Chicken wings were not cooked enough inside was raw

It's the third time, I have not recieved what I had paid for, I had ordered 6 wings and chips, I had only recieved 5 wings. Last time we had ordered for £70 and again was missing x2 large fries, its a repeat of the same behaviour. My question is if we do not pay the correct price would they still give us the a meal we ask. So when I pay the correct money why am i not receiving the food promised. Its rather upsetting to Come home ready to eat and you see missing items, food is nice but just carefree services.

Amazing staff, very fast service, and a wide range of choices. Price of the food is wonderful, especially as the food is delicious. I would recommend

Rude staff, messy shop, called them to ask if they are open they said yes. Walked 20 minutes just to find out they are not...

I've been a loyal customer since the shop opened, witnessing its thriving start by bringing unique flavors to Morden. However, with the recent opening of their new shop, I've noticed a decline in service. The staff, especially a grumpy older man, seems inexperienced, and the absence of burger boxes results in squished burgers. Additionally, the wings no longer seem fresh, potentially staying for a day or two. When I requested a box, I was surprised to be charged – this is a local chicken shop, not a gourmet restaurant. I miss the old staff and, unfortunately, won't be returning unless these issues are addressed. Disappointed customer.

FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I ORDERED AT 2:30am and it came hot with amazing flavour. Very fresh. I have never left a google review in my life but honestly this was very well deserved ! I’ll be back !!!!! ;)xx

Been coming to this kenitos for years (when it first was named galitos). The chicken wings are tasty and well seasoned. Also I would recommend the 1/4 burger meal. Delicious!

Iv been going to different chicken shops for years now and not liked it but when i came to this place with my fiancé it was amazing. the hot wings were juicy and bang on,the burger was to die for had actual flavour to it and the rice and chips are a defo thing i’d go for on a daily. ended up going for a second meal to try something else to see if it was real what i was tasting and i was correct it was really good 🩷 i will be defiantly be coming back and my fiancé to and would defo recommend and the lady who was at the till on 26/10/23 at 3pm i would honestly love to praise her she is so sweet and kind and gave us best experience. also the vimpto drink i had i went back 3 times for more it was that nice. 10/10!!!!! And staff are so respectful and even when busy the place is still full of kindness and respect and very clean 😊

Bumped into this place as I was nearby and the chicken is probably the most tender and juiciest I have had around south London. We don’t live very close but have been ordering from them recently and honestly the food is great. You can tell it’s made fresh

I ordered my food I asked for a breast of peri peri chicken chips and rice and that clearly was a huge problem. Another man said its fine to have a breast of chicken but id have to wait. I waited 25 mins when the food was ready for me to collect from the counter love and behold they DIDNT put a breast like I asked for than than said I have to wait again as hes got other customers to serve. I replied thats not my problem he than shruged his shoulders and waked off saying 6 min wait. I waited and waited another 20 minutes went by I than walked out even knowing I paid for my order. The man was extremely rude and to top it off the leg chicken was infact cold inside which this could cause food poisoning to someone, as we all know how important it is to heat chicken very well and evenly though out. They really dont care about there customers or the service they provide.

Really good food. The wings are almost like KFC and the spicy chicken and rice is really good.

Well I even there with family I spend £26. he give me cold food (burger) even I mentioned at the counter it's cold he said no it's also fillet too small drink like child meal as so hopeless better go to pepe's just 2 minutes walk . I will not go there any more.. Super disappointing

I order meal chicken rap with drink and chips … I received just dry sandwich with out rest of meal ..!!!!! Strange

Food used to be fantastic, great fried chicken, wings were spot on; however, there has been a fall in quality recently as the chicken is quite salty now and also more greasy than it was. Still not bad if you’re after a quick take out and there’s not much else on offer in Morden so a decent place to go.

Not what it used to be. Food portions got smaller and prices got higher. Used to be best chicken shop in morden and now it's one of the worst. Shame

Please chicken shop it’s been stealing my money I buy the chicken which is a cheque take from my account £3 extra. This is second time happening. Also last time my wife by family packed chicken pieces they give him two less so 10 pieces which is instead that they give him eight pieces

Absolutely disgusting. The food isn’t cooked whatsoever makes and you feel sick after few bites. Feels like I’m going to throw up. Saw him drop chicken pieces on the floor and pick it up and serve it. Don’t recommend to anyone. I don’t know how they have this many ratings.

Too expensive for what they offer....plus they rise price's every Month...not recommended...better stay hungry few more minutes and go to different place to eat!

A no thrills counter serve with great food. I had the half chicken peri peri and it was fantastic. Meat was well seasoned and fall off the bone tender. I also tried the popcorn chicken and was pleasantly surprised at the flavors on it. All in all a winner and repeat place.

The man who served us was soo rude. We ordered 3 portion of peri chicken wings with menu. I paid 1 menu without chips and he offered me to put 2 wings extra. Later I told him that he forget to give me 2 extra wings. He asked me to bring my plate to count how much we ate and how much left.I was so shocked. I mean seriously what kind of respect and service was that specially with ladies. He was soo disrespectful and arrogant. He called himself the manager of that shop. If it is so the owner of the shop should reconsider that.

Undoubtedly the greatest chicken shop I’ve ever eaten at and I’ve eaten at countless chicken places! In terms of flavour, consistency and all round quality, this is hands down the best chicken joint in the UK!

i used to love coming here, but once they changed ownership its taken a turn for the worse. The young girls working on the counter are rude and lack people skills. There is no welcome greeting , they stand there with their backs to you cleaning trays. They assume everyone has already ordered even when waiting it a queue and their style of saying hello is '"yes?" The staff clearly don't want to be there and despite their food being good the service is really off putting.

Visited a branch they've recently taken over management of (Tasty chicken 11 Wimbledon Rd, London SW17 0UG) I made my order and and paid what was asked. Only to be given the wrong food at collection. I was happy to pay the difference to get what I asked for. But even after explaining what I wanted the server still didn't understand and became very aggressive. Another customer in the shop had to step in and on my behalf as the server clearly took it to an offence that I was now asking for my money back. All I wanted was 6 bbq wings and chips, and 6 wings and chips. He gave me 9 bbq wings and chips for £6.40.

We have always loved the food from here but the last two times always food missing and when you complain they do not want to know. Contact uber eats but you can't even send us what we ordered and paid for.Always saying we will sort out next time. Well there won't be a next time you really do not care about your customers !foods good customer service absolutely terrible even paid extra again on uber eats to get what we previously ordered and still didn't get what we ordered £45 later apsalute rip off!!!

Have eaten here a few times now. The food is amazing for its value. Always consistent, lovely chicken burgers and crispy yet fluffy fries! Get the peri peri spice on your fries!

Burgers seem OK but peri peri chicken undercooked...nothing like Pepes or anywhere similar. Not recommended at all. Also more of a takeaway place. No toilet or handwash facility. Food served on paper plates and plastic forks. You'll be disappointed if you go out of your way to go there..just passing by might be ok

The"Grand Burger" is mouth watering & extremely good value. It's Piri Piri fries with spicy salt is out of this world! Good value for money. Nice & tasty. On the road parking, usually empty spaces are available in evening. Highly recommend!

Best Chicken Wings in London - highly recommended. The wings are larger than your average chicken wing from other shops. Very juicy meat and brilliant breading.

Good sizzle burger and good customer service

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I made an order earlier and it had hair on the wings! And the chicken was undercooked. And I’ve ordered chips from them a couple of times and it’s always dry. And when I told them about the hair, they simply said ok and did nothing about it. I don’t recommend this place at all, would rather starve then eat here.

Fried chicken here is amazing. Tastes similar to KFC chicken according to my wife. The wings are so good. The chips with the peri salt are a must have.

Chicken was pink and had veins and blood in, all food was cold, didn’t follow instructions on the food as I asked for no salad and asked for peri salt but both came opposite, I rung and he said no refund or no fresh food and hung the phone up

If you are a single, white female don't bother. I had to wait 15 minutes for chicken to be cooked and whilst I saw it get finished and dished out to the 5 people behind me I kept my cool. The guy finally started boxing up my meal but then stopped half way through to serve another guy who was the 6th person behind me. I will not return.

Perfect piri salt on the fries! Usually get the fried chicken wrap which is great but this time went for a burger/wings combo and everything tasted great as usual!

Easily the best chicken shop in Morden. The peri peri options and packed with flavour and even the KFC style chicken is on point. Personal favourites are the half chicken with rice meal and the fillet burger meal. Oh, and their chip spice is amazing!

Been here a few time now and have tried most menu items. Food is tasty especially the piri piri chicken. Portions sizes a smaller than they used to be. Staff are friendly, wait time is reasonable. No restroom facilities.

Food is very good shame about the staff. Very rude and slow at everything. When my wife called to make them aware of a mistake THEY made they we rude enougho put the phone down. Management should train their staff to speak on the phone politely and always give first class service regardless of who's at fault. This is your only down fall.
