Once again Ordered nearly 3 hours ago for it to not turn up and put down as delivered, cheers. Atleast you’re consistent

Ordered at 10.00 clock called the shop at 10.55 to see how long my order would be as I knew they where soon to be closing for the lady on the phone to tell me they hadn't received my order to my address, as the last order is 10.45, when i said i ordered at 10 and it was accepted, she then said it was out for delivery with the driver 11.20 we received our food. Poor service

Absolutely terrible. Rice and chow mein were both congealed and in a solid block and tasteless. Gravy was unable to pour as this was also solid. Will not go back.

Ordered our usual food tonight house special curry fried rice chips mushrooms with prawncrackers food was disgusting and curry tasted full if sugar curry was too sweet i wont be ordering fron yous again sorry

Food was nice but the delivery was a joke, said they would be 45mins. 2hours later it finally arrives, tried calling but it seemed like they turned their phone off. Needs better service

First time ordering and most definately our last. Chips were overcooked and were certainly not cooked fresh, dry as a bone and rock hard. Spring rolls were also overcooked. Noodles had zero taste in them and the same went for the curry. What a waste of money atleast the bin had a good feed.

Usually this is our favourite Chinese but think we been catching it lucky for few months last night trying a steak dish the most expensive it was pure dog slop! Wouldn't of gave it to my dog it went straight in the bin!

Order my phone took over a hour and didn’t receive so I decided to ring up and asked where my food was he’s said they been to my door and brayed on door I was in kitchen right next to my frunt door so would of definitely Heard it it he told me he had bid my food and if I wnat it I have to pay 40 and I can’t have food from there again bc am banned absolutes joke they are!!

Absolutely useless and bone idol! Ordered from just eat, nearly two hours late, arrived with the order and no receipt so when we open and it’s the complete wrong order we don’t have enough to eat between two of us at 21:15. Then just to make things even better when you try and get in contact with the restaurant they don’t answer the phone at all, sat on the phone and constantly got ‘user busy’ for half an hour

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Chow mein was bland, cold and tasteless. The prawns on my dish were soggy. The fried rice was cold ad tasteless. There was hardly any meat on the ribs. The only nice thing were the hot chips and the delivery guy. I'll never order from here again

Ordered at 7:20 expected delivery 8:45 food arrived 9:20. Food arrived barely warm. Chips were stale and chicken balls were soggy. Sweet and sour chicken was ok bar the bits of chicken with gristle. First and last time ordering

Ordered at 6.19 arrived at 8pm, fried rice in foil container just say warm, ordered sausag meal came in one container so not enuff for two kids and the pancake roll was disgusting First time ordered only ordered as didn't have cash, next time will make sure I have cash and won't be ordering from here again

Over 2hrs 30 mins later and still no food waste of time get this place shut down

Waited a while for delivery, restaurant explained they were busy but the food was well worth the wait, absolutely beautiful and generous portion size, we will be ordering again. Thank you

Ordered food and it never arrived, we phoned them to ask what was happening and was told they had been really busy, but we were not told it wasn’t going to arrive at all….. first and last!!!!

left a note on just eat too explain my door buzzer was broken and asked them too call when food was there and I’d collect it, driver phoned aggressively saying he’s delivered here before he knows my door bell is broken and it needs too be fixed so I sent him back with the food, phones the shop too explain and they were just as bad can’t remember what the food taste like but staff are bad

Order many times before never been any issue . Order food that was clearly not fresh made and uneatable it was a waste of food over £20. When calling the shop to ask for a discount for next order . Not asking for a replacement as we bin the food at this point. Asking for discount as guest of good will considering the food was wasted I was met with argumentative attitude and told it’s hard for him to communicate with the cook and everything is always fresh. I am sorry I wouldn’t make a call or complaint unless I thought it was valid and this was a meal for 3 people wasted. in the end I said forget it I won’t be ordering from you again. Shame really !!!

The Cockney whopper on the phone is unbelievably rude, had to wait 2 and a half hours for food and this lad had the audacity to lie about where it was and how long it would take.

Have used this outlet for a couple of years and they have never let us down. Lovely staff and seriously tasty scran. Top marks time after time.

My normal place closed so tried this, should have save me money over priced and poor quality food. Certainly 1 i be avoiding in future

Order from here all the time but they really need to sort the lad out on the phone like hes honestly hasnt a clue took him 2 hours to put our order through! Every time we ring and he answers theres always a problem they need to have someone who knows what there doing when the nice lass is in

We normally get the munchies box but ordered the special (3 mains for £14.20) this time. Delivery was super fast and food arrived hot. Portions were really small. Curry sauce was more like a shot than a tub. Rice and chips are overpriced at £3 each. I really enjoy the food from here but portion sizes need to be sorted out. It isn't as if it is cheap.
