Bottle of orange juice, flapjack (stale) and a pasty. Staff were condescending and totally not interested. After I tapped my card I realised later I’d been charged £17.50? Definitely NOT going back.

We were at Clapham Junction. We ordered a latte and two Danish pastries. The coffee was fine, the pastries were heavy, rock hard and stale. I asked to change them and was told that all of their items were made fresh that day. They were inedible. The cost, was £15.00 for one coffee. How do I get my money back?

Did these so and so’s just charge me £7.40 for a bottle of coke and apple juice?!?!? Passing through and just needed a couple drinks for me and the kids. Didn’t think of asking the price. Expected it to be inflated a bit but seeing £7.40 after I’d left on my phone (contactless payment) made me gasp! Thieves!

1 brownie = £5.65! No prices displayed. And worse, the server packaged it and pushed the card machine to me without telling me the price. I tapped to pay and asked for a receipt - then we hurried to the platform. Horrified to see then that it was £5.65. Quality was poor. I first presumed he'd entered price in error, but I didn’t have time to return to the kiosk. However these other poor reviews tally. My son, who bought a tuna sandwich from the same place a few minutes before, had to throw it in the bin on the platform as the bread was fully wet - quite revolting. Goodness knows how old it was. Good lord - AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I've never written a review about anything but feel compelled to do so. I initially ordered a decaf mocha but was told this was not possible. Instead I ordered a large mocha. On opening the cup, I noticed that it appeared to lack any hot chocolate and looked very much like a black coffee. I returned the coffee and pointed out that it did not appear to have any hot chocolate in it. The assistant said she'd thought she missed something off and asked if I'd like a scoop of chocolate powder in it! I kindly asked for a new. On receiving another one, I noticed that the cup was 1/3 full! I showed the assistant who simply said 'well you did order a large cup and that's a large cup'. Quite right, but I'd like a large mocha in my large cup! Out of principle I then topped the new drink up with the old coffee. What I had was the most awful, bitter tasting coffee I have ever experienced. Absolutely nothing like a mocha and all the cost of £4.

Bought a coke and a cake at Clapham station - just a few small coins back out of a tenner! Equally the staff were totally disinterested. They have a captive market and know it - avoid at all costs!!

Just had a sausage roll from these highwaymen at Clapham Junction. It was nice enough, but for £6.95 it was miniscule. I feel like I've been robbed, it was about double it's proper value so guess that's my last visit.

Not a person to ever write reviews but this place is such a con I had to. Been a few times because the convenience of it being in the station but that's how they get you. Food is rubbish, coffee is very average, staff generally slow, lazy and uninterested. Especially in the Clapham junction one, they have like 5 people working with no que and still takes ages. But the biggest joke is how overpriced it is! Payed nearly £6 for an oat mocha. Insane! Some greedy joke of a person running this place honestly. Avoid at all costs.

@vauxhall l. I always choose to go here rather than Starbucks or costa. Well never again. The guy that used to make the coffee was great. But he is left and so apparently he all decent skills and ability to make coffee or serve people. I asked for 3 shots in a latte it was 4.80! Much more than the Costa and then he only put 2 shots in. Ok sorry independent retailers. Another customer for the big boys.

I visited the kiosk at Clapham Junction at about 7.45pm on Saturday 11/03. Like me, most of those in a long queue had come from the rugby at Twickenham, and in need of sustenance for their onward journey. I had a chicken and vegetable pasty, which I have to say was excellent - hot and filled to the brim with tasty chicken breast and veg. I also had a decent cup of coffee. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but the service was good and the food and drink more than acceptable.

I must say I travel through Vauxhall every day and have done ever since this has opened it always surprises me working in catering myself watching their hygiene at this is as you can see from one of the photos girl has clearly been using her phone and still touching food that is for customers that will not be treated again with the same gloves now they also keep the same gloves on to walk through the station door to get other stock and then not even changed them we don't take the glass off and I watch this every morning and frankly I think it's disgusting. I understand it's only morning and I might be rushing but they may be able to get in a little bit earlier to do things properly or maybe they just need more food hygiene training because I watch this a number of times now their hygiene practises are terrible every morning when I pass it on my way to work I would never eat here I've seen them leave the food in containers on a bare floor without a suspension and I think they need to follow certain hygiene practises and frankly these people are not. Just realised the time is my train although as I'm going up the stairs now to the station I can see a box of croissants sitting in the openbox on the floor which I wish I could take a picture off and put on this review as well. Sorry but terrible hygiene practises not changing last touching dirty things then touching fresh food will never eat at this digbys. Appalling hygiene practise. When the Sainsbury's is closed and the costas is closed I would not even considering eating food from here based on what I see every morning.

Found a hair baked into the dough and when informing them of this, instead of caring about their hygiene, they were more concerned with why we didn’t complain sooner because apparently “usually when customers complain, they call straight away”… so it seems complains are a regular occurrence for them. No compensation or apologies were offered other than a free pizza next time which is unlikely as they didn’t offer a voucher or take our name etc. Just terrible.
