It showing delivered but havent received the food.

It was burned all around the edges unbeatable and the rest was over cooked inside I haven’t had a worse parmo I’m years

The delivery took more than one hour even though on Just eat is giving you the time frame of 30-35 min, I’m aware that it depends on quantity and type of food but at least you should take that time frame out of there.

Delivery of food was stone cold. Called the shop and they were not helpful at all.

a terribly bad set of cheese and bolognese chips. it looks and tastes like dog food, I ordered chicken roast, I only got half a chicken, I generally don't recommend it

Parmo was banging, cream cabbage was banging, chips were okay, salad was a bit sad - just lettuce and onion with one slice of cucumber and one cherry tomato. Will be ordering again, my only negative was i wish i'd seen the food hygiene rating BEFORE i ate and not after, hoping for no food poisoning.

Chicken Tikka Kebab and Chicken Tandoori Kebab. Couldn't tell the difference between them. Both delicious and plenty to eat would have easily fed four people.

The food is lovely and always and hot. Usually comes early if not on time, they're never late with the order.

Sauce on parmo very sweet. Normally great parmo but was disappointed today.

Order was cold parmo was self separating into burnt chicken, bechamel sauce, and toppings. Chips had been warmed through not fresh. Most of the meal went in the bin. Not sure what it’s normally like but i will not be ordering again anytime soon.

The food from here is usually great, but last night I ordered a pizza which was at the bottom of the bag, with the other items on top. My Mrs opened her pizza to find that all of the topping was stuck to the lid of the box as a result. She has to eat BBQ flavoured pizza dough. Guys, if you're reading this, please don't put the pizza box at the bottom of the bag. Either that or invest in some stronger boxes. Other than that, your food is top notch 👌

Chicken on the paramo was burnt. The salad if that I'd what you want to call it was simply the tiniest amount of lettuce and a tiny amount of onion. It did not even fill quarter of the tub. I will never order from them.

Absolutely vile I’m allergic to onions and they’ve put them in when I asked for no salad, it didn’t ask if I wanted onions and when I rang they said there shut so I will have to wait to talk to someone until tomorrow

The parmo I ordered was the worst I've ever had! it had a terrible taste and I had to take off all the toppings and eat the chicken by its self as it was the only thing that tasted ok. First time ordering and I will never order from here again!

Me and my partner love this place, our experience was only made better when they accidentally messed up one of our orders. Not only did they own up to the mistake they rectified it so quickly and nicely for us. Bringing us out a new chicken burger. We will definitely be continuing to order from them. Food was Very good, the hotshot parmo was amazing!, the delivery driver was a good & funny guy. The delivery was very fast it came very early. The whole shop service is amazing! 100% recommend.

Parmo not very nice Not much bechemal sauce on it could see the chicken thru the cheese and tasted bit weird But the birds on the shed roof liked it they ate it all so they might leave a better review But won’t be ordering from there again

Chips were rock hard and barely cooked, burger had a horrible flavour and was also hard. Honestly awful won’t be back for a while

Asked for it to be delivered at 5pm, and it was, on the dot. Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 x Meal deal 9s. 3 of the pizzas were just average pizzas, very similar to the majority of takeaways, bit we got the firenze with peri peri base, and it was incredible. Like nandos made a pizza. The saving grace that made this unlike every other pizzeria was this peri peri base. That is a pizza I will remember

The food was absolutely awful. Cream cabbage was brown and sour, and the parmo was burned, and tasted like the breaded chicken you can buy frozen at supermarkets. It was covered in this yellow cheese that looked suspiciously similar to the cheese you'd put on burgers, and didn't taste good to boot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they're new and only had one review, but trust me on this, stay far away from here. I wish I'd done just that.

A 3.4 get lost! This place is without doubt the best parmo house in the boro. Chicken is thin and crispy. The bechamel is bang on the cheddar is slightly strong which in nice. The cream cabbage is to die for. Garlic just right. Everything is just right. I've been everywhere no one beats this place. Try it you'll see.

Absolutly terrible orderd a parmo wrap ended up falling out the rap and garlic all over the outside plus the kids parmo the chicken was still pink and the cheese tasted like plastic will not order from here again driver knock on door then run away

This was my local for many years; always able to walk in and have plenty of banter; great place to walk in and get yourself decent food at a decent price

hurendous . I ordered and after two hours the guy turned up. I asked why it took so long. he ran off. and then blamed me . shocking service to say the least. should be shut down by the council.
