Still in stay and can’t wait to share an amazing experience here! Our family has very much impressed on all aspects in this hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful, specially thank to Ly at the restaurant for taking very good care of our family during our stay. The location is great setting in the center of shopping area and restaurants. By far, we love this hotel and would be back again when visiting london next time!

I visited the downstairs bar with a friend just before Christmas and enjoyed impeccable service. The cocktails were brilliant - served and described perfectly. We even had a masterclass in Japanese Whiskey by the wonderful Kumi. Absolutely recommend.

Beautiful place which emphasizes ambience and luxury. The Abar Rooftop is gorgeous with amazing presence thanks to Tom, walking the extra mile to ensure top quality service.

1. Not Worth the Price: For the amount I paid, I expected a luxury experience, but the facilities and service did not live up to that standard. 2. Rude Reception Staff: Upon arrival, the reception staff were very rude and dismissive. Their lack of courtesy left a bad impression right from the start. 3. Unappreciated Waiting: Despite confirming an early check-in beforehand, I was left waiting a considerable amount of time with no update or acknowledgment of my situation. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that markets itself as luxurious. 4. Communication Issues: I had arranged for an early check-in, which I confirmed over the phone. However, upon arrival, the staff seemed unaware of this request, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcomed. 5. Noise Disturbances: I came for a relaxing vacation, but the noise levels were unbearable, even from neighboring rooms. This was a major disruption to the peaceful experience I was hoping for. 6. Lack of Updates: I would have appreciated being informed via email if there were any additional instructions or changes to my booking. This would have helped me decide whether to continue my stay or make alternative arrangements.

Visited the bar for after dinner drinks We had a reservation for 14. Nice seating area and the interior design is cool and modern. They had a DJ playing dance tracks. The service was great. Certainly a place to visit for drinks with friends or for a night out.

What an absolute delight! We couldn't be more bowled over by this new stunningly designed boutique feel hotel. The interiors are incredible, the service was impeccable and our breakfast was top notch. This is definitely my new favourite hotel in London!

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair and am extremely dissatisfied with the overall service. This experience has been deeply disappointing, especially considering my high expectations from a renowned hotel chain. Upon arrival, I was assigned a very small room, which was surprising and inconvenient given the reputation of Mandarin Oriental. To make matters worse, the AC control was not functioning, making it impossible to regulate the temperature to a comfortable level. Additionally, the electric outlets in the room were not working, which was a significant inconvenience as I could not charge my devices. While these issues were frustrating, I decided to let them slide. However, the real disappointment came from the hotel's failure to deliver on a promise that was very important to me. I had arranged for a birthday cake and flowers to be delivered to my mom's room for her birthday. The hotel assured and confirmed that they could handle this request. But on the day of her birthday, none of this happened. The hotel completely forgot about the arrangements, and what’s worse, they showed no empathy or concern for their failure to follow through. As a loyal member of the Fans of MO program, I expected a certain standard of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I have come to expect from Mandarin Oriental properties. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with Mandarin Oriental, and I regret choosing this property for such a special occasion. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve their service, so future guests do not have to endure the same level of disappointment.

We didn’t expect perfection from the first weeks of the hotel operation. Facilities and room was nearly perfect and staff needs to get more experience in coordination. It’s just a matter of time and good management.

An amazing hotel in probably the best location in London if you are shopping. The rooms, spa, restaurant and staff are incredible, this will become a very desirable location to stay in London

The Mandarin Oriental in Mayfair is a luxurious hotel with a fantastic location. It's perfect for shopping enthusiasts, with Harvey Nichols and Harrods just a short walk away. The hotel's entrance is opulent and impressive, but the rooms are a bit simpler in design. The bathrooms are on the smaller side, and the hallway decor felt a bit disjointed. However, the service was excellent, and the hotel offers a great spa and fitness center. Overall, it's a lovely hotel, but it may not meet the high expectations set by other Mandarin Oriental properties.

We had the best experience at the Mandarin. Great service all round. Beautiful decor. Delicious food with great options. Absolutely loved the view of hyde park from here. Can’t wait to come back!!
