I just ordered my lunch from here today via Deliveroo. Firstly, I called the restaurant and asked them what they best recommend for me as I am recovering from a cold at the moment and wanted spice. The lady was super helpful and advised to order the Hue Noodles Soup Beef (I got extra chillies on the side) I also ordered the meat spring rolls which was so divine! The food was honestly so incredible, the portion size is great! The quantity of meat in the soup was really good too. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend and order again.

Eh, they are no longer small as they used to be and neither is the friendly serving of this in the summer! They don't have a barbecue anymore, at the moment they are making small ones on the electric one. The lady who served us was a bit arrogant and totally unfriendly! With small potatoes, I had the audacity to ask for some ketchup in addition to the mustard, and she bluntly told me that she won't give it to us because it's expensive and she needs ketchup for the shaorma! I was speechless! Then he told us that if I really want it, he can put some on me, but it costs me £1 a small cap. LUCKILY, the patron, who is an extraordinarily friendly man, came and gave me ketchup without knowing what happened before he came and guess what! It wasn't even that expensive, rather that cheap and watery! In conclusion, if they install a gas grill and the so-called lady will no longer be there, maybe we will stop there, maybe! Too bad...

First review I’ve written of a restaurant but had to say how bad I thought this place was. I booked for my partners birthday lunch celebration and was really looking forward to it. When we arrived the waiter told us (after 10 minutes of being there) for a 13:00 reservation that we had 1 hr 15mins to eat with three of us because they had a booking after us. at no point in the journey (booking confirmation and follow up comms from the reservations team) did the restaurant communicate that we would be restricted for table time but when I went and asked about this I was told “it’s on our website”. It’s an omakase menu, which you’d expect they’d allow appropriate time for. Just a really disappointing response given it was a celebration and I wouldn’t have booked had I known there was such a tight time restriction on the table. The food was good enough but the whole experience was super rushed and unrelaxing as they were clearly rushing us through - at £500 really underwhelming. We were rushed out with the bill at 2:15pm on the dot. I spoke to the waiter again and said how disappointing the whole experience was. No attempt from anyone in the team to make things right or even apologise. Really really wanted to love this place as it was recommended highly. It’s not worth the price and customer service is really bad. Hope they work this out as genuinely wish everyone success.

This is my local cafe and we love it so much. It’s run by the friendliest team, it’s a community space and managed for and used by the locals. The food is well priced and tasty and I often take my children for lunch or for one of their special community days. I thoroughly recommend popping by

My friends and I were there today, and the staff noticed it was my birthday. The food was delicious as always, service was great, and we will be back again very soon. To my surprise, after our meal, the staff presented me with a gift for my birthday. How thoughtful.

Honestly the best Chinese in the area. The king prawns in black bean sauce has juicy prawns and a lovely spicy kick to the sauce. The lemon chicken is LEMONY (but get a veg dish to go with it) and the mixed starters are fab. Definitely recommended but I suggest you go there, take a photo of the menu and order from home - it can get busy.
