I recieved the wrong crisps with my food but the rest was good!

Gave wrong sandwich foot long and the wrong one 6 inch

unfortunately the garlic bites were ababsolutely soggy and uneatable

Order 2 "Meal Deals" from the saver menu. Both Nacho Chicken and both supposed to be £3.99 each. We asked what came with the deal and was told any drink, including a hot one. My 6" sub was more like a 5" and the wife's around 8". Bread was stale and sandwich looked like it has been put together by a sufferer of Parkinson's. The coffee tasted like someone had dropped some coffee grounds into old dishwater. Instead of the £7.98 we were supposed to pay, they tried to charge us nearly £15.00 because we "deviated from the set deal" by adding one alternative salad item and different sauce, which wasn't made clear at all! Will never be returning. They need better staff, better ingredients and a clearer way of ordering from the deals

Awful restaurant. Ordered through Just Eat. Was missing 2 items from my order. The food I did get was cold and they sent the wrong drink. Clueless staff who then refuse to answer the phone to sort out.

Nachos were all over the bag, also had no cheese on them. Cheese wrap didn’t even get wrapped properly.

Every time we've ordered from this Subway, everything in the order is wrong. Sandwiches are missing ingredients requested, or the entirely wrong sandwich is made. Literally nothing is ever correct. Not ordering from them again.

Hot food arrived stone cold. I threw it in the bin.

The waffle fries looked as though they had passed the expiry date, brown and black all over them. The pepperoni slice was disgraceful. Hard bread, 2 slices of pepperoni slapped on with a slice of cheese. Looked inedible! Didn’t eat it. My sub however was lovely, huge shame about the standard of other products and the lack of care when chucking the order together.

No cheese paid extra for, criss cross fries stone cold and like mush, cheese garlic slice stone cold and only a tiny bit of cheese and no signs of any garlic, no toasting available and bread is a crumbling mess

1 item missing. other order wrong bread with it, incorrect salad on sandwiches. bags packed where sandwiches were on bottom and squashed with drinks on top, so ruined. the drinks, crisps and cookies weren't the ones we ordered.

Really disappointing. Bread was hard, hardly any sauce, not toasted, one half had no salad on at all, the other end was pretty much just salad

(small purchase of a drink intended, while waiting on prescription.) Store refuses cash, and doesn't even disclose this with signage until you're told verbally by cashier, at the point of sale .. So, no signage on this issue, but, they managed signage that "the toaster is broken, all hot food microwaved"'... Boycott service industry businesses that refuse cash AND don't pre-disclose!

delivery perfect the restaurant however mess up more than one order

Went in to collect order that was not there and was told to cancel the order for a refund due to tostie machine not working unable to complete order - staff where not helpful in anyway was unable to advise what steps to take to cancel the order

Whoever was working on mother's day 2024 (it was a male) gave me food poisoning and I'm not happy with it I have very bad stomach pains.

The margarita slice came with no tomato, it was just cheese bread that was hardly toasted. Very disappointed.

I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the way I received my order every SINGLE thing was incorrect to the point that I had to go in myself and there was one member of staff by their self they had no stock in whatsoever hence my order being wrong. Will never order again

Wrong sandwich sent, for meal deal sent wrong drink and cookie. Sandwiches cold and bread hard like over cooked. Crinkle chips cold and no seasoning on them. Very disappointed with quality of sandwich especially for price you now have to pay.

The order was delivered on time but was not on the bread I ordered. I have ordered from this outlet multiple times and have never, ever received the corect bread or an explanation.

Food was messy and all packed in to one bag with the drinks on top making the drinks warm and the food squashed and cold. Cookies also packed with it all making them heat up and melt the chocolate 👍

Food not heated long enough.Served at 12.27 stone cold at 12.30 given two triangles of cheese one slice charged 50p for extra cheese and was told one slice was double.Charged £14.38 for two stone cold 6 inch breakfast subs.If i had a dog would have given it to the dog and it probably would have refused to eat it.Lady manager has an attitude problem.Thinks she is something she definitely is not.Avoid if you can at all costs.Does not deserve one star.

Don’t usually leave reviews but feel like this is needed. Ordered through Uber Eats a couple of times, once ordering a salad and them completely forgetting the meat, any other time they have either missed items or gave the stingiest amount of salad, considering the price of the items it’s just not really on is it 😅 Wouldn’t recommend

Delivery time was moved several times, originally estimated at 20-30 minutes and it took 2 hours. Wrap was completely cold despite asking for it toasted.

The incompetence of these people is astounding. I ordered through Uber eats and they got the order completely wrong. Missed salad and sauces off. Didn’t toast when I asked for toasted. You literally have one job. To make a sandwich as instructed. If you are incapable of that, what are you capable of seriously?

Food quality was bad. I didn’t get my sauce, I rang the restaurant serveral times shorty after placing the order to tell them I wanted to change the sauce on my sandwich but there was no answer. The only thing good about the food is that it is still warm.

I was in Subway Parkway Coulby Newham this morning 11/11/23 around 10.45am.....I ordered a cappuccino coffee.....it wasn't very warm.....this is the second time this has happened......i am sorry but j won't be recommending it to anyone.

The bread I ordered was substituted without, notice, with a plain white one. Other than this the order was fine.

I got the complete wrong order and no one answered there phones for 40 minutes so I ended up going in subway.

The portion was not double meat, there was a tiny blob of lite mayonnaise and it came with the wrong crisps and wrong cookie.
