After a couple of occasions where our order was disappointedly cancelled I was nervously waiting for this to happen again, however it arrived on time nice and hot and was amazing. Looking forward to ordering again and again.

The sauce for the honey garlic chicken was very runny. The curry sauce didn’t taste great. But good portion sizes and the chips were nice. When I ordered an original bubble tea I didn’t realise it would be milk - there could be a description on the page about what it is.

Ordered from Uber eats, was advised it would be delivered between 19.40 & 20.00, then got told by app to ring store to verify so I did at 20.00 was told delivery would be within 10-15 minutes, food arrived at 20.33 fried rice was cold, curry sauce wasn’t that hot either temperature wise, chips just say warm. Rather disappointed with meal on the whole.

Food is always very tasty however delivery was so late that it was all pretty much cold by the time it arrived. It had been "with the driver" for 45 minutes before it got delivered and we only live about 3 miles away from the shop.

We ordered a salt and pepper sharing platter , & 2 cans of coke. Waited 40 minutes we were delivered some curry sauce + 2 cans of coke . So we rang the shop they said they would send out the platter , the platter arrived 25 minutes later STONE COLD . When ringing the shop to complain they hung the phone up

for the price of the salt and pepper chili chicken, it was awful, very dry and not a lot in the tub mostly onions , very disappointed

Food was okay, not as good as previously, but was 40minutes late. Spoke to restaurant 35min before arrival and was told it was on way and wouldn’t be long.

The food is 40 min late, we are still waiting, trying to ring the restaurant and the woman put the phone down on us while we were speaking and now no one is answering and the shop is closing in 20 minutes.

Almost 2 hours for food to be delivered since order was accepted, this is unacceptable.

The food there is amazing it’s very well seasoned and has amazing flavours. The beef pho is very filling such big portions for quite a reasonable price. The beef ho fun is also very very flavourful and yummy, they have great boba and great friendly service. The atmosphere is very nice however sometimes the boba lacking is a little loud and can be a little annoying but it’s a very understandable thing so yeah. Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone I always find myself craving it.

Vegetarian dishes usually come with tofu but this time neither did which makes it disappointing as it lacks a protein source, taste and texture and isn’t value for money if it’s just vegetables

I never write negative reviews, but our food was bad on so many levels. The satay chicken was dry and overcooked. It was evidently was cooked earlier on in the day and then re-heated. Salt and pepper chicken, had a odd tangy flavour, tasted like a bad sweet and sour. Shredded beef curry was oddly sweet, very chewy and tangy. Egg fried rice was OK. Hot and sour soup was kind of OK. We put the food in the bin and made ourselves toast. The free spring rolls were appreciated. Very sad.

Awful honey chilli chicken arrived with a container that can only be described as full of red water with chilli flakes in. I'm not sure why they make their sauces so watery. The kung pao king prawns was the same. Mango sticky rice dessert was good, though.

Popped in here for food on a Friday evening. Asked for chow mein. Asked for king prawn and chicken. Handed £20 and given £6 back. When queried price advised I pay extra for chicken and prawn. It came out in a standard plastic box rather than the familiar larger round foil one. 4 prawns. The most expensive chow mein ever, beats London prices. Won't be back.

Called in while waiting for a taxi and bought sweet chilli chicken and beef in black bean sauce. Really wished I hadn't. Very expensive. About £4 dearer a main than my local and it wasn't nice. The sweet chilli chicken was watery and the chicken had like a rubbery texture. The black bean tasted like somebody had chucked in a full bottle of salt. Inedible. Won't be returning

A lot of food was undercooked, everything was soggy and mushy. Absolutely disgusting. Rang to ask to return the food and service was terrible. Was told to leave outside and would be collected immediately. Still waiting over an hour later. Have photos for evidence, lady on the phone very rude so have had no choice to request a refund from just eat. I will Never order from here again, had to re order from domino’s just for something quick and edible. Poor experience from all angles

My no. 1 best eat out in Durham,,Always a pleasure to order while working in the area...Tuk Tuk, amazing staff and yummy food.. I always order a cheeky boba tea with Tapioca. to wash down :)... the beef in black bean sauce was sooo good..guys dont hesitate to order

So we got our meal and on opening the Singapore vermicelli smelt and tasted burnt. We think it was the onions or that it has been cooked in a burnt pan. Totally unpleasant and we were not able to eat it. Very disappointing as I feel there was no way this way missed in the restaurant. We actually put a complaint into just eat which advised us they wouldn’t be able to refund us as ‘every dish is different’… I’m pretty sure that shouldn’t apply to BURNT food.

I have ordered from Tuk Tuk so many times and been in shop the food is “Normally” to die for and beautifully cooked and tasty ! Unfortunately on this occasion the food came dry and cold the only hot thing was the soups which had no flavour. The spring rolls where soggy like they had been left for a long time to stand and gather moisture, the pad Thai was dry, stuck together and lacking in anything the would constitute as meat or prawn. The rice was unfortunately the same like it had all be stood

TUK TUK MY FAVOURITE! I work monthly in durham and this place has very tasty meals,I always go with a bubble tea as a treat,,Delivery is spot on and good food... good temp,good portions am hooked to this resraurants food

We had take away from here a year ago and were very pleased but this time it was so disappointing. On the menu it said salt and pepper chicken wings but the dish contained 20 pieces of small chilli so was so hot it was inedible. The chicken satay was just 3 sticks which had been deep fried so were very dry and the satay sauce was not enough and was very watery. Vegetable gyoza were over cooked and only had taste due to the sweet chilli dipping sauce which was, again, not enough. The “star” of this takeway was the pork and cabbage dumplings which were served heaped together in a congealed mess with no dipping sauce what so ever. And the price for this embarrassment of a take away was £28.82…..given the quality ( or lack of ) this price was extortionate…….be warned.

First time ordering, wouldn’t order again. Delivery was on time. Noodles were old and smelt of burn, tasted like they’d been in the tub for a few days they wernt soft at all, rice was fine, curry was watery and lumpy and didn’t taste like curry. Honey chilli chicken was okay but a little dry. Way too overpriced for the food they supplied would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to be disappointed.

Won’t order again. Terrible. Small cartons and not even filled. Dry and due to quick delivery time can only assume not cooked from fresh. Not worth even half what was paid.

Very little food for the price - £4.50 for ‘plain chow mien’ but the tub was barely enough for two small side portions and noodles tasted like had been cooked a while ago. Sweet and sour was nice and so were spring rolls but overall it was a shame really.

We order regularly and tonight just wasn't quite as good as normal. There isn't enough sauce with the duck and pancakes and we expected the chicken to be in the sweet chilli sauce! But on the whole, still all very tasty.

The honey chilli chicken was separated out into chicken in a tray and a separate tub of watery sauce not great! The the curry was not spicy and 25 minutes late, especially given the price nearly £27 which are restaurant prices, and the quality really does not reflect that

I understand the drivers have more than 1 deliveries but that is the reason they should mark food delivery when it is actually delivered not before to keep they are score up as that affect costumer experience which will lead choose different restaurants or app for order .Tuk Tuk restaurant was very nice when I called but I’m not satisfied with delivery at all

We love tuk tuk , we order all the time. The food is very good quality. Slightly on the expensive side but definitely worth the money. The matcha milk is to die for. Would recommend to anyone .
