Joe & The Juice in Merton

Staff at this branch are shocking, ran by over privileged teenagers. Wanted a flat white, stood waiting to be served, 4 staff behind counter, not one of them acknowledged me, to explain they are busy and will be with me shortly (normal customer interaction). Stood there for 4 minutes waiting, staff all with their backs to me. Watched the queue build up behind me, decided to leave without a coffee. I won't be back to a Joe and the Juice, will miss the nice coffee, but not worth the shocking customer service.

Very expensive and upset my stomach. I ordered a green juice (pineapple, cucumber and lime?) It was 99% cucumber, tasted watery and horrible. The juice machine looked very dodgy and full of mush. I make my own juices at home so I know what a juice machine can get like but it was disconcerting to see a really messy machine. I felt ill within 20 mins of drinking the cucumber juice.

Staff to laid back to serve at a reasonable speed if you've half hour to spare then it's ok sadly i didn't...

Having never visited a Joe & the juice before I thought I'd give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. Both my friend and I had the Avocado sandwich with a Joe's green mile followed by a delicious latte. We really enjoyed the music and atmosphere - a really good experience & I will definitely be back!

Ordered an Acai bowl and juice on deliveroo... when it arrived, acai bowl container was half empty and contained no toppings - missing strawberries, banana, chia seeds, avocado and all the rest, all i got was the acai paste. Ive basically got a yoghurt?

First visit here at this cozy venue with a great atmosphere. To top it, the staff team were all so friendly and always smiling! We enjoyed the perfectly treated flat white but...they even kept a lost phone safe for us!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience to the end...!! See you again soon!

Went here with my DF but found music so loud we couldn’t chat. Coffee good. Not cheap though. Lots of single use plastic around and no tissues. Service poor- had to queue up to ask for a tissue to wipe a spill. Staff seem to enjoy their jobs though, so that’s something.

This place is so emperors new clothes! The tables are tiny and the seats uncomfortable, the food overpriced and there is limited choice. I am a music lover but the music is so loud that you can’t talk or taste your food. Very hipster with no substance!
