouldnt feel anything" at the table I had booked. It was just as bad at the new table they eventually put us at - the busiest section in the restaurant, near the till. Then the waitress laughs and says (not jokingly) - "Before last year the air condioning hadnt worked for 10 years!". So I said "why did they move us to this bit 'Table 21'?", but she said "You can still only feel anything in that section over there!" (pointing nowhere near Table 21). So i doubt air conditioning works at all. The layout of the place is very confusing as is access to toilets. It's easy to bump into people . The app is good, the deals are good, the staff were nice though. If you have a bit of spare money it's good for a change, but woud prove costly to visit often.

Been for breakfast with peter rabbit today, with my 7 year old son, he has autism, staff where great with him, had a lovely breakfast which included plenty of soft play, juice and sweets, thanks you claire & erin for going out you way to make him feel comfortable, he loved every minute of the time we spent there and could not get him to leave, will be going to the next one.

Good tasty food specially the spicy wings and a reasonable price for the quantity. Unfortunately the dont accept card payments at site.

Popped in for the deluxe mixed box last night, absolutely great value for £29.95, so much food. Would also like to say a huge thank you to the staff, as it took us 30 min to drive home when my daughter realised she had left her bag in the shop. She called them, and they had it, we collected it today, thank you very much

Well it was awful today, normally the food is good but today my burger was so dry and definitely not fresh, I think if you're serving leftover food it should reflect in the price. What am I getting dry food when I'm paying full price.

Ordered a meal box on their website on Sunday night and it stated delivery time from our nearest takeaway was 60 mins or we could collect in 20. Opted to pay for delivery, however 90 mins passed and still no food, so we called them to chase up our order and was told it was on its way. When the meal box finally arrived the kebab meat was cold, the beef topped fries were cold and the burgers themselves were both luke warm at best Considering how much we spent on this meal it was disappointing given all the hype on social media. Granted the burger was nice it's a negative experience we wouldn't wish to go through again and unfortunately would not recommend Craft Burger.

Well what can I say the place is amazing, Short little story me and my wife had our first date here for some food and cinema at Everyman and a years down the line we will constantly do it, Thank you for being a part of our dates and our journey many thanks M&M

Was excited to see it re-open . Sadly it must be under new owner etc. All food is the poor quality cash and carry bought in stuff that every other take away has . All cook pretty well , chips arrived a bit soggy , all bread items a bit chewy buns and pizza base, ie not th freshest . Was cheap enough to compensate for new poor quality .

I repeat do not buy food from here this restaurant is not to be trusted all they do is lie and no refund has been given back to me. I will demand Uber and any other delivery services not to use them. Do not waste your money I’d advise you to starve instead than buy from here

Not bad for cocktails. Used to stop by for one or two. Crowd are a bit lame. Or at least they have when I've been in.

Taste and quantity is good Heavenly tastey ..
