¡Evita! Entré, solo un tipo estaba sirviendo, espero durante 5 minutos en la fila solo para que me digan después de eso, debo pedir el helado del quiosco de autoservicio, no de él! Voy al quiosco, trato de pedir un cono con 2 cucharadas. Quería pistacho y coco que vi que tenían. Él me dice oh que no está disponible como una combinación. Debo pagar un precio extra si quiero pistacho... ¡oh y adivina qué: si pagas el precio premium y pides pistacho solo puedes pedir 2 - 3 sabores más que NO incluyan coco u otros sabores básicos! En este punto ya tenía suficiente y me fui. Hacen que sea tan doloroso pedir un helado simple! No sé quién es el dueño de esta tienda y a quién se le ocurrió este concepto ridículo, pero creo que nunca he estado en una tienda en mi vida donde hacen que sea un dolor para los clientes a partir con su dinero! Usted es la tienda que vende a los clientes ... . hacer que sea fácil para los clientes para dar su dinero a usted no lo haga un dolor de mierda! Nunca en mi vida he estado en una tienda de helados donde necesito ir a un quiosco de autoservicio para hacer mi pedido. Y donde cobran extra por diferentes sabores Y una vez que pagas extra solo puedes tener los sabores premium!!! Es un concepto muy extraño. Una heladería tiene que ser simple... ..entras y hablas con un ser humano dices que quiero tener pistacho y coco y boom lo tienes! Sin quiosco ridículo, sin diferencia de precio entre sabores, sin combos ridículos que significan que no puedes tener el combo que quieres! Lo hicieron ultra complicado. ¡En la era actual la gente no tiene tiempo para soportar esta...! Mal concepto de tienda! ¡Aléjate! Vaya a otro lugar que entienda que pedir un helado debe ser simple y no complicado. Te garantizo que no estarán allí por mucho tiempo porque no entienden el servicio al cliente. Comprar helado tiene que ser una experiencia sencilla... ¡no aquí desafortunadamente! No escribo reseñas a menudo, pero cuando me dispara la estupidez me siento obligado a escribir!

¡Gran helado! Una variedad de cosas diferentes en el menú crepes, gofres, cafés. El tiramisú es mi favorito. Un montón de espacio en la parte posterior también para una noche acogedora

Yummy. We had just come back from Venice so when we saw a Gelato place we thought let’s give it a try The lady serving was really helpful. We both had a medium cone with 4 flavours. £6.20 was expensive but well worth it. The gelato is built into a beautiful flower. We ate it inside as it was raining. We will defo come back.

A regular cup/cone is £5.90, and you can have three flavours in it. This is certainly expensive, but a very nice treat as you get a wide selection of delicious flavours. There is a very stupid and fiddly ordering system, whereby you are expected to order on a screen before going to get your selection, but if you say you don't want to use this and demand that the staff do it for you then they will. There are some very comfortable seats inside, and there is also a selection of macarons, waffles, crepes and hot drinks.

Gelateria dov’è il personale e’ quasi inesistente. Scegli il tipo di gelato, i gusti e paghi tutto tramite computer. Gelato anonimo, carissimo, 1 gusto 4,90 sterline!

The service here is non-existent. The staff are unwelcoming, no smile or help to the costumer and zero atmosphere if you’re dining in. The ordering system is ridiculous, why on earth not have one member of staff on a till taking an order and the others serving the product, rather than having to tap your order on the ridiculous app screen. As we sat eating our ice cream the place was empty, and I couldn’t help but feel that was largely due to the poor service and ordering system. There is a great deal of competition in Richmond, this place will have to up its game if it’s to stay open.

Awful. The staff have the worst attitude. Convoluted ordering process on machines half way across the shop and then several staff shout across each other to customers and it’s total chaos. My daughter dropped her macaron from where it was balanced on top of the icecream, asked a member of staff if there was any chance it could be replaced and he said with an attitude and no sorry.. ‘no’. ‘You will have to buy another one’. Such a shame, decent place that saw a child drop it would have easily replaced. We spent almost £30 on four ice creams and it was so unpleasant. Doesn’t matter if the ice cream is good or not when the environment and staff are so terrible!! If it wasn’t for their bad attitude throughout the whole experience we probably would have just bought another but honestly the staff were so awful we simply won’t return. (Wish I had read the earlier review first!!) Will be sticking with Venchi! I now understand why Venchi had a queue out the door and Amorino didn’t.

Please could you list that the vermicelli noodles isn't vegetarian, the description doesn't say anything about meat so assumed it was vegetarian
