This Nando's offered a delightful dining experience with impeccably cooked and incredibly tasty food. Portion sizes were generous, and we definitely left feeling fully satiated after just having a main course. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians. The staff at Nando's were attentive and courteous, providing top-notch service with their genuine hospitality. The seating arrangements at this Nando's were excellent, with options ranging from cozy booths to spacious tables. The private booths offered an intimate dining experience, perfect for a romantic dinner or a quiet meal with friends and family. Furthermore, the ambiance at Nando's was inviting and vibrant, creating the perfect atmosphere for a casual meal or a special occasion. With its welcoming decor and friendly staff, this Nando's truly stands out as a fantastic restaurant choice for any occasion.

We visited metro centre Nando’s we ordered food it came promptly well cooked we were quite happy with our visit me and my wife both used the toilet if I had been to the toilet prior to eating our meal we would have left the gents was stinking of stale urine the wash hand basin was filthy whole toilet was filthy I met with my wife and she said exactly the same with the ladies we alerted the waiter he didn’t say anything just shrugged his shoulders

This is an excellent venue. They allowed us to book as we were a large party of 10, including children, and didn't want to chance just turning up. The manager who took our booking went above and beyond to be helpful. The visit itself was great. The staff were so friendly and efficient, the food was delicious and served promptly. Three members of our group have food allergies (some of which are severe) and we felt that the process of taking the order and preparing the food was exceptional. We certainly felt safe. A massive thank you to Nandos Qube for making a birthday meal special.

You know what you get at Nando’s. Efficient, swift service, (served by Scarlet) & everyone enjoyed their meals. It was Saturday afternoon, very busy but we were served very quickly.

Our experience was shocking. We ordered separately and my partner ordered at the desk and I used the app. My food came no problem however my partner didn’t even get his starter until he went up after 20 minutes of waiting to ask. I had finished my main meal by this point and the starter had been finished for a good 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes passes and still no food. Eventually he got up again to go to the desk to ask for a refund. The manager stated there was a 15 minute window, bearing in mind we had waited 40 minutes and still didn’t have the food. There was tables that had come in after us that had gotten and eaten their food. The attitude of the manager was appalling, no consideration that we had been sat there for 40 minutes and I had finished way before we thought enough is enough.

It was a very busy day at the metrocentre for Nando’s but the queue flew down, we were seen to promptly by Bethany at the tills (who was excellent and very charismatic which made the experience more pleasurable in such a busy environment) and received our food fast and fresh. Great experience today.

Visited on a Saturday evening for a nice easy Nandos. Visited many Nandos across the country and this had to of been our most disappointed visit yet. The inside is very outdated compared to most other Nandos we have visited. Service was good and staff are very friendly. Only one water/ice machine worked. Only one drinks machine worked. This meant you had to queue for water. The ice machine didn’t have any ice as everyone had to use the one machine leading to room temperature water. Food was nice as always but they were shy with the amount of chips and my pitta wrap wasn’t very filled compared to the Nandos we visited the week before else where in the country which was spot on. Would I go back. No I’d rather drive further to another one.

This is the second time we’ve been to the yellow mall Nando’s and been served by Liberty she’s such a joy to be around and makes our experience so nice! I hope she serves me and my friend every time we come! Thank you Liberty!!

Started off well. Shown to a table, then we were told what they DIDN'T have. Given menus but as nobody had been anywhere near use after ten minutes, we left. Wasn't even busy.

Please can someone explain to me as to why we are given such small glasses for water compared to those for pop? I can appreciate the water is free, but is it not more of a health risk to expect each customer who asks for water to walk back and forth to fill up there small glass during covid times. I do not enjoy moving back and forward through the establishment and putting myself more at risk because you can’t extend your service to a decent sized glass. Is there a shortage of this sized glass ? Or are you just trying to be difficult ?

Food was hot and fresh, can’t ask for more than that. The service differed from waiter to waiter, we seemed to be dining at a time where the manager was doing staff reviews or something similar in the outside dining area, which lead to the other staff congregating by the kitchen in what looked like ‘clichés’ and being sat within proximity, we couldn’t help but hear. I must admit it gave me and my partner a giggle as it all sounded very political. In closing; would I visit again, yes but wouldn’t be first choice. Would I recommend? Yes but would advise to look for alternatives first.

Lovely food really enjoyed it would recommend. The last couple of times the food had been served cold but this time it was piping hot.

Came here with my friend who has Coeliac Disease, we told the waiter straight away and he told us the procedure they take for allergies and intolerances. Gave us the menu aswell as a allergy book. We ordered at the counter with a manager who ensured that everyone was fine for my friend to eat. Was very very professional and took a lot more care than I’ve seen other places do.

From ordering to getting something to eat took 40 minutes because 4 pm is staff change over time. The staff going off were not interested and the staff coming on were more interested in talking to each other than serving, the manager being one of them. Whilst the food was ok it was a disgrace to find all of the plates were icey cold. Overall for what you pay for what you get you are better off going to KFC its a lot cheaper and nicer.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a table. The table was not clean and when we asked for another table we were told there was none available even though we could see several empty tables. Only of the servers was professional and made us feel welcomed. The dessert order was messed up. The server complained about us to all of her colleagues to our hearing before correcting the order and the sent two different people to rectify it. The manager when told didn't apologise, he just made excuses for the bad service and then said he would give us some free food if we return.

We went out as a family, and really enjoyed it. The food was hot and fresh, we were now able to get our own sauces and refills etc.So great overall Must try

Simon was awesome! The team were obviously rushed off their feet with Eat out/help out but they were fantastic. Clearly cared about making sure their customers were safe and none of the staff let the busy day or stress show. Real credit.

Cannot whack a Nando's, chicken is always fresh and theres plenty of choice on both mains and sides. Staff always friendly and food always comes quickly. Wor lass highly recommends the Sunset Burger!
