Love this place. Delicious homemade cookies, icecream sundaes, milkshakes and speciality hot and cold drinks. Friendly staff and the 4 cookies for £10 come in a funky colourful box. Sit in or outside and takeaway. Icecream was so good thanks 😊

The most friendly service every time!

Came as we saw a video on tik tok. Arrived late in the afternoon and wasn't much choice. Cookies were 4 for £10 so we got 3 kinder and 1 Terry's chocolate and then we picked a milky way cookie bar and a kinder brownie. Total was just over £17. The cookies were OK but personally we've had better for cheaper. The brownie and the cookie bar were very sickly. They did taste nice but far too much and quite expensive for what it was. Box cookies came in was cute. The guy serving was friendly and welcoming. Nice to try it but we won't return. I would say give it a go if you never have but maybe go earlier if that's when the most stock is available

Nice clean looking place with free parking outside. The prices are high but then you get used to paying hardly anything for horrible rubbish. This isn't the same it's big thick tasty treats and very nice to enjoy as a treat. Very sweet and rich but you world expect that from a place called cookie freak!

Just like being in Disney, Pineapple dole whips are excellent. The owners are really friendly had a great chat with them. Highly recommend everything. Will be there quiet regularly.

The cookies are absolutely lush, the dips are a great idea too. Tried the pineapple dole whip which was lovely and refreshing. Also had a cooler which was nice but could have done with an extra squirt of the syrup. All in all very nice x

We've been fortunate enough to have cookies home delivered, as a gift. WOW! Delicious. If only we lived closer, as I hear the coffee is just as great.

My favourite sweet place in the north east. I try and make a visit to Cookie Freaks a fortnightly treat because we love it here so much. The cookies are soo soft inside with a nice, very slight ‘crunch’ to the outside. New flavours all the time! The brownies are also delicious. Coffees are really nice and the milkshakes (especially the Oreo one) are fab. Also soft serve! There is literally something for everyone. The staff are the nicest people, and they recognise their regulars which I always think is really nice. Long story short - must visit :)

Absolutely fantastic! There is nothing that isn't worth a try. Great selection from a range of cookies, bronuts and pies to milkshakes, coffee and American sodas! Always a great visit and the folk behind the counter are always so kind and welcoming...very patient too whilst we are all trying to make up our minds as to what to try!

What a treat, set me right up for the weekend

Great desert place. We just stumbled across this place, thought we would give it a try and it was delicious. I especially liked the hot chocolate, I don't have a massive sweet tooth so I found it perfectly balanced. Good customer service from our server as well, very friendly chap.

Followed these since they started and it’s great to see how they’ve grown! I first tried them at tynemouth market and everything I had was amazing! It’s great to see the quality hasn’t changed with the growth of the business! There shop is only along the road from my house so the temptation to not just get in the car and drive along is real! But I hold it together and stop myself daily 🤣 the Shop is really nice and clean and the cookie pies (especially the kinder one, that’s my fave) are all amazing! Staff are super friendly and chatty! Now to try the milkshakes which I haven’t got round too just yet!

Absolutely love coming here for my sugar fix. There’s so much choice I always leave with more than I came for, everybody is really helpful and outgoing. Such an amazing business and a really clean and tidy shop which makes it a joy to visit each time.

What a fabulous place! Such friendly people and the products are so tasty! The jersey ice cream was a welcome extra treat in the hot weather, which my ice cream loving nephew rated 10/10. Already can't wait to visit again.

First time in store today after ordering from uber eats in the past and so impressed with the friendly staff and service. Food was amazing quality as always, the new soft serve is amazing and the portions are so generous. Was perfect with a cookie slab on such a hot day, can't wait to visit again soon!

First came across cookie freaks at tynemouth market and now they have the most amazing shop just next to the team valley! Always the BEST cookies and always have a large selection to choose from. Always lovely friendly staff too! Would highly recommend 😌

You will struggle to find better cookies and the kinder bueno lattes are so so good! Friendly staff and the shop is very clean.

Amazing shop, so clean and fresh. the owner was really friendly. So much stock to choose from and the flavoured coffees were incredible! 😍 We went for the lotus biscoff cookie, the m&ms cookie sandwich, kinder Bueno latte (which was to die for!) And a lotus biscoff latte. We even bought a bag of their hasbean coffee beans as we were told the flavours compliment their bakes. AMAZING!

Wow, blown away by my first Cookie Freaks experience! I ordered a Valentine’s Day cookie pie for my partner and it went down an absolute storm. We collected it from the shop and couldn’t believe the weight of it - it was a seriously stuffed cookie pie! The kinder bueno flavour was amazing. Can’t wait to visit again soon for more tasty treats! :)

I’ve been ordering these cookies since lockdown began, and they’re honestly the best! The cookie pies are another level and make for the best alternatives to Birthday cakes. Try the Malteser one, it’s seriously good. The shop on the Team Valley is lovely, clean and modern, and the owners are always so welcoming.

Lovely cookies , shame there was not much in the way of drinks , only water amd coffee's to choose from , a selection of soft drinks or milkshakes would be great, and the opening times are a bit bizarre 3pm on weekdays ,so you couldn't take the kids after school.

I don't know how they get their cookies just so perfect - soft, chewy, and delicious. The cookie sandwich is just divine! The ganache filling is so smooth and creamy. Basically everything here is good, unless you dont like cookies 🤷‍♀️

I’ve visited these guys a number of times at Tynemouth Market and I’ve enjoyed every item I’ve tried. Their cookie pies are to DIE for, each and every cookie is made with so much love and passion and you can tell. Please never stop doing what you are doing.

I go back to Cookie Freaks time and time again. Their treats are to die for and the service is so warm and friendly. The new shop looks incredible and the coffee compliments the cookies perfectly! The best kind of pick-me-up!

Impeccable and unique cookies and cookie pies. Been consistently brilliant since having a little stall in Tynemouth market. The cookies are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Watching this brand grow from strength during the pandemic has been a joy to see. When they announced on their instagram they were gonna open a store in Team Valley, I jumped at the chance to visit. The store has a fresh feel, colours associated with the brand on show throughout. I took the opportunity to ask if their coffee machine was up and running, as on their social media they announced they were using coffee from a local firm. The coffee was bang on and the cookies and pies were unreal, nothing I love more than shopping local and these two people who run this little business deserve all the praise they receive.

Never a disappointment! Have been a regular customer for quite some time and always amazed at how good it is - from cookies to full cookie pies, always amazing and will continue to buy from here for a sweet treat. Lovely customer service every time.
