Not enough napkins with order (none) & zero spoon or any utensils for beans. A bit lacking

Always takes ages always rubbish cold old food Well tried it again after a year and still no better missed 3 items off my order and what I did get was disappointing and disgusting chicken was hard just everything was disgusting

Food was freezing cold, and I think the driver drank one of the cans of pop on the way over! BBQ sauce all over the inside of the bag, the lid wasn’t on the box properly from the bites.

I watched the driver pull up then sit in his car for 4 minutes before moving and then sit in his car for 3 more minutes before coming to my door. I left clear instructions on the app and when he arrived did not understand the very simple instruction to 'come up, and 'open the door'. when he arrived army door he was very rude and complained that it was my fault he couldn't understand English. why employ people if they don't understand English and why employ very rude people.

Food was great but the app was broken so driver was angry that he had been waiting outside for a long time.

Freezing cold when delivered. Driver/courier was rude saying he couldn’t see the house number that’s why it was late. He blamed me for the number not being visible even though it is pinpointed on the app. Knocked on neighbours doors. Won’t be ordering again

Brown soggy lettuce in the burger had to pick it out. Why put brown lettuce in just leave it out if it’s not fresh 👎🏼

Got the order completely wrong, ordered 2 corn on the cob and got gravy instead, only meal didn’t come wiht any chips and they gave me two sauces I didn’t ask for instead of the ones I did. Not great after driving to a restaurant that was closed and then closed the drive through once we were in the queue. Very disappointed

Received a delivery from here, got food correct order and delivered nice and hot. The only issue was receiving 2 legs for 2 piece one and a thigh would have been acceptable. Will use again

Delivery was fine apart from the wrong meal being delivered (things missing) and freezing cold which must have been on the restaurants end as the delivery time was rather fast

Order arrived and half my order was missing and the only resolution was a refund which I had to wait 3 days to hear back from with a update. so I then had to reorder the stuff I was missing

food was stone cold. spoke to a staff member and was told the order had been bagged and ready for 40 minutes but there was no drivers. asked her to cancel as I didn't want food that had sat for 40 mins and she told me she couldn't and hung up. food went in bin

If I could give zero stars for service I would. I visited today via the drive through. Got our food and a bottle of Pepsi was missing, so went in the store and collected it which was fine. I then went back to the car and several items were missing out of the bag, so I went back in and merely asked how it was difficult to get my order correct, I was then told to stop shouting (even though my voice wasn’t raised in the slightest) the creature then proceeded to tell me (well don’t come back then) which is highly unprofessional & is in the process of being taken further, I will not be spoken too by anyone like the way that creature spoke to me today, I would advise people to avoid this KFC. There is a reason why there was only 1 person in the restaurant eating (baring in mind it’s the 6 weeks holiday) and that’s down to the absolutely appalling service offered by the people who work there. I’m not the first to complain about the customer service and I definitely won’t be the last.

I have contacted the store to state food was missing a manager answerd and ask a boy who made it for this boy to state he swears on his brothers life he put all meals in and I’m lying (me the customer) that is absolutely disgusting asked for his name and the woman said where not allowed to give it I paid a lot of money for the food and didn’t get my whole meal looking through missing burger and fries from trilogy box and full Kentucky mayo meal

Always the same experience, coffee machine broken (every kfc 🤔) Always ran out of something and always forgot an item from the order. The staff always look so depressed. But yeah it's nice once in a while innit 😄

The customer service was brilliant served by a ladie named carole . Very helpful in helping my select a decent meal. After I finished the meal I kindly asked which cooked the food and was told Gary. I then asked to send my appreciation to him and the rest of the staff

late?! it never arrived. we drove to the restaurant who told us that they had given our order to two different drivers for us never to receive it. we've had to order and pay again. I have a screenshot from 6.50pm staying order bring prepared and yet at 7.10pm the app updates as delivered at 6.10pm. I didn't ring the restaurant until 6.15pm to complain the first time. restaurant has been super helpful and they've lost out too. just eat is awful with no customer service.

Always here for takeaway chick. Lovely food, fast and accurate ordering. Vegan burgers haven't been provided for this time visit. Dine in environment needs improve especially table cleaning

Always need to check pickup orders. From time to time they give you overcooked stuff.

Order was delivered late. Although I couldn’t drop the pin as it’s a new estate where we live, I gave clear instructions to help find our house including the main road street name where the estate is, post code and left my mobile number.

order missing cola, but as that was a requirement to order wasnt bothered. Delivery was within estimated time, although previous orders have been early, received hot food delivered by pleasant driver. Overall - Standards SLIGHTLY below par on this occasion, hence 4*

My order has been paid for, I waited and waited….it’s now marked as Delivered…but I haven’t received anything !!!

2 days in a row my order has the wrong items or missing items. Yesterday my meal can without a drink which was great to have nothing to wash down the terrible dry chicken that had been sat for days. Today I get gravy instead of mash with my meal which seems to be a regular occurrence, where my mash will be replaced with beans or gravy which I dislike. Put on the app that the mash is unavailable if u have ran out !

My order came without a drink which was great seen as it has happened multiple times at this store which I don’t see is a hard thing to do seen as when ordered the drink is a can instead of the employees having to fill it up their self so it’s a straight forward task
