I booked a table for 5 for 7pm traffic was heavy so I called the to ask if I could rebook the for 7.45. I was told that this would be fine. Made my way there after an hour sitting in traffic to stand in a doorway waiting to be seated. I then asked the waitress after standing for 10 mins if my table was ready she replied talk to my manager he came over to seat me on a 4 person table with 5 grown adults with a chair on the end. I asked the man is my table for 5 not available he said well you are late so I gave your table away I replied I’m not late I called a rebooked you said that was fine. I’ve now left there feeling very disappointed. Bad customer service. I won’t be returning anytime soon

He visitado prezzo Mill Hill muchas veces durante sus días ocupados y más tranquila. Nunca me han decepcionado en la comida o el servicio. Realmente debo decir que mi última visita se merece millones de estrellas. No sólo la comida (espaguetis con langostinos) era deliciosa, pero el excelente servicio hicieron toda la visita sea inolvidable. Éramos 8 y pedimos diferentes platos: entrantes alonge con pizzas y pastas para el plato principal, terminado con postres y cafés. La presentación de la comida era genial, la comida fresca y caliente suban a tiempo a la mesa. Gritarle a la dirección especial. La señorita fue muy acogedor y se aseguraba de que se sientan cómodos durante toda la visita. Sin duda volveremos!
