The food is great and so tasty, everyone is always so friendly! and everyone that we have taken has gone back time and time again

La comida es buena y está bien de precio. El problema que tengo es que el tipo que atiende me pareció grosero y me equivoqué en mi pedido. Si nunca se equivoca en ambos pedidos, con mucho gusto le daría un 5, pero para mí ese problema lo ha convertido en un promedio. La razón por la que no se verificó el pedido en el punto de compra es porque él leyó el pedido como lo ordenó y fue solo cuando llegué a casa me di cuenta del problema con ambos pedidos.

No straw for my drink and cold food

We went to this restaurant as a group of an organized group tour. Place was little clumsy for big group. Food taste and preparation was average. Can be opted if no choice available.

Order came 20mins late despite ordering an hour before

Really disappointing for the price paid, chips were undercooked and the woman serving seemed irritated.

Poor customer service. Ordered a Americano with hot milk and cake, sitting inside but served in paper cup with lid. When sat down discovered had been served a frothy coffee, took back to ask for drink I had ordered to be told by woman served me that I had asked for a Mocha. I explained I hadn't and was abruptly told I had! I politely said maybe she had heard me wrong but I had not, ( I don't even drink Mocha). She reluctantly changed my drink. I then asked if I could be refunded the difference. She had to look at the menu then spoke with another staff who said to me she couldn't ALLOW that! What she did do was give me a fully stamped card for a another drink. Although this was more than I had wanted ( just wanted refund in difference of drinks) I was made to feel I was in the wrong through the whole interaction. Really very bad customer service. When I sat down I discovered a black coffee when I had asked for white. Let's just say I couldn't be bothered with another poor experience asking for milk!

Smelt of old oil. Probably one of the worst pizza I've ever had. I've thrown it away and have ordered from Pappa Johns. How in Gods name have these guys got so many 5 start reviews is beyond me.

As of December 2023 Roxy's (which we have been visiting since the 1970s) became Punjab Palace. The food is the same, the prices have gone up (vegetable samosas were 40p, are now £1.00) but to be fair they probably needed to. Prices had stayed too cheap for too long. Thankfully that horrible snapping/shouting manager has GONE!!! I used to refer to him as Gnarls Barkey because he was always gnarling and barking at the staff. The menu has expanded and become more like a "normal restaurant" menu. The pricing is still very reasonable though and the food is as good as ever. The tamarind chutney was the highlight, tasting like never before - so fresh and fruity! Glad my favourite Southall eatery has not lost its shine.

Deliciosa comida, también - todo gracias a sus brillantes recomendaciones del menú. Me atendió brillantemente, que también es celíaco. Tuvo un cuidado particularmente sobresaliente mientras ordenaba, incluso me dio recomendaciones perfectas (y deliciosas). 10 / 10 Cess!

He estado llamando a su número de teléfono durante 4 horas... 38 llamadas y sin respuesta. Todo lo que necesito es un recibo para una gran orden.

This place does not exist I think. I followed the google map but could not find the shop.

I was very impressed with the store ( I was visiting for the day) However, although the restuarant was very pleasant & looked clean. Table all set out with plenty of accompaniments , cutlery sauces etc. I ordered a cheese & ham toastie and was looking forward to it, but it was not a ham &cheese toastie as I know it. The runny cheese was very thin & there were added flavourings on it, which was not to my liking, sadly. I did notice another lady complaining about hers & she didn’t want another one! Also, although there was a young male server at my table he did not wipe my table or take away my tray in spite of passing 3 times!

No entiendo todas las críticas negativas aquí. Fui a The BGR para un amigo 40 cumpleaños. Pudieron acomodar a más de 30 de nosotros. Las hamburguesas eran realmente buenas como eran las batatas fritas. ¡No tengo gluten y ofrecen una opción sin pan o puedes traer tu propio pan! Mi única queja es que tenían sauvignon blanc en el menú pero no estaba disponible. Las comidas de los niños también fueron muy buenas. Mi sobrino tuvo las pepitas y la pizza que devoraron.
