Very quick timing to get the food and high quality food for the price

Staff at this branch are shocking, ran by over privileged teenagers. Wanted a flat white, stood waiting to be served, 4 staff behind counter, not one of them acknowledged me, to explain they are busy and will be with me shortly (normal customer interaction). Stood there for 4 minutes waiting, staff all with their backs to me. Watched the queue build up behind me, decided to leave without a coffee. I won't be back to a Joe and the Juice, will miss the nice coffee, but not worth the shocking customer service.

To be brutally honest this place use to be very dear to my heart and they made the best wings and chips known to man however after they shut down and reopened there portion sizes decreased tremendously and they’re seasoning wasn’t good at all I don’t know what they’ve done but they need to bring back the old recipe I’ve provided a video of what they use to serve earlier this year

Rude customer service and lied about my order never ordering from here again disgusting food aswell

The food was mostly good but they were late and the restaurant wasn't answering the phone. In the end just eat tracked the manager down who had to deliver it herself as they had problems with the driver. Hopefully this was a one off!

AMAZING customer service and pizza! was treated exceptionally well by the girl who served me and really enjoyed my pizza - definitely will be going back!!

Very very rude staff who completely ignored us, google maps said they were open however when we arrived they shut the doors in front of us so we went to the drive through window, and waited in line for all the cars to go past first. They completely ignored us and gave us very dirty looks. Eventually after knocking someone answered who was very rude and said cars only. This I didn’t mind however they were still serving Uber drivers through a side door who were on foot. The staff we spoke to were extremely rude and unsympathetic that we walked over a mile and that google maps said it was open. I do not recommend this KFC. What is wrong with people why can’t basic manners be used. Also in front of us the manager was shouting at his employees.

The last time I ordered from here the dumplings and chicken were raw, I think they have a new chef because the gravy for the fried chicken was like water with chillies flakes.. This place used to be so good it just gone downhill in the last year or so.

Staff are lovely and place seemed great but not sure how a business such as KFC refuses Amex in 2024.. staff are lovely but could not get a meal with my only card.

Can’t get through on the phone to anyone. Don’t order from here. Waste of time and money. Will be seeking a refund it’s almost 1 1/2 hrs since we ordered.

Esta ya ha sido la segunda vez que, cuando pido comida para llevar con esta tienda, uno de los artículos nunca se entrega o se daña. No es fácil comunicarse con ellos por teléfono, solo evite usar esta tienda.

Not recommended. I did order two large pizzas online and received one large and one modium . When I call they said “ nothing we can do about it “ . Absolutely disappointed. Never again Pizza Hut .
