Absolutely amazing dining experience, Lubo was an incredible host and we have been permanently converted from ordering out to eating in! We will be back every week.

Chocolate milkshake - gave us aN iced coffee instead
Chicken wrap - requested no cucumber, had it stated on receipt and sticker on wrap box and yet they still managed to put cucumber in it. The salad was all brown. Wrap was soggy.
Diet coke - completely flat and tasted strange
Food was cold and the bag was completely soaked through. I get that it's McDonald's and cheap (not that cheap anymore) but FFS the issues are avoidable with just a touch of commonsense and attention.
Absolute morons. Want my money back!!
Lo peor de Richmond. Evite incluso cuando tenga hambre. Señora muy desagradable y grosera en el mostrador que no podía ser molestado. Se fue antes de poder ordenar. Una pena para una ciudad por lo demás encantadora. Por el contrario, la siguiente cafetería a la que fuimos era cálidamente acogedor y nos atendió excelentemente. Éramos mucho más felices gastando nuestras libras que esta farsa.
I visited this place with friends a few Saturdays ago. Also I tried the Chiswick pizzeria before and I was confident that the experience would have been the same also in Richmond branch.
I was clearly wrong. Starters were ridiculous both in terms of portions and price. Almost £ 5 for “invisible crocchette” . Maybe we had high expectations as Restaurant Manager or person in charge described these as “generous”. Clearly a different perception.
Pizza dough is excellent and worth it the awards and feedback you can read about it. However we were not convinced about quality of all ingredients. Ham not impeccable for sure.
The above opinions are personal and I accept they can be questionable. What I cannot accept the service level we came across. Cold welcome, and lack of attention. Drinks instead not cold as they should be. The highlight of the night was the pizza serving. It was five us and we received our pizzas one by one with a minute or two and even three of waiting. This means that by the time the last one received his pizza, the first one was over half way through (not to say almost ate all pizza). Not sure what happened, and we could even understand operational issues. Not a big deal of course. Although I hardly can recall any similar episode in another pizzeria. Person in charge realised this and never apologised or gave an explanation we would have accepted without problems. He only keep asking if everything was ok till we left.
Well, let me tell you that is not professional and at the end we left with the perception that maybe we were stupid, or so we were treated. Or better, as people to bring money in rather than customers. Embarrassing.
Vinimos a tomar un café por la tarde y este lugar estaba bastante ocupado, ya que era el día de Año Nuevo, así que otros lugares no estaban abiertos. El café era bueno, pero el café podría haber sido más ordenado, especialmente el inodoro que tenía un piso muy húmedo
This café has both a main stand selling drinks, sandwiches and the like, and an adjoining pizza oven. You have to join the one queue and pay at the main stand, even if you only want a pizza. So, the queue is always - always - very long. Not just long during the lunchtime rush, no, but long even at 4pm. If the food had been amazing, it might have been worthwhile, but alas!
No pude pagar por la aplicación, ya que había un problema con ella y el personal me pidió que pagara con mi tarjeta y dijo que tendré que enviar un correo electrónico al servicio al cliente para que puedan agregar el punto de recompensa. ha sido desde el 9 de junio y dos veces ya con correos electrónicos a atención al cliente que realmente no les importa y no es la única mala experiencia que sugieren que se esfuerzan en un mal servicio. caro y el personal en varios lugares no están bien capacitados.
En otro incidente intenté comprar unas cuantas bolsas de caramelo de chocolate que ahora sé que no se avivan, pero visité 11 tiendas hasta que el gerente de piccadilly me dijo que ya no se avivan. Pero cada tienda en la que entré dicen que la encontraréis en la próxima tienda que los idiotas deberían haber sabido que ya no está disponible y me ahorraron 3 horas de caminar.
Fue una experiencia horrible que revisamos aquí, pero la comida es horrible y hoy mi pareja y yo tenemos un malestar estomacal y un inodoro terribles. EVITE
