This one has a drive thru. Service is usually fast and the food is hot. Couldn't ask for more from a McDonald's

Ordered at 12;30 am it’s 1:30 and I’m still waiting for my food tried calling the restaurant serval times and they decline the call I litterally ordered 2 apple pies this is top their lazyiness and shut customer service on your just eat I will be requesting b a refund as I still have not gotten my food !!!!

Absolutely shocking! I was served by the night manager, he gave me burnt dried chips. When telling him about the problem he said "oh I think it's only one pack like that". Sorry pardon?!?!? So he admitted to knowing and still continuing to serve me food not fit for the bin?!!!!. Disgrace. I requested all my fries to be re cooked which was done but again this behaviour from a manger is appalling and definitely needs addressing.

I have always preferred McDonald’s breakfast over the lunch but they tend to forget things that are stand, for example, McMuffin Duo Deal. It contains 2 McMuffins and 2 hash browns. They’ll forget your hash browns 8/10 times and when you complain to Uber Eats, they sometime won’t give you your money back. And when you try to call the store, they either don’t pick up or tell you “they’re not open” even though the app says so and I’ve placed my order. Don’t get me started on the sauces! Please try to do better. (I rated a 2 star on service due to the missing items on deliveries)

I would just like to thank McDonalds at Wandsworth roundabout as this is the third time in a row whilst ordering off Just Eat that they have missed item/s off an order. I would not mind but I only ordered a big mac meal and they forgot the chips so it seems whoever picked the order cannot read or perform simple tasks but the plus side is I have just deleted my Just Eat App and decided to not eat third rate takeaways any more because of this.

Foolishly decided to have lunch at this branch of McDonald's. Five minutes after consuming my Big Mac meal, I rushed home in a gastrointestinal frenzy and panic, just in time to unleash (what looked like) ten gallons of chocolate Nesquik from my arsehole. Not recommended.

Every time I go here the foods cold I payed extra for extra cheese and pickes amd never even got any pickles let alone extra never again will I go there

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a disturbing incident I witnessed at your establishment on Saturday, 11th January 2025, around 6-7 PM. As a loyal customer of several years, I have always associated your brand with professionalism and respect. However, this experience has left me questioning those values. While visiting your venue, I observed a manager, identified as Kate, engaging in what can only be described as appalling behavior. She was loudly reprimanding two members of her staff in the vicinity of the customer restrooms, within full view and earshot of patrons. Her tone was harsh, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. To make matters worse, she publicly instructed the staff members to leave the premises, humiliating them in front of customers. The severity of this behavior cannot be overstated. My 5-year-old daughter, who was present during this upsetting incident, was visibly frightened and began to cry. No employee, or indeed any human being, deserves to be treated in such a degrading manner, let alone in a public setting. Such conduct reflects poorly not only on the manager in question but on the broader management culture that would permit such actions to occur. This type of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. It not only tarnishes the experience for customers but also raises serious concerns about how staff are treated behind closed doors. As a loyal patron, I find it incomprehensible that such a toxic display of authority could be allowed in your establishment. Until there is a clear demonstration that such behavior is addressed and rectified, I regret to inform you that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to ensure that both your employees and your customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have used this place many times before with varying degrees of satisfaction, but today was particularly poor. The restaurant was not busy, but we waited fully 20 minutes for the order to be cobbled together for the four of us. There were 3 menu items that were not available and the veggy burger was served 5 minutes after the rest of the meal which we had waited 20 minutes for. A really disappointing visit

It’s a McDonald’s you know what to expect, it has a drive-thru and indoor seating, on a busy section of roads, car park. Toilets, all you need.

I come here on new year night, long waiting lines, rubbish on the tables and we went to sit outside... As walk the paper bag broke and the sandwiches and the french fries fall on the floor, I complained but the stuff didn't care... I am not sure those is this smart Alek to come with this idea to put the food in the paper bags, will never come here again , 40£ wasted

Really disappointed with the service here. Our food order was missing some items and the staff is rude, which caused a simple fast food order to turn into a very bad experience. As a visitor to this area of ​​London I was very surprised to find such poor management, they are unprofessional and hostile towards customers. Because? Maybe this is McDonald's British style? I will not return to this place if I visit London again.

It's a big mistake when you think you will get a tasty meal here. First the french fries smell like they were cooked in old burn oil, the burger tasted like you are chewing old piece of rubber, was no taste whatsoever, the table was dirty and we had to wait for sometime to bring our food, on the top of everything was no electricity and I couldn't charge my phone when I was waiting for our food. At end we got what we come for- fast food with below average taste...very much disappointed ☹️

I always come here to pick up food with the Mc Drive service and it's always super fast and the crew is very friendly. In particular yesterday I was in a hurry and I needed my receipt and Cathy was great in printing it for me and giving me extra sauces! amazing staff!

I ordered food that said it would arrive at 3.20. The time proceeded to delay by 20 minutes even though the restaurant was t busy. It was late at night so we were very hungry and tired and wanting to sleep as soon as possible. The delivery driver couldn’t find my flat which took another 5-10. The food ended up being cold and they also forgot to pack the garlic mayo. I don’t usually complain but when I’m disappointed after paying £17 on food and receive it cold. I would like my money back please

Can you believe that Mcdonald doesn't accept your own cup, we all talking saving the planet and McDonald's is one of the company who doesn't want to save the planet rediciolous.

Worst staff ever, always careless with takeaway orders, 2weeks ago gave me nuggets instead of strips and only discovered when arrived home, week after gave me less pieces than ordered, now brought from there the staff member was rude as called my number , I went to ask he ignored me twice then pushed the bag towards me in a rude way saying here it is. Again went home the pieces were two less and they didn’t put dips which is part of the order.

If you visit here at night it looks like a police drunk tank there are that many vagrants and police officers hanging around.

Almost everything sold out... very poor hamburgers... if there are missing ingredients it doesn't matter, they put a drink that was practically water instead of coke...

My order was confirmed at 2.46am. It arrived around 4.30am. 2 hours. I woudl not have stayed up? And, wrong food delivered.

Fabulous mordern McDonald's, open 24 hours, plenty of parking, drive thru, seating inside and outside, good value coffee latte only £1.99 and EV chargers on site a bonus.

What can you say? It's a macdonalds takeaway? It's all the same, it's just a quick and easy stop. The only thing to add is it is getting quite expensive for what you get, it's no longer a cheap snack or meal. You can easily spend more in here than it costs you for a more wholesome meal in a cafe or restaurant.

Who can not like a McDonalds closer to your home and open 24/7.

Yeah, so the first order got cancelled. For some reason, we still got charged for it. I dont know when we are going to be refunded for that . I mean, she said we will get the refund the card will "see" that the order never went through and give the money back. The second time, it was like 10bucks more even though we ordered fewer things, and when we got home, why were missing a whole meal, and we couldn't go back because it's like 3 miles from our house so the point is the service is a joke and we are you eating mcdonald's in the first place go to like kfc or smth I went to it cuz kfc was closed hope this helps

Supervisor gave me a stone cold coffee and a boiling hot one. I get my two coffees from there in the morning. I’m always polite and then you get disgusted from how someone can give you this. You may be sick or something. It was done out of malice as it the cold coffee did not come from a machine. It was from the side….. cold. I will be making a formal complaint

Great 24 hour restaurant with plenty of parking and security staff. Visited at 6.39am in the morning after the Shine overnight walk my wife and friend 26mile Cancer walk. Great to see staff at this site giving good service. Worth a visit.

If you need the toilet, this place is convenient. Staff are rude. Food, if you can call it that I'd avoid.

It's a McDonald's so it's hard to rate it as particularly outstanding but if you like McDonald's it's good. The drive through is nice and quick, and it's fairly easy to drive to if you don't mind the Wandsworth roundabout which can be a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

In the last 6 months or so this McDonald’s has gone downhill - long wait times for food and often arrives cold. Clearly trying to cut costs at the expense of the customer. I’d suggest going to another one in Wandsworth or Putney

The ice cream came to me very late. They kept pushing back the time of when it was going to be delivered to me. I had to wait ages to receive my ice cream. by the time it got to me it was melted and it was lukewarm. I had to throw it away very unhappy.

Be careful someone who use to work here told me that their Drive thru deliberately give you less stuff. I tried it and found 3 items out of 10 items are missing. Stupid idiots.

Not exactly fine dining but you know sometimes when you really have a craving for a burger and some quality fries Macky D’s never fails to hit the spot. I keep things really simple with my orders double cheeseburger 🍔 with bacon, fries 🍟 and 20 chicken nuggets! Can’t go wrong! Happy 50th Anniversary 🥳 the double patties burger promotion is amazing!

I received a delivery with a bite taken out of my burger. The bag was sealed so I can only assume that this was a member of staff who fancied a little snack before delivery. Utterly horrendous. Hygiene is a thing of the past with this McDonalds. Don't bother.

The menu is what you'd expect: starters, salads, side dishes and sauces clustering around McDonald's main focus, burgers We had two successful starters. A salad of veal tongue with white beans, artichokes and salsa verde was a light, balanced, unshowy dish, in contrast to the other starter, which was rich, risky and flashy, but also worked: a "flan" of bone marrow with mushroom marmalade and parsley salad. This was only just in balance, with the mushroom's savoury depth rescuing the marrow from oversweetness just in time. The marrow was served in its bones, so don't ask me why it was a "flan". Slow-cooked Wagyu beef short ribs with puréed cauliflower and curry spicing, meanwhile, was sweet, satisfying, spoon-tender and so apocalyptically rich, I felt peculiar all night. (Maybe Wagyu beef, famous for its fatty marbling, is wrong for also-fatty short ribs. Finished it off with a Mcflurry whilst listening to some awful R&B.

Service was not impressive, I wanted to pay by cash but, no one was willing to serve. I would understand if they were under staff , and they were rushed off their feet. That wasn't the case, management looked over and continued being on their phone on the side, it was only after 5 mins he still saw me standing there not being served, he was about to come over, but I already acknowledged a staff member. There was no shame or professionalism.

It's a macdonalds, so does the job when it's 2am and there's nothing else open. But the service here at night is slow, and when I've been the order is cold or missing something. So even for a mcdonalds it's bad. Best off grabbing something from the 24 hour m and s across the road.

I placed my order at 00:45 this morning and was told delivery would be 15-30 mins. My order turned up at 2:03 - well over an hour later. My food was cold, had a triple cheeseburger missing, my drink missing and only had one piece of chicken in my wrap. I would like a full refund for this order. I’m very unimpressed with the service of McDonald’s through JustEat.
