Subway in Middlesbrough

This was not the delivery drivers fault he was wonderful and when the tracker turned on he arrived immediately. Subway incorrectly prepared my girlfriends sandwich with eggs when that was not once on the order and missing different ingredients. Mine was missing the doritos and all of the drinks were wrong and all of the food was actually cold.

Our order never arrived, driver came with wrong order

Delivery driver was rude wanted an argument over the address and the postcode

I didn’t get my cross cuts and dip and my food was freezing

Added turkey rashers and extra meat to my footlong and didn't receive it, spent nearly 10 pound for me and my friend to have the extra stuff and it was even given.

Absolutely shocking to find I had ordered cookies and they sent cookies that contained nuts when my son has an allergy to them, wrong sandwiches wrong drinks useless

missing a bottle of coke zero and the friday free cookie service is not good enough not ordering from here again last time I got out of date crisps orders should be double checked.

Missed 2 of the things I order and sent something different from what I asked how hard is it to get a few item on an order right

Got crisps that were out of date so you need to check and also never got any cookies which were part of the meal deal anyway not good

Delivery was longer than the estimated when placing order but within the updates times after order was accepted. 1 of the sandwiches was missing 3 of the fillings (cheese, hashbrowns and bacon) and had barely any chicken, it was cold in the middle and had a fishy taste towards the second half of the sandwich so I threw it away. The other sandwich looked ok and my 94 year old nana said it was delicious, think the cheese was also missing from that. Cookies were delicious.

Ordered a salad box, did not request lettuce yet the entire box was filled with it and barely anything else… no sauce on the salad, missing a cookie, the list goes on…

Every time I order from here something is forgotten drinks or sides

All of the food was freezing cold. You can microwave hash browns (shouldn't have to) but you can't microwave a toasted sub with salad in it. That's the last time I'm ordering from there because I've had this issue before

I ordered the plant patty sub, the patties are supposed to be microwaved before they go in the sub. It was really weird and chewy so I’m pretty sure they didn’t microwave it. Ruined the sub which is sad considering it cost me like £10.

Delivery was fairly fast and the sub was great. I ordered 6 hash browns, but the delivery was 2 hash browns and a couple of wedges, all cold and soggy.

Driver seemed annoyed when dropping off the order

The sandwich was honestly hardly filled at all, I've never had a subway skimp so much on filling, especially ordering a foot long. Plus the staff seemed really miserable... Edit: so I went back and honestly nothing is different, I ordered a footlong and then only got 4 slices of cucumber, plus the pricing on the board isn't very indicative of what you're buying, I ended up paying more than what was advertised, all be it not much more but it did feel kind of scammy, plus almost £10 for a sandwich meal deal is kind of horrendous Edit 2: so I went back again, why do they only have 1 server on? She seemed stressed, the queue for very long as well with just eat also waiting for orders only having one person on doesn't seem to work well, again the sandwich was half full compared to other subways, I don't know why this one is so much worse, they really need to up their service here

Asked for no ketchup Was on reception on bag also Both had ketchup So not only when they read the order but also when they stapled it to bag this was ignored I dont like ketchup so I had the hash briens from vith orders partner had a sandwich

Went in with my friends to just get a little snack, little did we know the disgusting service we would receive. Not only was the worker swearing but her overal attitude was simply unacceptable. As a hospitality worker myself I would never speak in such an unmanered and disrespectful way in front, around or to my customers. Such a shame as her coworker was absolutely lovely. However, this lady was extremely rude to my friend saying she had an attitude when she didn't, she was asked to stand outside in the cold and rain explaining how they can not have this many people in the store at one, there was only 5 of us and the store was completely empty, my friend politely complied and went outside. I personally got some cookies which I was given the wrong ones compared to what I asked for, fortunately they are as nice as they always are. Such a shame as most staff in the shop are usually super nice and friendly nainly Anthony, however he was not in today.

Food came fast and it was lovely. Only issue was I had to come outside my block of flats to get the food but I guess that’s just a health and safety thing for the driver.

Better allergen information is essential, my wife ate the cherry Bakewell cookie and had an allergic reaction, despite checking the allergen information and it not saying it contained raspberries (which is her allergy). The rest of the food was good.

The quantity is very less while compared to eat in and all item are less

Tuna wrap contained no tuna only lettuce cucumber and Mayo Both footlongs made with the wrong bread and completely wrong fillings one of which contained items that where major allegens and completely unrequested The footlongs where supposed to be tosted arrived freezing and the cheese had resolidified as it must have been sat waiting so long requested a refund given the considerable price payed and never heard back never ordering from here again

Salad box was missing multiple items. Sandwiches had on wrong sauce and the meatballs on one were solid. Very disappointing!!

Amazing food I through you would of get some crisp

I understand that certain items may be unavailable but this should be made clear through the app or cancel the order do not send a substitute

The order was on time, disappointed with the portions only half of the side order with the cold drink put on top.

Ordered a veggie sub with salad and sweet chilli sauce and a meaty sub with BBQ and a bit of salad, the salads and sauces and bread were the wrong way round, as was the cheese, we had to take all the toppings and filling out and re make our own sandwiches, not ideal for a veggie as the grease from the red meat was all over the bread, and also our crisps were wrong too, delivery driver however was lovely and polite and on time

I ordered myself a subway, I always order from here and all the delivery drivers are always polite and friendly but today my driver left my food on the floor outside in public. Not only that the moment he arrived he bangs on our door like as though he’s been there for 10 minutes. Within 30 seconds of his first knocking he continued to keep banging and buzzed our alarm like no tomorrow. It’s common decency to wait for the person to open the door, whilst I was collecting my food he was already in his car and I told him that you don’t leave food out on the pavement and he laughed at me saying “okay” definitely not ordering from this store again.

Worst order ever, new to ordering from Subway. I spent £16.00 on something that will have cost £4.00 to make. No sauce, no salad my dog could have made better. Very sad and disappointed!

Wrong crisps and no cookie. Asked for the tuna sandwich to be toasted and wasn’t. Only ordered 2 meals and they managed to get both wrong. Hard to believe it was that hard to get right.

Melted ice cream, missing items, late, sons crying

An item I ordered (ice cream) wasn't in stock, they replaced it with two smaller ice creams and a 12 pack of cookies which I wasn't expecting which was lovely of them to do. We all enjoyed
