only used a few times, but complaints yet at the food.

Normally lovely always order the meal deal with 2 pizzas kabab meat and half a parmo but the parmo was no where near a half was lucky if had been a quarter with a few chips shot in very disappointing tonight sadly.

As usual the food was delicious. Not a regular customer but whenever i fancy a Pitza then Mario's is where I go.

Have been using Mario’s for many years but last night the parmo was disgusting, not very warm rubbery to eat. Very disappointing

I ordered offer 3 from the menu and it came very early which did surprise me. Unfortunately this is the only praise i can give as the parmo was just okay and the garlic bread was terrible, there is definitely better places to order from.

We have been regular customers for a decent while and the food and service is usually good however tonight the food was very poor. The pizza dough wasn’t fresh, the pizzas were tasteless and the chips were completely undercooked. Disappointing.

Missing food when delivered, food was cold and tasted like reheated food, wont be ordering here again.

It said 7pm it’s now 8pm and still not here. I think they only like big orders where people pay more.

The calzone hardly had any cheese on. This happened with the last pizza I got. Taste lovely just had to put it in the air fryer with more cheese

When the food arrived the driver practically threw my pizza at me making me almost drop it, and he didn't do anything to help me but stand there and watch. I ordered the food at 5:50pm and said it would arrive between 6:50 - 7:10 and arrived at 7:20. When the food arrived the chips was cold and barely any cheese or garlic on it and the pizza was cold and looked it has just been thrown in the box without any care at all.

Food was delicious and delivery was great. However received a wrong part of the order and was given a substitute which wasn’t ate so wasted £7

Speedy delivery! Pizza a bit big for me though I will try to eat some in morning. More of a group pizza than for a individual!!

Only round the corner but with my son not wanting to go out had delivered. Think delivery cost to high when down the road. Only issue. Parmo lovely but not a lot of salad. Portions massively down sized

My sons always nice but got a chicken and muchroom pollo. Hardly any garlic, little chicken and muchroom and had to come home and put cheese on and put in the air fryer cause hardly any on

Never had a bad meal from Mario's and we've been ordering for years (usually phone orders). My only gripe really is the pizzas could actually do with seasoning as they tend to taste rather bland. The parmos are pretty decent and portion sizes are always brilliant

Food was good teach your delivery driver to close a gate before my dogs run out the garden again . Can open a gate but cannot close a gate .

Everything was delicious, the food was of very good quality and taste. The delivery was in good time and the food was very warm which was great. I will certainly be ordering again, thank you.

Ordered to go through uber eats. Arrived late. Food was not as advertised. When tasted it, it tasted like nothing but spoiled at the same time. Fries were soggy and had 0 salt. Not good. I paid WAY too much for this. Highly do NOT recommend. Currently feel fine, but would not be shocked if I were sick later after only a few bites!!!

Nice pizza's maybe a bit more topping but overall not bad.

Both garlic dips open in the bag. Covered all food inside the bag. Disappointed.

Only criticism I have is that the app does not update to say the food is on its way I have complained about this a few times the reason is I have to take insulin 15 minutes before food so sometimes if it just suddenly turns up I have to heat food up as I have to wait fifteen minutes. The other thing would be a while ago I had a voucher to use think it was so much percentage off however it did not work at the time and then it expired

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I tried to order from here in which I phoned up, to a guy saying ‘we don’t deliver there’ (although I’ve ordered off just eat from this place plenty of times with no issue). This place is in Middlesbrough and I live in thornaby which is barely a five minute drive. So I said ‘well I have ordered off just eat from here’ to which he responded ‘if you order anything I’ll just cancel it because I can’t be bothered to deliver to you’ and then hung up. Don’t order here. Lazy.

Ordered for the kids- they ate the lot no complaints!

Food was disgusting, pizza was undercooked and soggy, onion rings burnt, garlic sauce was missing.. chips were nice to be honest.. won’t be ordering here again

Order regularly from here, we rate the parmos and kebabs. This order we were informed early about an item they couldn’t provide and promptly refunded. As someone who loves a side salad (im convinced it makes the takeaway healthier haha) would love to see a bit of red cabbage and more than one tomato and cucumber.

Waited for an hour and forty min,when arrived it was great but should’ve put on website up to two hour wait to cover themselves.

Absolutely let down again give them benefit of the doubt but received rotten food again asked for salad separate but look at the state of it 🤮

This only happened once but I didn’t realise I tried to get 1,5l Pepsi max but it got changed to 2 cans somehow but charged me the same yeah it’s only 50 p more but I got normal Pepsi which the delivery driver said Pepsi max the receipt said Pepsi max but I got normal Pepsi which I really don’t like

Pizza hardly any tomato sauce, was like cheese on toast.

Food wasn’t very nice and had a weird taste to it, the pizza was like cardboard and did not taste nice at all. Would not recommend at all.

Spending £50 got no free garlic bread or pop not brilliant tiniest garlic pots for 90p

We got the godfather meal deal one,the parmo was very small and they had changed from pop bottle to 2 cans of pop..the meal we got was miniscule compared to what we usually get. The price used to be £11 but has gone up to £13.50 you paying more money for a lot less food,not good,..shame really as we have used them several times..

I ordered stuffed crust and there was no cheese in it, also pizza was burnt

Parmesan had very little to no cheese, ordered a large and it was all bits of breaded chicken pieces stuck together with bechamel. Awful went straight in the bin

Worst Parmo I’ve ever had think they forgot the cheese on the top !!! Never again

I am a regular to this pizza shop but not no more. Last few time the food has been shocking standards have totally gone I'm afraid. Ordered last night £30 wasted pizza dry and had hard bits on it the chips £1.50 for a handful of soggy small cheap chips absolute disgrace probably because they were too busy eating their own takeaway they ordered. No way worth £30 we paid. Will never use this pizza shop again. Prices they charge for below standard food. You have lost a good customer 😕

I ordered food for my children and I. It was ordered at 1850. When it still had not arrived at 2030, I tried to call the restaurant, but no-one picked up the phone. I asked for an update through Just Eat, but nothing turned up. I called again 10 minutes later, as was just told that it the food was on it's way. When I pressed for some explanation, I was just told that they were busy. No apology was forthcoming. When the food eventually arrived, at nearly 9pm, it was cold. Not recommended.

It was lovely I only ordered it since it was my last night at the hospice and I won’t always get a chance to go here for my tea. But it is a lovely take away shop and the food is lovely

The Donner meat could of been hotter for me but I did ask them to put on the garlic sauce on top so that could be my fault. I don’t live in Middlesbrough but since I’m at the hospice at the moment they still delivered to me with I’m thank full. The garlic sauce was one of the nicest one iv had from a pizza shop. I would defo come back to this pizza shop even if it’s a bit away from my house 10/10 service

Absolutely ridiculous over 2 hours ago we ordered ring up to ask where it is nothing so much as an apology when ringing up to ask what is going on where it is time got updated 2 times and still hasn’t came on time never again absolute joke

This has been our go to pizza place while living in acklam, we've tried most things off the menu and its all been tasty! Always delivered on time or early and food is always hot.

Rude delivery driver, braying on the door multiple of times and not giving me chance to walk down the stairs and shouting through letter box after a second surprised I still have a front door when children are in bed!!

Food was ok. Chicken kebab was very dark brown, didn’t like the marinade at all. 3 portions of chips were grim, frozen chips flash fried, soggy and not great. Pizza, Donna meat, garlic and chilli sauce were good.
