Went to this Chinese, got sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style but I didn’t get the chicken, the man at the counter was really polite but soon as I got home I opened the fried rice it has white spunk on it, I’m not happy 😡

Food arrived extremely late. When opened did not contain all items. Called to explain elements were missing. Was told they couldn't drop missing food items off and accused their own driver of stealing the items!! Won't be returning

FOOD DID NOT ARRIVE. Refused to answer phone after ringing twice I expect a full refund

Collected food after 20 mins, was on time and hot. Salt and Pepper Box was spot on. Quite a lot of food for £10:50. Spring rolls were a bit soggy but other than that everything was fine.

Ordered food at 6.10pm arrived at 8pm...food was nice but spoilt by the delay

Ordered through Just Eat, order accepted, delivery expect about 1.5 hour. I complained that it hadn’t arrived, altered delivery time. It seriously looked as though they had forgotten about me. Food arrived 2 hours and 20 mins after order, Luke warm food, soggy cold chips and the delivery driver literally threw the food at me. If the restaurant cannot delivery good food within a time scale then narrow down your delivery radius. Disgraceful attitude from this “slow food” restaurant 😡😡

Always great food, probably best to go for delivery. If picking food up it is usually chaos in the place itself with it being so small and they are usually very busy. Pay the extra for delivery, the food is always worth it.

They messed up my order but i rang them and they couldn’t have responded better. Apologetic and courteous they rushed out in 10 minutes with my correct dish. And it was delicious. Vegetables and cashew nuts in sweet and sour sauce

Wouldn't let me collect my order what was said to be redy in 5 mins at quater past 10 , 15 mins later evin tho they still had half hour left open

I ordered many items from their menu and picked it up from their cloud kitchen. The food was very tasty specially loved their kurkure momos. Also, veg garlic noodles was also very tasty. I will definitely recommend others for the authentic asian food.

Absolute disgrace, terrible service missing food yet no compensation they said it was our fault I would honestly recommend no one orders from these charlatans again

This place is an absolute disgrace never get the order right and when You complain they say it’s your fault, the woman that takes the orders is rude and obtuse defo stay away from this horrible place

Pretty much every time I order something is wrong. To the point the people on the phones know who I am. Ordered for a vegetarian and the food comes with chicken in it

Ordered at 6.55. Order arrived 2hrs and 20 minutes later at 9.15. Rang the shop several times and they were no help. They also didn't seem at all bothered. Awful service and atrocious delivery.

Absolutely ridiculous. Was always a regular customer but will not be using again. Placed order well ahead of time as it’s Christmas Eve so knew they’d be busy. 45 minutes after our delivery time we called to see where it was, was told it’s on the way. Another 45 minutes later I called again to be told it’s not even been made and they’d lost our order! It’s now 7pm on Xmas Eve, I’ve got a hungry 6 year old and no tea. No real apology, just “we’re busy”. Disgraceful service!

Been going here for years ... never again ... firstly took hour and 25 mins to get here... beef curry watery and tasteless... dont know why mayflower curry powder is idiotproof .. only 6 chicken balls..... Cantonese chicken mostly onions and peppers, chips cold and rubbery .... chow mein was the only thing worth eating..... NO rice comes with meals now so extra £7.50 if we ordered rice ... we did our own.. just aswell we did our own prawn crackers too as we didnt get them either. The main meals should be spot on if no sundries come with meals like they used to ..Supper disappointed i know prices are rising and i except the price hike but quality should not deteriate SHOCKING ... never again will take family to eat all you want in Durham in future for not much more money

1st time we've tried the yellow dragon although knew of it. Have to say the food was fantastic Only negative I could find is as in a few of it's other reviews regarding the staff, I turned up to collect our order & stood for 5 minutes whilst the lass serving finished playing on her phone! She didn't even know I was there! But all said can't fault the food and will be sticking with it

Great quality food, and great portion sizes too. Helpful, letting us change set menu dishes for vegetarian alternatives.

Always enjoyed my meals from here and it's really handy, but as their hygiene is really bad (1 out of 5) I shan't be going back until I see a new hygiene rating that's way way better.

Fast service but food low quality food . I must say tasteless and bland staff needing basic food hygiene training as lacked the very basics knowledge . Checking online they were inspected in January 2020 and got a grade 1 MAJOR IMPROVEMENT NECESSARY !! Get your Act together

With a hygiene rating of 1, it cannot get any lower, unless they close it down. It must be bad in the kitchen.

Had a meal from the yellow Dragon in Witton Gilbert it was horrible most of it went in the bin

Wouldn't recommend. Singapore vermicelli had no taste. Fried rice, chips and gravy were dry. The gravy wasn't even a liquid. More like they'd soaked the chips in it. The chicken chow mein was avarage at best but the chicken was also dry. Prawn crackers just tasted of oil. Won't be going back

Had the special curry and it was excellent. Have been a few times now and always very good. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Would definitely recommend 👍

Usually nice. Our favourite local Chinese. Salt and chilli pepper chips are my favourite i could eat a ton of these. Kids love the chow mein.

Really good staff that work there and also if you deliver they are quick and fast. Very good on hygiene which makes you feel a bit better about ordering. Also very tasty food and a good selection and they deal with meal changes as i am really fussy with my orders and they do it no problem.

Good Chinese Takeaway. Generally. We love the Food and service always great. Sweet Sour Balls are sometimes bit dark and deep fried too long.

Good portion sizes and good flavours! Very extensive menu, love their green pepper king prawns. They are always happy to change a dish to suit your taste. Reasonable pricing too. A truly decent takeaway.

Recently ordered from this take-away, although the food was nice it took longer to arrive than stated and also our order was not as ordered even when the lady on the phone repeated it back to me correctly. Very disappointed!

This is one of two Chinese takeaways we use (the other is the Oriental Delight in Sacriston). They are by far the best Chinese takeaways in the area :) Always friendly staff, fast delivery, high quality nicely cooked food what more can you ask for? My Autistic son is fussy about his food and even when I forget to ask for "no green bits(green beans, broccoli etc.)" in his Chow Mein they always remember for me and leave them out :)
