First time in and all I can say is it’s much better than that other chicken shop across the road 😂 guys seem lovely, foods unbelievable for the price Only thing I want to comment on is a touch more mayo in the ringer burger still amazing but that would’ve made it perfect 👌 Cheers gents I’ll be returning

Fresh, tasty dishes served promptly in a cozy setting. The staff is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant for casual meals or special events!

The fillet burger was small bread was not very fresh lettuce was cut big slices not offering any sauce or wet wipes never go there again 👎

Went to buy chicken wings..no longer taste like tasty chicken, instead it taste like salty chicken. Very disappointed. If l wanted high salt content, l would have gone to Kentos near Morden Station, their chicken is always salty. I don't understand why some cook are so determined to give high blood pressure to the whole community like that. 😕!! If the cook has changed. Then change the cook again. Before the chicken used to taste more delicious and less salty!!

Too slow and they don't make it clear how long the food will take to make. Can't follow basic instructions and do not know what anyone has ordered. One boy was waiting 10 minutes because the woman gave his order to the wrong person. I had to wait 10 minutes because the woman told me she was giving me fresh chicken even though I told her I want the ready made one.

Fantastic delivery and amazing food as always. I recommend Kenito's to anyone. It is better than KFC in my opinion. I really appreciate the food at this establishment. It's very tasty and delicious food.

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing.

The courier was late due to not having any petrol. Otherwise the food was good and Kenitos provided extra food. The staff at Kenitos were very helpful with the delay of the order.

Repeatedly has failed to adhere to the order notes. Repeatedly failed to provide the specific number of items. Puts customers at risk. Fails to learn lessons. A public health risk.

Have had takeaways regularly from here as the food is good and it is convenient on the way home, but never again. I ordered a burger and fries, and piri-piri wings and fries. But when the order came the burger and fries were missing. When I queried this and said that I had also ordered a burger, the server just put the receipt down in front of me and imperiously pointed to it having only the wings and fries on it. She then just stood there in stony silence, no apologies or even asking if I still wanted the burger. The manager made no effort to intervene either. So that's it, I'll never be going back if I am going to be treated like that.

I work near modern and always go at the end of my day to eat some wings from there shop they’re wings are nice and delicious but the lady was very rude on my first day going to the shop some wings were cooked to perfection but some are very rubbery but over all it doesn’t disappoint me as it’s good looking good quality fried chicken will try a meal from there soon will miss there wings once I know longer work at modern

Although the food was very good indeed I was delivered the wrong mozerralla sticks they contained no jalapeños and I had no rice with my main and when I phoned the restaurant they made no effort to resolve the situation and just blamed the driver

Food took too long to come, and they’re Angus burgers and buffalo hot burgers don’t come in brioche bun as advertised but with normal sesame seed bun, which isn’t great if you have sesame see allergy. Not worth the money go Pepe’s or Kings Peri Peri up the road.

Ordered from this restaurant before and had a decent experience. Tonight I had ordered and the delivery driver went to a different postcode to what was given. Stayed in the same place for about 10 minutes. I called the restaurant they were not helpful and hard to understand as mumbling and one word answers were being given. Food was late by 30 minutes. All food was cold and freezing cold drinks were put in same bag as well, so whilst being carried about to different places got more cold

Today, ordered whole chicken along with chicken strips take away. They put my order on the grill plate for 20 minutes while I was waiting. Meanwhile, they dealt five customers who were after me in the queue, and served them food. At last, after receiving my take away, found out food is all burnt, hard and bad taste. I called them but they had no time to listen as they were busy. They cut my call.

Took the delivery driver 35 minutes to deliver my order and his excuse was he is delivering for 2 restaurants and waited for them to give him their order and then he went and delivered theirs first! Not the restaurants fault as chicken was lovely. We should be given our drivers name and number to chase them up. I don’t like cold delivery food.

Salty stale chicken burger split in transit

I ordered peri peri strips, I found hair. I didn’t want to embarrass them in front the customers so I told her politely to remake my order, she gave me wings instead in a small box. I asked her again I ordered strips. She was not looking happy, she gave me strips in a box but without chips. It was a very funny drama, and they wasted our time a lot.

Average food with very high prices does not worth bought once never going back

I am eating from here from a long time . Chicken wings use to b awesome but today I just had my chicken wings from here . Taste was really woefully. Not well cooked and so oily. I eat only one and rest throw in to the bin .

It's the third time, I have not recieved what I had paid for, I had ordered 6 wings and chips, I had only recieved 5 wings. Last time we had ordered for £70 and again was missing x2 large fries, its a repeat of the same behaviour. My question is if we do not pay the correct price would they still give us the a meal we ask. So when I pay the correct money why am i not receiving the food promised. Its rather upsetting to Come home ready to eat and you see missing items, food is nice but just carefree services.

Really like this place, only problem is that the lemon and herb is very spicy

I've been a loyal customer since the shop opened, witnessing its thriving start by bringing unique flavors to Morden. However, with the recent opening of their new shop, I've noticed a decline in service. The staff, especially a grumpy older man, seems inexperienced, and the absence of burger boxes results in squished burgers. Additionally, the wings no longer seem fresh, potentially staying for a day or two. When I requested a box, I was surprised to be charged – this is a local chicken shop, not a gourmet restaurant. I miss the old staff and, unfortunately, won't be returning unless these issues are addressed. Disappointed customer.

Where’s my food no one’s dropped it off

While the food was good, I waited an hour before my food was even on the move. Not particularly impressed with the delivery time.

Been coming to this kenitos for years (when it first was named galitos). The chicken wings are tasty and well seasoned. Also I would recommend the 1/4 burger meal. Delicious!

Iv been going to different chicken shops for years now and not liked it but when i came to this place with my fiancé it was amazing. the hot wings were juicy and bang on,the burger was to die for had actual flavour to it and the rice and chips are a defo thing i’d go for on a daily. ended up going for a second meal to try something else to see if it was real what i was tasting and i was correct it was really good 🩷 i will be defiantly be coming back and my fiancé to and would defo recommend and the lady who was at the till on 26/10/23 at 3pm i would honestly love to praise her she is so sweet and kind and gave us best experience. also the vimpto drink i had i went back 3 times for more it was that nice. 10/10!!!!! And staff are so respectful and even when busy the place is still full of kindness and respect and very clean 😊

Bumped into this place as I was nearby and the chicken is probably the most tender and juiciest I have had around south London. We don’t live very close but have been ordering from them recently and honestly the food is great. You can tell it’s made fresh

I ordered my food I asked for a breast of peri peri chicken chips and rice and that clearly was a huge problem. Another man said its fine to have a breast of chicken but id have to wait. I waited 25 mins when the food was ready for me to collect from the counter love and behold they DIDNT put a breast like I asked for than than said I have to wait again as hes got other customers to serve. I replied thats not my problem he than shruged his shoulders and waked off saying 6 min wait. I waited and waited another 20 minutes went by I than walked out even knowing I paid for my order. The man was extremely rude and to top it off the leg chicken was infact cold inside which this could cause food poisoning to someone, as we all know how important it is to heat chicken very well and evenly though out. They really dont care about there customers or the service they provide.

Food used to be fantastic, great fried chicken, wings were spot on; however, there has been a fall in quality recently as the chicken is quite salty now and also more greasy than it was. Still not bad if you’re after a quick take out and there’s not much else on offer in Morden so a decent place to go.
