Best Chinese in Newcastle! Every time we visit my family we always stop off to get some food at wok on wheels. Super friendly staff and great food - I would drive 200 miles just for the food it’s that good! You need to open a small truck in Newcastle city centre - you would make a killing!

We were really disappointed when the store closed on the Vallley however we just discovered the food truck on the Quayside. The potato curry wrap was amazing and the husband really like Goan rice bowl. We will visit again.

Was a bit down finding out the premier inn’s location isn’t the best but just saw this Chinese takeaway is in walkable distance and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be AMAZING. Absolutely the best Chinese food experience I’ve had since I came to the UK. HUGE portion but very affordable price. My mate said prawns and battered chicken are very authentic 👍. They also give free spring rolls. Owners are so nice and friendly. Strongly recommended

Probably the best curry and naan Ive ever had! I came from Teesside to view a car and decided to grab a breakfast here. Best decision ever! They explained the dishes and catered for my request. Its a simple, lovely place and food is worth every penny!

Work trip. Comfortable enough rooms. Expensive drinks. Food very basic and soon gets repetitive. Breakfast choice is ok. Bacon a bit dodgy. The best thing is the staff. They can't do enough for you, and the lasses who work the bar and restaurant area are fantastic and you can have a good giggle with them. I hope they are rewarded for their exceptional attitudes in their pay packets.

Had a lovely lunch in here for my Sister’s Birthday. Staff members are absolutely wonderful. Polite, helpful and lovely people. The atmosphere is something out of the Hobbit or Harry Potter. Portions were massive, with fresh homemade chips. Pizza tasted great. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve never been to the shop but always get cheesecakes from the quayside market on a Sunday. I’m vegan and gluten intolerant and the vegan, no gluten cheesecakes are incredible! Such a good range and just so lush! Couldn’t recommend more.

I work away from home, traveled the whole of Scotland,England and wales and this has got to be the best by far. I can’t wait to come back k to Newcastle to enjoy this fantastic food, only thing I disagree with is that if you get a chow mein you have to order king prawns on top. Chips are unreal proper Chinese chips big advance to this Chinese. Well done to all the staff, keep the good work up.

For what it is, mass served Sunday lunch, it absolutely pleases each and every time. Juicy meats, ample vegetables selection, crunchy yorkshire puddings. Definitely the best carvery place to take your family. The deserts are better than they look!
