Always a great pizza! Always our first stop when visiting family in the area

Make sure you ask for pizzas well done or they are very sloppy!

Ordered when just opened, chips were like last night's warmed, like rocks. Garlic bread was like crisp bread, broke into a million bits when bitten because to was to thin, awful went in bin.

I have been a customer at this place since anash opened it when it was the best pizza shop around here I even worked for him the thing is the quality of what is turned out has steadily gotten worse I ordered a pizza last night and it appears the cook who works on the conveyor oven has no idea how to cook a pizza as on more than one occasion now I've received a doughy bottom and scarce pizza toppins fuxxxxx shxxx

this was my first time trying the place .food came in 1 hour 20 mins and i live 5 mins away from the place, even though the food came late it wasn't cooked properly, the chicken tikka was bland and undercooked you could see pink chicken inside, which begs the question what were they doing for an hour and 20 mins, if not cooking the food? the only good thing was the garlic sauce.

Previous experience terrible took 2 hours to arrive, rang the place and they said it was on way and the delivery bloke was all smiles and apologies saying it was very busy for a Saturday.... food was warm like it had been sat for a while. Put it down to busy weekend. Ordered midweek and yet again another 2 hour wait. Same speel, very busy, live in the village so abit close to this, won't be ordering from here again, absolutely awful service

Every time we order its very rarely correct. This time ordered a garlic bread pizza and received a toasted pizza base drenched in oil and not garlic oil. Am greek believe me i know what garlic tastes like! Called to complain to be told that this is their garlic bread. Funny we have never received 1 like this before from them In 10 years Then told they are too busy and to come and collect it. Humm so why did I get a delivery??? Told them to deliver me 1 tomorrow when they are not busy. Humm let's see what happens!! Pizza roma used to be the best but going down hill! Think I'll be buying pizza at tesco from now on, cheaper, taster and get what I bought.

Great food pizzas are always nice, disappointing that the spaghetti bolognese didn’t come with any cheese on…… just pasta and sauce lashed in the tin……!

Have been very impressed by the quality of food and speed of delivery. The mayonnaise and garlic sauce are honestly about the best I've had from a takeaway. Pizza Romas stuffed crust great extra and recommended.

Cannot comment on atmosphere as I ordered online. Food was quite good, a tiny bit dry but tasty. Order was correct. Service was good, very quick arrival of food.

The food is always very nice same with service Normally but tonight the coloured man he is VERY rude and unpleasant, the other 2 delivery drivers are very polite I think yous should have chat with the coloured man.

Food ok but staff seem to have a problem getting an order correct if you order more than 1 item even when they write the order down. My advice is to collect from shop and check order before you leave otherwise a meal will be spoilt. Their customer service is not good at all!!!

Live 0.5 miles away and waited over 2 hours not great should of walked up! Wasn't a big order at all won't be using again

Always go and collect otherwise you'll be waiting for 2 hours for a delivery on a weekend like I did.

Can't wait I've ordered 1hr 30 minutes still haven't came then phoned and was told it was going to be another 20 minutes so we cancelled the order.

Terrible service , takes 2 hours to deliver to bottom of the street , avoid this awful pizza shop , the staff are really rude , and food is like its out of date, I would not go back there if it was my only option !!!!

2 hours for a delivery and the food is luke warm. Had ordered extra toppings looks like they forgot them so just warmed them up and put them on the top as usually they would be cooked in and under the cheese. Had so many bad experiences and stopped ordering from here for a while but definitely gonna have to find a different place to order from.

Placed an order for 4 items at 7.27pm. Rang the store at 9.10pm to say the order was on its way. Order arrived at 9.25pm and order was incorrect. Rang to say that it was incorrect today they would send missing items in 10 minutes find this hard to believe considering it took 2hours to make the order. Rang the store to get expletives which I do not appreciate. Driver later came to refund cash after asking for food he did deliver untouched which I can appreciate. I then find the money he did return took away the delivery charge and app order. Generally the worst service I have ever received from any business in my life and the worst attitude I have ever received from a member of staff. I really look forward to your response

Ordered at 4 was here before 5. First time ordering as we are in isolation. Pizzas were hot and lovely. Speedy and a very courteous driver. Thank you.

Food is good, but the amount of times we have had to chase up orders or had orders come well over an hour or even 2hours late, we give up using them

I ordered a large Donner Kerbab and for the price it was shocking! Didn't even look like a small! We had 5 strand's of meat! The salad was pitiful and the only thing nice was the chip's and chilli sauce, wouldn't order from here again! Waste of money!!!

Waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes for the food to be delivered and it was freezing! Plus found a black hair in one of the Pizzas and in the kebab. £18.90 waisted.....Never again!

Pizzas from here are amazing, the boss is extremely proud of his shop and makes sure everything is absolutely spotless. Definitely recommend👍 kebab meat is thick and a little spicy lovely jubbly

Placed an online order for collection. Got home to find the totally wrong pizzas. Rang them and they said we'd ordered the right pizzas despite my having an email saying what I'd ordered. There times they tried to say I had the right pizzas, eventually they said ok maybe you are right. They then offered to replace the pizzas which in my opinion was too late plus I'd been called a liar needless to say I won't be placing any more orders. Very disappointed

This place has changed hands and now its absolutely ran into the ground... Rang up told it would be an hour and a hour and half later still no delivery. Of course when you ring you get its on it sway its on its way... Didn't even tell them my address but its on its way. Its all greed don't take all the orders if you can't deliver... Never again not worth the wait anyway...

The bottom of the pizza was soggy and one of peppers was mouldy

Arrived 30minutes late, cold, rubbery and wet, actual water running around in plastic chip tub: Called restaurant and advised them, person who answered didn’t respond was left saying ‘hello? Hello? Is anyone there?’ For another man to come on the line and say ‘no, that’s not right, I just cooked this’ I explained I was happy to have them come back and check. Again told ‘no, I have personally just cooked this, I can send another but I am very busy’. Appealing customer service, disgusting, inedible food. Binned and ordered from elsewhere.

Pizza was lovely. However, waited 2 and half hours for delivery on a Tuesday night. Rang them a few times they said the pizza was just going out the door each time, on the last time I rang they hung up. Terrible customer service.

Cant get order wright to save there lives

Such a shame ordered tonight and always order from them, late delivery taking 2.5hrs to deliver, I only live 5 mins down road, no apology or anything, very disappointing won't be ordering again, did refund me as I cancelled my order as it was for me and child who will be in bed by the time they delivered poor customer service . Ordered at 6.30 for delivery at 8.45

Disgusting food which is barely cooked and freezing cold. Told 20 mins for a collection got there and told another ten mins as it was busy. We waited ten mins and the pizza is freezing and under cooked.

Awful. Bland, greasy, overpriced. The chips are so bland and awful. Their pizza is awful too. The place is filthy and should deter anyone from ordering their food from there.

Never waited 2 hours for 1 sml pizza and 1 kebab meat with chips !!! Soggy, greasy tasteless pizza. Bullet like chips and tasteless kebab meat. Boycotted this place for a couple of years due to a mega delivery wait time...but thought we'd try again as our other fave local pizza shop was closed. Wish we hadn't bothered !!! Try Albertos uf you want a pizza you can taste !!!

Absolutely disgusting food tonight.. prawns and sweetcorn on my pizza burt and the chips were that hard i couldnt eat them.. very very disappointed

Not a huge fan of pizza as it's generally a disappointment. This place is the exception. Always go for the same option,quindici,but we do have occasional sides and there aways pretty good as well.

We ordered 3 pizzas, 4 wraps, 2 portions chips, 1 burger & 1 garlic bread (large family gathering). Pizzas, burger & garlic bread were good, with the exception of the ham & pineapple pizza...it was actually SPAM & pineapple! Wraps weren't brilliant either. 2 were ok, but the tikka wraps were extremely soggy & had the chips INSIDE the wraps! What the hell is that all about...just why would anyone do that? Apart from that in itself being so weird, the chips weren't wanted by the people eating the tikka wraps, but were ordered for all the children to share. Service was good, however.

The best pizza in the Durham area, always lots of toppings, nice crispy base & always hot. Garlic bread is to die for, the potato wedges ate also amazing. The staff are very friendly & the premises are extremely clean A+

Limited menu but the food is good. Prices could be lower especially as they charge £1 for delivery.

Usually descent food got the pregnant partner a chicken kebab her exact words "they trying put me on weight watchers" descent food but portion size a wouldn't feed a child would order again but not a chicken kebab.

I am absolutely disgusted in pizza Roma I was told when making my order it would take a hour to come and it was 20 pound. I rang them after 1 hour 30 minutes to ask where my order was to be told it was in the oven the delivery driver was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to find our house(it is around the corner) I am pregnant and starving so as you can imagine I'm not best pleased then to find a piece of plastic about 3inch long cooked into my pizza!! I rang the shop to complain Mohamed was having non of it told me he would refund my pizza but he wanted the pizza back. He sent the driver to the door with a bottle of Pepsi trying to negotiate the driver then payed me 5 pound back out of his own money I have never known anything like it before I will never order from here again they have gone down hill.

Ordered a chicken parmesan and was told it would be an hour - an hour and thirty five minutes later phoned to ask why it hadnt been delivered only to be told it was in the oven. Wont be trying them again

Been using Pizza Roma for years. Great tasting pizzas, lovely creamy coleslaw & good quality kebabs if you want a change! Gets very busy so it's best to ask when you order, as sometimes time for collection and delivery can be quite different.

Great Pizzas, Kebabs, Chicken and burgers. Really tasty and well made, I would highly recomend. Helps they are friendly and helpful as well!

Been a customer for a long time and it is the best pizzeria

Over all best pizza around bowburn and coxhoe (Belmont pizza is better but does not deliver this far) and quick delivery most times. Friendly staff and drivers, but on the rare occasion if an item is missing from a delivery, they will not send it out straight away as is usual standard practice, infact i was waiting 50mins for them to send a portion of chips they forgot the last time. And no oppology or response to the complaint, so do be wary.
