Excellent food, great guys. Highly recommended

Ordered for a friend through JE for a birthday. The King Kong burger and onion rings were brilliant i was told however, the Peri peri chips were too hot to even eat chilli wise, the bonelessbox which ahould be 3 chicken strips and popcorn chicken with chips and a dip turned out to be a chicken burger with chips, zero birthday treat added by restraunt and wrong food send. All a bit disappointing really

I went on the phone to order some food and the guy on the phone was very rude when I asked for cluckys big dripper. I tried to communicate with him however he kept threatening for me to come over to the shop and was being very aggressive all because I said I think he needed to sort his phone out. Never ordering from here again the most bizarre call I've ever had

Ordered through just eats app, chicken was overcooked, soaked in oil, no seasoning no flavour at all, wont even start about the burgers. Plus at the end we found some nice long hair in the chicken, disgusting. The drink was missing too. Overcooked food? happens. MIssing items? happens. Hair in food? lack of hygiene. Disgusting, first and last time ordering, dont recommend at all.

I’m a regular customer. Last time I ordered a pizza and it got delivered with topping all pushed to the corner of the box. Called the manager and he said he’ll compensate next time we ordered. Called this time to see how we will be compensated and he told us he’ll give us a “free” dip sauce and told me the compensation is valid for a week (how was I supposed to know that when he didn’t tell us when we complained?) By no means am I looking for free food from restaurants but the way this guy talk to you on the phone is shocking. You don’t want to compensate no problem but don’t claim to do so in the future obviously we’ll call to inquire you about that. We put up a review on just eat and he’s replying and saying we want free wings? Who asked you for free wings. please have the decency to talk politely. If you had been polite and just told us it’s against your policy we would have understood. Never ordering from clucky’s again.

The person taking orders on phone doesn’t know how to talk to or treat customers. Just look at how they respond to negative reviews on justeat etc.

First time orded from here and it will definitely not be the last, food was delicious, and still hot,deivery was quick

100% quality food, fast service

Was missing sauce which I paid extra for. Wanted to let it be but thought this should’ve happened. So I called the restaurant. I explained the problem and the person goes “ that is not possible I packed the order” so I asked “ yes but I am really missing the sauce and I have checked” he continued to asked me to check as he was the one who packed the order. So I told him I have squash the bags plastic and paper bag and there is no sauce. He replied “ hello listen that is not possible and I packed the order ok and I am the manager” I was taken aback because I didn’t asked to speak to manager or what so ever. All I wanted was an explanation and an apology. I was really angry because that’s not how u reply to costumer when the costumer is speaking nicely. And please I have also worked in this field before. No complain about the food it’s looks and taste good but whoever the manager is needs to learn to be down to earth. Goddess.

Ordered 2X 7" Pizza 🍕 & Kids Meal Mini Chicken Wraps with fries 🍟 was the very first time after being back to the Town Centre after 44 Months never tried their Pizza 🍕 so was my first 🥇 in life time will never find a takeaway on Linthorpe Rd with Pizza 🍕 so tasty 😋, Fresh ingredients and piping hot

Worst experience ever had a chicken burger and fries today burger bun was stinking and the chicken piece was too hard and it was not even cooked properly even the fries were not cooked worst worst food ever I had please try to improve the food quality!!!!!!!!

Iam really disappointed day by day the food here is getting worse and worse and the problem is the fried chicken stinks like a raw chicken. After taking a bite that smell hit you like you can’t eat them anymore. So cluckys plzzz take care of it.

I have ordered wings once and but they have sent leg and the food was not even cooked well i think the flour which was they using was too old.I have called them regarding that the guy in the shop started shouting.

These need shutting down, cold food on delivery all squashed together on delivery, distasteful food, cheap nasty oils they using and you can taste how awful it truly is, very sloppy food, at outrageous prices, worst quality I’ve come across in years!! It’s simply not crispy chicken! More like sloppy chicken that was serious wet! Whatever they are cooking there food in (the oil) gives me concern that I’m reporting them to environmental protection department. I’m seriously concerned indeed,

Excellent Margherita and Vegetarian Pizzas at Clucky's Pizza Shop! I recently visited Clucky's Pizza Shop and had the pleasure of trying their Margherita and vegetarian pizzas. I must say, both were absolutely delicious! Give it a try, and I'm confident you won't be disappointed!

Best crispy chicken available in Middlesbrough. The chicken is very crispy and not at all soggy. Priced reasonably. Many other reasonable meals too available

Always late on delivery, delivery time is an hour and still late after 1 hour. Ridiculous customer service.

Very Rude delivery driver. Knocking the door and ringing the bell continuously. He seems he can’t wait for 15 seconds. When I asked him why you are knocking and ringing the door bell continuously since it’s midnight, he’s started arguing with me.

garlic bread and rest of food was just ruined by a hair in the garlic bread under the cheese we have picked loads out and there was cigarettes ash in the box when it arrived

Missing items. Driver ignored delivery instructions. When phoned to complain was told I was lying. Awful food and even worst service. The so called manager majorly needs some training. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Absolutely abysmal service. Little thieves. Spent £21+ waited over two hours and no order received. Rang up the man on the phone was very aggressive and rude saying my address has been blocked and I won’t be getting any of the food or money back all because last time I ordered they sent the wrong wrap and the guy on the phone said submit a refund request on just eat so we did and I got a mere £5 refund for the £21+ they have proceeded to steal. We tried to explain the situation but he was having none of it kept shouting over the top of us hung up on us twice and refused to let us speak to the boss. Very dodgy and disgusting behaviour. The food wasn’t even that nice it’s gone proper downhill. Dirty scummy men

Well have to say overwhelmingly disappointed. Chicken fillets and chicken burger tasted like they had been cooked hours beforehand as it was so dry. Cheese slice on top was like rubber and the chips again must have been cooked and left on the side for a period of time before being sent out for delivery. One bite of each was enough, wouldn't feed it to the birds.

Never got my food. They said their driver delivered to my address but it never came. Didn't happen once but twice. Get a new driver.

Terrible service, after they couldn't find me for some time they expected me to eat cold food. Then said they would re deliver to then cancel the order.

Walk the dog round Stewart's park, quick gander in the Asian food shops (amazing spice selection) then a "cheaty" KFC alternative for 4 at lest than £15! It's a bargain, it's a steal.....
