I had a Sunday carvery here yesterday and the food was lovely, staff excellent so I was going to be a regular here from now on , until the Early hours of this morning when the stomach pain started , I am in agony and I've been all night in the bathroom with violent sickness and diarrhoea, I am very ill. Sadly I shall not be eating here again 😪

I had been in to valley farm today for a carvery (midweek cravings). The staff were really friendly, the food was top notch and the atmosphere of the venue is no other than friendly and welcoming. Amazing place!

Jess and others really helped today. We had a group of 14 from Age UK. They opened a space so we could fit the walkers and wheelchairs. Food came quickly and everyone was happy. Desserts came promptly after the savoury. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly.

Came on Sunday for a carvery was absolutely beautiful they had no carrots when I went up when the staff member came over asking if everything was okay I mentioned carrots and she went and got me some I asked for her name and her name was Kelly she was very helpful towards me great member of staff and brilliant service

Absolutely love Valley Farm. We come every weekend for breakfast. The food is good and the service is even better. Diane is always on hand with a welcoming smile.

Food is fantastic, cant beat the carvery and the desserts are to die for! We often do a cake-away as a treat. Staff are lovely and always polite and helpful, Diane in particular. Often one of our fav places for a Sunday dinner or quick pub grub!

Lots of car parking spaces. Easy access for wheelchairs. Food is reasonably priced with a good carvery selection. There is cake or ice cream for dessert or to take home. Although it is a bit expensive and is not included with the meal. You can buy a drink to go with your meal. There's plenty of seating room inside and out. I would recommend you to book a table. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's no table service.

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. We came at the right time before it was busy. Childs meal which looked lovely. Son doesn’t eat much so left half. Carvery lovely as always, only thing the cauliflower cheese needs a lot more cheese mixed through, didn’t seem to be much in. Everything else was lovely and so are the staff.

Food was feeezing cold with items missing and a completely different dessert.

we ordered 3 carverys and me mam ordered the beef which was full of fat and she couldn't even eat it was full of gristle, I paid for an extra Yorkie didn't even get one, hardly any gravy very little mashed potato feel ripped off came to 47 quid and couldn't even eat it and what's up with the red cabbage it was meant to be a carvery not a kebab

Meat missing from carvery , sent the wrong cake , veg looked like it had been sitting there all day. Bit of a joke when you’ve been working all day and just fancied a dinner won’t be ordering again !

Received amazing customer service from a woman called Terri. Polite and nice atmosphere overall.

Popped in whilst in the area. No reservation-seated immediately. Terri was great with conversation & helping with Veterans Discount. Lovely to see it advertised on the bar.

Have visited here many times with family and have never been disappointed. Came for lunch on Sept 17 and the fish and chips was perfect.. cooked beautifully by Paige the chef. Thanks again also to Diane x

Outstanding tasty carvery and massive range and supply of veg, delivered to me as disabled and housebound can once again eat a fantastic Carvery with the kids ! ordered every week for a month now game changer thank you all.youre time and effort extends further than you’re premises.

Decent food, the service however seems to depend on how the staff feel on the particular day.

As a group we have been coming here for breakfast for quite sometime & thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Can I pass on my appreciation and thanks to Terri who took it upon herself to assist me when I had lost Mr bank card. Terri took all my details assured me that she would consult with all members of staff and management. 5 minutes later Terri rang me back with the good news that she had retrieved my card. Thank you so much Terri for your help. I went to pick the card up and had another lush meal. Also a little mention to Kyle for his friendly funny banter about lost cards. Check the grill on your dryer if you ever looking for lost bank cards ha ha

Great food as always. Jess was fantastic looked after us when we asked if air con could be turned off, we were cold and she was very nice about it and checked if we were OK.

Absolutely terrible place. Placed an order for delivery, they forgot the burger meal and 1 order was wrong. Rang and asked for the correct order to be delivered, only to be told they can't do anything about it and to contact justeat. Used the last of our money on food for us and the kids after a lovely day and now have sweet FA to eat ourselves and won't get a refund for 24 hours + Foreign delivery drivers that hardly speak a word of English stole our food and left us hungry and out of pocket. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I've also been inside and it was manky, children's play area is atrocious and the staff are useless

Celebrated a birthday at Valley Farm and have to say that it is the best service we have ever had at any restaurant. We were attended to by Colin who went above and beyond to make our night extra special - nothing was too much trouble for him - he was amazing! But all staff we came into contact with were also so helpful. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you to all the staff!

Food was lovely and hot and very good quality. Just a shame the family next to us was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves to chat.

Mayensi was really great and very kind. Defenitely I'm coming back to this place!

The order arrived right on time but with an item missing. The restaurant didn't or wouldn't do anything to send me the missing food - suggesting that I "get a refund" from Just Eat. Very much doubt I'll use them again.

Cold poorly cooked food, beef was mostly gristle. Never again.
