Cooplands in County Durham

I HAD NOTHING TO EAT THAT WHOLE DAY, I THEN GOT A PAKC OF 4 SAUAGE ROLLS FOR ME AND MY FRIEND, WE ATE 1 EACH AMD THEN KEPT THE REST FOR ANOTHER DAY. HOWEVER THEY ARE NOW IN THE BIN, WE EXPERIENCED VERY BAD BELLY PAIN AND CRAMPS, AND ALSO GOT DIARRHEA, I WENT TO THE DOCTORS THE NEXT DAY AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD FOOD POISONING AND THE ONLY THING i ate was the sausage rolls , the woman there served us the ones from the back on a shelf not in the hot display ones at the front under the heat lamp. I have had cooplands before and never experienced this before! I wont be coming back! I'm switching to greggs! Shame on you woman!

Busy little store. Bread rolls are well worth the visit. There doesn't seem to be an orderly queuing system in place in this store, it's a free for all.

Went to get 2 "too good to go bags" was treated like a scrounger, told sharply that I had to wait until they had closed the older lady also kicked me out and told to wait outside when it was raining, then when they were ready the young girl asked who was next even though she new it was me, because we were the only ones there at first, I said me and she shoved them into my hand with out so much as a thankyou....absolutely disgusting customer service will never shop there again!!!!

Ordered online. Paid online. Got there... was told my order was cancelled as they no longer had the stuff I ordered.. And ir refund will be there within a week... they didn't want to tell my kids they could wait a week....

Bought 4 buns 3 white bacon 1 sausage brown bun brown bun was mouldy

Just purchased 2 sandwich meal deals. Both buns are covered in mould. Obviously at work and cant take back. Vile
