Decent cheap pub for a drink. The food alas has gone down hill of late

horrible place, long waiting line, cold and unfriendly atmosphere inside, you will freeze to death inside without a thick jacket, i asked for a hot water and they charged me 1£ for it, on top of everything they turn off the electricity on the outlets so you cant charge your phone… most horrible place

I stop here for a late meal and was in a bit of hurry and forgot my phone. I comeback in 30 min and one of the employees Cristina was her name I think , give me the phone and smile ☺️ Thank you so much for your kindness... You saved my day

I ordered food that said it would arrive at 3.20. The time proceeded to delay by 20 minutes even though the restaurant was t busy. It was late at night so we were very hungry and tired and wanting to sleep as soon as possible. The delivery driver couldn’t find my flat which took another 5-10. The food ended up being cold and they also forgot to pack the garlic mayo. I don’t usually complain but when I’m disappointed after paying £17 on food and receive it cold. I would like my money back please

Worst staff ever, always careless with takeaway orders, 2weeks ago gave me nuggets instead of strips and only discovered when arrived home, week after gave me less pieces than ordered, now brought from there the staff member was rude as called my number , I went to ask he ignored me twice then pushed the bag towards me in a rude way saying here it is. Again went home the pieces were two less and they didn’t put dips which is part of the order.

If you visit here at night it looks like a police drunk tank there are that many vagrants and police officers hanging around.

Almost everything sold out... very poor hamburgers... if there are missing ingredients it doesn't matter, they put a drink that was practically water instead of coke...

My order was confirmed at 2.46am. It arrived around 4.30am. 2 hours. I woudl not have stayed up? And, wrong food delivered.

Fabulous mordern McDonald's, open 24 hours, plenty of parking, drive thru, seating inside and outside, good value coffee latte only £1.99 and EV chargers on site a bonus.

What can you say? It's a macdonalds takeaway? It's all the same, it's just a quick and easy stop. The only thing to add is it is getting quite expensive for what you get, it's no longer a cheap snack or meal. You can easily spend more in here than it costs you for a more wholesome meal in a cafe or restaurant.

Who can not like a McDonalds closer to your home and open 24/7.

Really disappointed with the service here. Our food order was missing some items and the staff is rude, which caused a simple fast food order to turn into a very bad experience. As a visitor to this area of ​​London I was very surprised to find such poor management, they are unprofessional and hostile towards customers. Because? Maybe this is McDonald's British style? I will not return to this place if I visit London again.

Yeah, so the first order got cancelled. For some reason, we still got charged for it. I dont know when we are going to be refunded for that . I mean, she said we will get the refund the card will "see" that the order never went through and give the money back. The second time, it was like 10bucks more even though we ordered fewer things, and when we got home, why were missing a whole meal, and we couldn't go back because it's like 3 miles from our house so the point is the service is a joke and we are you eating mcdonald's in the first place go to like kfc or smth I went to it cuz kfc was closed hope this helps

Supervisor gave me a stone cold coffee and a boiling hot one. I get my two coffees from there in the morning. I’m always polite and then you get disgusted from how someone can give you this. You may be sick or something. It was done out of malice as it the cold coffee did not come from a machine. It was from the side….. cold. I will be making a formal complaint

Great 24 hour restaurant with plenty of parking and security staff. Visited at 6.39am in the morning after the Shine overnight walk my wife and friend 26mile Cancer walk. Great to see staff at this site giving good service. Worth a visit.

If you need the toilet, this place is convenient. Staff are rude. Food, if you can call it that I'd avoid.

It is what it is. A quick satisfaction when you have the odd craving. Not a bad place but probably not recommended by NHS 😆

It's a McDonald's so it's hard to rate it as particularly outstanding but if you like McDonald's it's good. The drive through is nice and quick, and it's fairly easy to drive to if you don't mind the Wandsworth roundabout which can be a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

In the last 6 months or so this McDonald’s has gone downhill - long wait times for food and often arrives cold. Clearly trying to cut costs at the expense of the customer. I’d suggest going to another one in Wandsworth or Putney

The ice cream came to me very late. They kept pushing back the time of when it was going to be delivered to me. I had to wait ages to receive my ice cream. by the time it got to me it was melted and it was lukewarm. I had to throw it away very unhappy.

Not exactly fine dining but you know sometimes when you really have a craving for a burger and some quality fries Macky D’s never fails to hit the spot. I keep things really simple with my orders double cheeseburger 🍔 with bacon, fries 🍟 and 20 chicken nuggets! Can’t go wrong! Happy 50th Anniversary 🥳 the double patties burger promotion is amazing!

Be careful someone who use to work here told me that their Drive thru deliberately give you less stuff. I tried it and found 3 items out of 10 items are missing. Stupid idiots.

I received a delivery with a bite taken out of my burger. The bag was sealed so I can only assume that this was a member of staff who fancied a little snack before delivery. Utterly horrendous. Hygiene is a thing of the past with this McDonalds. Don't bother.

The menu is what you'd expect: starters, salads, side dishes and sauces clustering around McDonald's main focus, burgers We had two successful starters. A salad of veal tongue with white beans, artichokes and salsa verde was a light, balanced, unshowy dish, in contrast to the other starter, which was rich, risky and flashy, but also worked: a "flan" of bone marrow with mushroom marmalade and parsley salad. This was only just in balance, with the mushroom's savoury depth rescuing the marrow from oversweetness just in time. The marrow was served in its bones, so don't ask me why it was a "flan". Slow-cooked Wagyu beef short ribs with puréed cauliflower and curry spicing, meanwhile, was sweet, satisfying, spoon-tender and so apocalyptically rich, I felt peculiar all night. (Maybe Wagyu beef, famous for its fatty marbling, is wrong for also-fatty short ribs. Finished it off with a Mcflurry whilst listening to some awful R&B.

Service was not impressive, I wanted to pay by cash but, no one was willing to serve. I would understand if they were under staff , and they were rushed off their feet. That wasn't the case, management looked over and continued being on their phone on the side, it was only after 5 mins he still saw me standing there not being served, he was about to come over, but I already acknowledged a staff member. There was no shame or professionalism.

It's a macdonalds, so does the job when it's 2am and there's nothing else open. But the service here at night is slow, and when I've been the order is cold or missing something. So even for a mcdonalds it's bad. Best off grabbing something from the 24 hour m and s across the road.

Two hours late. App won’t give me the option to cancel the order after I realised how late it would arrive. Having to stay up later than I would like just so I can get my order… and the food has gone cold it’s hardly edible.

I placed my order at 00:45 this morning and was told delivery would be 15-30 mins. My order turned up at 2:03 - well over an hour later. My food was cold, had a triple cheeseburger missing, my drink missing and only had one piece of chicken in my wrap. I would like a full refund for this order. I’m very unimpressed with the service of McDonald’s through JustEat.

Awful service. Staff were rude and openly talking about customers 2 meters away from them. I lost something on the way home and when I came back to ask if anything had been handed in I was simply ignored by the manager and gestured away. She then started complaining about me to a colleague right in front of me. I understand that this is fast food, but simple manners are so easy to get right - having just finished a shift in a restaurant, I know this first hand. Whoever the manager is could do with a change of attitude. It takes no effort to be polite, especially when someone is being respectful. Put a really bad taste on my night sadly.

Wait as usual was to long, 19min from paying for my order to receiving it, Big Mac large meal and 2 hamburgers, the burgers looked like they were thrown together by a blind person, I had to reassemble them before I could eat them, this is where I noticed the beef patties were burnt

Popped in and thought I'd try a McCrispy for a change - what a bad decision that was !!!! Toilet was smelly. I ordered via mobile app, and when I collected from the counter and asked for salt and BBQ sauce, it was like I'd asked for an arm and a leg !!!! BBQ sauce and salt were thrown at bag, and some salt scattered across the counter by server - awful !!!! Tables not cleared, flies at the table, and then the McCrispy taste was dreadful and batter very tough. Fries were OK, and Malteser McFlurry got the taste out of my mouth for a bit !!! Drive-thru experience is usually great here, but eating in was far cry from that !!!!

No sauces with the mix n match deal 2nd time now! Last time this promotion was on I ordered the mix n max a lot never ever once got the sauces with it! Next time it happens I’m going back to the McDonalds and throwing the burgers at the managers head!

My husband and I sustained damage to our clothing as a result of the outside picnic benches having wet paint but McDonald's failing to cordon off the area or display any sinage to notify customers of the wet paint. We immediately notified the assistant manager, Shifat, who accepted responsibility at the time. We agreed to try to wash the stains out of the clothing but failing that, McDonald's were to replace the items. However Shifat and McDonald's have not stayed true to their word, initially denying responsibility, then saying they would replace the items but then simply not responding to emails when it actually came to putting this right. This happened 3 months ago now. We are incredibly disappointed by the actions of such a big corporation. In addition, Shifat contacted me from his personal email address which, aside from being highly unprofessional, breaches GDPR.

Too busy and not a nice place to dine with family to be honest! Lots of drunk and rude people around. They were even scared to serve the foods with a tray incase of fighting or so. Not recommended to have foods in!

Yummy only have maccys once in a while but it's a treat

We popped in as it was raining outside on our way back to the hotel we were staying at. Ordering off the board we took a seat and waited. After about 15mins in a not so busy place, we finally got our food. It was only ok at this point as i reckon it had been sitting at the counter. The Man on the floor was slow to move and didn't seem with it at all.

Delivery time was 25-30 min after waiting a hour the food arrived it was somebody else’s order and all the food was cold.

I was waiting 2 and a half hours for my order and it never arrived.

He came to my house and I didn’t get my food. I am beyond fuming, please give me a refund i didn’t get anything. The man’s name was Ali and he came to my door with no food. That was 2 hours of my life down the drain, £20 for nothing.

I recently ordered from McDonald's and was extremely disappointed with the service. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my orders from this location, but this recent experience was particularly frustrating. I ordered a Happy Meal, two apple pies, and an extra hamburger. When I received my order, the only items included were the toy and the burger from the Happy Meal. Both apple pies and the extra hamburger were missing. This wasn't even a large order, so it's baffling how so many items could be overlooked. This has happened multiple times before, and it's unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect better accuracy and service. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for items I don't receive and to have to deal with the inconvenience of rectifying these mistakes repeatedly. I hope McDonald's addresses these recurring issues and ensures better quality control in the future. Until then, I might consider taking my business elsewhere

They NEVER get your order right! NEVER. Don’t even send you a ketchup with 3 meals!!! Not 1. No drinks with any of the meal.

Highly not recommend, they are very unprofessional. They let you wait in drive-in without telling you anything until someone comes to the other stand. Later they was rude and not even try to explain and apologise to you. For let you waiting for no reason. I was there like 5-10 min. I was calling them I was honking on them without any result or answer. Highly not recommended to use this particular branch.
