No salad on burger wrap was ful of herbs spices cudnt eat it kids meal was burnt nd no juice pop was really warm not good

Really solid takeout place. The staff there are very attentive and prepare the foods correctly. Very nice atmosphere that is welcoming. Very affordable prices. Would highly recommend for anyone interested

Been ordering from here for years however, food was either undercooked or overcooked. Burger was burnt as was bun, garlic bread was soggy and wet. Chips were white very enimic and kebab was dry and chewy. Every dish was terrible and we won't be ordering here again. NE9 #38

Always lovely pizzas and always on time. My one complaint would be that the bolognese pizzas need more garlic, but otherwise superb service.

Always early. Great deals on pizzas. Friendly delivery guys. One thing I would suggest is that the Bolognese pizza is a bit tasteless and needs more garlic, and the spicy chicken could do with more chilli. But otherwise I’d highly recommend this takeaway.

One of the best Pizzas I have had in a long time. Please try the meat fest and the 4 meat. It was buy one get one free. It took us 3 days to finish them 😊. The staff are so friendly and accommodating of requests. Really loved it.

Tell ya what, if you want good food come here, ordered pizza and kebab. Not going to lie the best in area!! Props to you guys, 10/10 would eat again.

food order was incorrect rang restaurant to tell them said send straight out that was at 20.05 it's 21,29 still no food and rang restaurant twice still no joy absolutely a joke

Both chicken special and bolognese pizza's weren't edible. There was far too much cheese on which made it sickly. Bolognese pizza had hardly any bolognese... and the bolognese that it did have was burnt. We also ordered kebab and chips. The kebab was burnt, hard, dark brown absolutely disgusting. Chips were also undercooked. So to finish off, the only thing that was ok with the order was the garlic sauce. If just eat had a way of giving refunds, I would certainly be asking for one.

The kebab meat is so dry and rock solid it’s inedible. It came like 5 minutes ago and Is already in the bin. The wrap appears lovely and fresh as does the salad. No idea what wrong with the kebab but it’s dry and smells funny. Rock hard

Chicken kebab absolutely VILE burnt and tasted vile like it had been cooked on a filthy gas BBQ...not sure what it tasted like but wasn't chicken...could taste like BBQ fluid salad was white cabbage leaves abd tgat was it ...absolutely disgusting AVOID if you don't you will be ILL....No pictures as went STRAIGHT in the bin ....***UP DATE BEEN ILL ALL NIGHT***

So I have ordered here many times in the past and 2x now on this account. So I feel like this is a fair review. Food can be lovely and portions alright also, but quality dramatically drops sometimes like on tonight’s order. And I don’t really think it’s worth the risk.

I ordered pizza, chips, and a chicken wrap which was incomplete when it arrived and instead I was given the wrong wrap which not only had an unusual smell but was soggy and had an unusual looking meat in it. I contacted the restaurant twice and they confirmed that a further wrap would be delivered. After further attempting to ring them, they put the phone onto an answer message service. After waiting now over 3 hours, the shop was closed and as expected, no food arrived.

Absolutely awful never had any issues before but wornt be ordering again don't no if it's been took over but it's a definite 0 from me all the food went in the bin £30 down the drain

I’ve been going here repeatedly for about 3 years and it seems like the quality is consistently decreasing. Half of my food isn’t cooked properly, i’m just very disappointed and won’t be coming again.

food is bad. The pizza is just awful. the kofta wrap the it had too much chips that was undercooked and not enough sauce, it was dry as hell.

Salad was disgusting. Brown lettuce, a thick slice of onion and some dry white cabbage. Will never order from this place again

Very stale freezing cold wet chips, raw pizza dough, burnt kebab meat and the strangest salad I’ve seen. Garlic was nice

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend ordered food for us tonight including a parmo for himself and a pizza and garlic bread for me the first delivery arrived they'd gotten my garlic bread incorrect and the parmo smelt and tasted sour so my boyfriend rang to get a replacement - without bechamel sauce which the person on the other end of the phone kept trying to put onto the replacement parmo even though my boyfriend asked for an alternative sauce as the bechamel smelt sour and they sent another parmo, again once or arrived it tasted sour and off they tried to charge us for this too until I explained this was to replace the first one. My boyfriend rang again and they refused to refund him and verbally threatened him - avoid this place at all costs. ETA: they also lied about the manager not being on shift as my partner walked down to the shop itself to find out the manager was in fact in. Also ignore the reply he absolutely didn't say it was excellent. 3 parmos and none of them were edible. Santos are two-faced liars we didn't want free food just food that was edible absolutely disgraceful.

Santos is usually my go to for chicken kebabs. Our order was late, did not have halloumi fries so substituted for cheesy garlic bread which we didn’t want, we didn’t get our free drink and the chicken was very dry and absolutely inedible. I think they may have taken on more orders than they could handle and as a result the quality was awful. Wont be ordering again from here unfortunately.

The chips and Parma were cold and my husband said that the Parma was terrible and he couldn't even eat it all.

Food was absolutely freezing. The chips were awful. The kebab meat horrible threw it all in the bin after a couple of bites used to love going to this place. it's ashame its went down hill

pizza was quite cold same with kebab very greasey the women on the phone told me it 3 4 mins away it was 30 afterwards I rang back up onthe women on the phone but the phone to say she was going to contact the driver

As many probably have said already, don't order from here. My personal experience? Gave them multiple times the benefit of the doubt. Here's is my latest, and last experience with them, fresh from yesterday: Ordered 2 different calzone pizzas (1 kebab calzone, 1 turkey mushroom ham calzone), got delivered 2 kebab calzones instead of 1 of each as ordered. I called to let them know the order was wrong, the mouthbreather on the ither side of the phone confirmed the order was correct, to which I said it wasn't, and he hung up on me. Called back a few minutes after and eventually did get someone that accepted to properly look at it, but not before I insisted 4 times they had gotten it wrong, and insisted they looked at their own menu. She said the correct pizza was going to be delivered. So. So far we have staff that don't know their own menu and hang the phone up on people as their secret customer service skill. 1☆ for service. Food? In a word: raw. I'm not sure if the ovens were off on that day to save up on energy costs, or if they decided to cook their dough using a candle instead, but the pizza dough on both pizzas was simply raw. Took a few bites to understand with was going on, and the stomachache that followed was real. When they came back to deliver the correct pizza, it was also raw. Nice of them to have done this, but it ended up in the bin, we re not going to risk sickness on this one. In other words, food 1☆. As for the atmosphere, call me harsh if you want, but I'm giving it 1☆ too despite not having been inside their establishment, for the simple reason their customer service was so bad it definitely did kill the atmosphere all the way to our home. I mean come on, at the point you guys are making pizzaholic look like pizza gods! As far as it goes for me, never again. There is plenty of choice around to afford not giving these people a penny more.

Food was spot on. Delivery was a bit later than predicted but food was ok.

Ordered for the 1st time in a long time. Pizzas were inedible had a very unusual taste and smell. Chips were not cooked properly. Reached out to the owner to see if they would offer a refund all that was offered was replacement which we didn’t want. I will not be returning I can say they weren’t rude or aggressive very polite on the phone and apologetic.

Wrong pizza arrived. Was supposed to be half mushroom half seafood it was all seafood but that didn’t have the correct seafood on it just mussels and a few pieces of tuna. Chops were microwaved and so dry they were inedible. Refund requested.

Food was very cold on arrival. Chips were anaemic and arrived in single use polystyrene which is banned in the UK. Chilli sauce was really nice.

Restaurant didn’t have items ordered and when asked to cancel they sent half an order anyways and when I rang back avoided speaking to me and hung up!

Ordered a house special kebab at the counter, 20 mins later got my food and drove home . Opened my kebab and there was no kebab meat so I phone the shop and explained to the young lady what the issue was and her reply was ( what would you like me to do ) . I asked if I could have a new kebab as by the time I drove back to the shop everything would be cold and they agreed. I drove back to the shop and exchange for a complete kebab which went straight in the bin as the kebab meat was cold , chicken was under cooked and the kofta was still frozen in the middle. Santos used to be my best take away but I will never purchase any food from there ever again and am surprised they haven't killed someone serving that muck.

Food arrived over 2 hours late, stone cold. Wrong order recieved and missing items. Rang 4 times to track down my order and they kept saying 2 minutes. Chicken undercooked pizza underdone and FREEZING. Only salvageable item was the chicken wrap even though it came very spicy and the salad was soggy and off? Jalapeño bites I recieved 4 after paying £5 and there are 0 Jalepenos in them it’s just deep fried cream cheese :/ £30 order and none of it is edible do not recommend ACTIVELY AVOID. When the delivery driver arrived not even an apology :(

Food was cold and the parmesan was appauling it's got to be the smallest parmesan I've ever seen, the topping was thicker than the chicken at any other pizza shop that would of been small for a kids parmo or half parmo was really looking forward to a decent parmo while back up north proper disappointed

Ive ordered an amazing meal deal before and it was lush but this time it all tastes totally different to the point i cant eat it..the pizza has a weird taste..the meat is under done and the chips over done very dissapointed

Missing ingredients on one pizza the other 2 burnt kebab meat and when it did arrive 15 mins late it was cold. Such a shame as the first time we ordered from here it was lovely shame that can't be said this time

Parmo is burnt under the cheese and rock hard. I can’t eat it it’s so over cooked. Sent pre packed/sealed garlic sauce that is out of date (have the photos of the date) and just oil. Halloumi fries were actually much better than anywhere I have been. Real shame about the rest as inedible

The Kebab Stuffed pizza was filled with doner, and it didn't meet my expectations.

Large kebab wraps were just smalls with extra chips so pretty disappointed with it but the rest was okay

The food was good however we had to call to check on delivery as we had not received it within the estimated time. To be told staff member we have not received the order despite me having order number and confirmation. The staff member was adamant they had not received our order and told us they would call us back. 10 minutes later our order was delivered, Luke warm which makes me think it was forgotten about and the reason they had not got our order on the system was because it had been recorded as complete but had forgotten to be delivered. Although food was nice I would not order from here again

Disappointed for a second time with missing ingredients. First time no rocket in the salad and this time no garlic sauce with the onion rings.

Not brilliant but not bad either, on a positive note prices are reasonable with the 40% off, without that its a bit pricey, food quality is middle of the road but ok for the price, 2 massive negatives tho, cans of pop sold for £1.50 each and when they come have 75p on them (sure thats even illegal) curry sauce, £1.60 for a tiny tub that had clearly been microwaved in a none microwave container, never felt happy that it may not be food safe so never tried it either. All in all not a massive downe

Should be zero stars. Ordered through Just Eat an hour and a half ago, food has not yet arrived. Called at 10:51pm to ask where my order was, was adviced will be with you in 2 minutes, still not arrived at 11:15pm, called again no answer. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

We have no been able to try the food as we placed an order an hour and a half ago. The food still has not arrived. We called at 22:51 for the staff member to say it was 2 minutes away. We are still waiting for our food, they closed at 11 and are not answering their phone. Won’t be ordering again.

Pizza was all base, chips been cooked that many times they are uneatable and sat in the car over 30 min Pop also put in with food so was like a cup of tea £30 down the drain Never ever again

All spicy pizzas were missing green chillies. Missing pepperoni. Chips were bitter because of old oil fry. Very disappointed. Delivery was on time though.

My boyfriend phoned them and order me a chicken wrap with garlic and lettuce, and they gave me a chicken wrap with all salad so clearly don’t listen to you properly on the phone but the best of it you get 3 scabby pieces of chicken!! Absolutely appalling I won’t be ordering there again. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even a dog.

Thanks Santos for not delivering my food! My brothers went to school hungry today because of you. Hope you feel proud of yourselves. (Context for those that are interested: I ordered munch at 10.05pm and the order got accepted my money gone through quick like that. Then i waited like an hour or so and tried calling the shop numberous times but no answer. Then its like 11.30pm now and im thinking where they at and called and tried to see if the shop is open but nah it was closed. Bearing in mind i live round the corner lol. Thought it would have arrived within 45 minutes as it was like what a 2 x 12" pizzas and 2 donna kebabs?) I guess that since its closing time nearly you would turn off the machines and stop accepting orders but for yous to accept it and not deliver.Horrendous effort from these guys. If shops in Newcastle can deliver food 1 hour before closing time why couldn't these lot which are round the corner. Never again. Santos Never again. Poor should be a 0 star but forced to give a 1 star!

Nice quick and fast service at our first two orders but got too late our third order. Couldn't figure out how comes? They must have a management issue in order to resolve it. However, nice food but they need to look at their delivery service system.
