I was sent a gift voucher for afternoon tea for Christmas only to find that all Patisserie Valerie stores closed on 04/01/24 so have never been able to visit , did see what looked like a building site . Cant believe they still issued vouchers knowing they were closing every single store , Dreadful state of affairs

Ordered two 'Croque Monsieur' and what arrived was two ham and cheese toasties lathered in poor quality English mustard? Why English Mustard? With stale crisps and wilted lettuce. Very poor and given the price quite surprising, especially given that there are numerous much nicer cafés in the city. Staff rather surly as well.

You don't expect too much from KFC, greasy but tasty. The St Helens branch seems to disappoint even with low expectations. The chicken is usually just about cooked, to a rubbery consistency, and the breadcrumbs are soft and chewy. Save yourself the grief and use the Widnes KFC; it is much better.

They rip you off with a misleading menu, charged me £6 for a bit of kebab meat with no chips. Avoid!

I would highly advise that you don't waste your time visiting this Starbucks and wasting your money whilst raising your blood pressure. The staff have no idea what they are doing and this is the THIRD time they have given me the wrong order because they are not reading the orders correctly because they are on their phones constantly. What business allows their staff to have their phones while working in a busy store?? It is unorganised and they are completely incompetent in what they do. They are badly trained and have no concept of Customer service, it's a disgrace, don't waste your money.

Service is appalling waited 35mins in the car park , you never get your food at the window , always told to wait in the car park. The menu board is right next to the intercom so you can't see what you want to choose till your right ready for ordering. Never know such an appalling service for fast food

Order 2 burritos and they were terrible! Specifically said no beans and add sour cream Got beans absolutely loaded with them and no sour cream!!! Won't be ordering from there again

The food is brilliant, comes out fast and the staff are lovely and accomodation

Best subway around. Ingredients have a lot of taste unlike other subways like Consett.

El ambiente general de este restaurante y bar es muy agradable y el servicio es bueno. El menú es bastante amplio y las dietas son atendidas. Sin embargo, me pareció caro para lo que se obtiene y no me impresionó que un 12 obligatorio. 5% de cargo por servicio se aplica a todos los artículos alimenticios.
