Lovely warm welcome. Delicious and plentiful food. A very enjoyable evening. Great atmosphere - music at an ideal level which doesn’t interfere with conversation.

Lovely, nutritious and tasty soup - with smooth coffee. What's not to like about this friendly neighbourhood cafe which stays open from breakfast to 5pm. All the ingredients are home cooked including the cakes - I especially like their chocolate infused fruit cookie. No pretention, just good, home cooked food.

Initially found this cafe by chance and was delighted by the overall quality and value. In spite of lots of competition in the area my wife and I have visited several times since as it is so good. Tried different aspects of the menu and never been disappointed. The food is freshly made and plentiful and great value especially for Barnes. The cakes are home made and there is usually a selection of small biscuits ideal for children. The venue itself is fresh, clean and bright and a pleasure to sit in just for a coffee and cake or something more.

This is a unique experience that happens to be available at a really convenient train time, and the food on board is excellent, as is the premier service. It is an experience I’d highly recommend.

We really appreciated the welcome , preparation, care and attententiveness shown to our family and guests by Jackson and his staff for my family wake. Jackson was kind, sensitive and thoughtful from the planning right through to the hosting on the day which was reflected by his team too. Many people commented on the welcome , tasty food , and thoughtful service. A special thank you for helping with the music too. We would highly recommend Jackson and the Tapestry to others .

Fantastic food at really good prices. The staff are very helpful. The only drawback is the condition of the property. In a better condition i would have awarded 5.
