It took my money out of my account twice

took almost an hour to arrive and the food was cold

Excellent food apart from the olives in the chicken wrap.. nice and hot too

One of the best subway wraps I’ve had in the last year or so! Very happy with the experience! I get subway frequently and it’s usually good, but this wrap was done sooo perfectly - absolutely had to leave a good word. Was served by Kaushal - great service and food, thank you! PS no photos cause the food was gone before I even thought of that!

The bag was not sealed by the sticker, it had only been used to attach the receipt. How am i suposed to trust that the food wasn't tampered with? Disappointed.

Forgot items for my delivery. No refund

Chirag was so helpful when assisting me order a large amount of platters for a business lunch of a large team, 70+ staff! Chirag was so polite and went through all the available options, and even offered to lend me a few of his staff members to help carry all the platters back to the office. For a small branch, they were so helpful and the food went down great - thank you Chirag and staff!

My sandwich is ice cold. This is disgusting

I ordered a hot sub and received a very cold and bent one. i kept looking at the track your item and he was originally 9 mins away he went the other direction and spent another 10 mins at the same address before and then went the other direction again stopping at the same address again another delivery restaurant. terrible, driver was rude as well

Very good Subway, the meal was very good, the cookies delicious and we had a very nice little tea. Do not hesitate to leave a comment on the subway site to receive a free product.

Never used this branch before. Went in at lunchtime and got takeaway. The Italian cheese and herb bread overcooked that its rock hard and inedible. Hard to determine if overcooked or stale, or both. Just ate contents and threw bread in the bin. Update: my friend ordered on Just Eat. Big mistake to try it again. The salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pickles) were all mulchy. Either out of date or had been allowed to partially freeze then defrosted.

Was given vegan meatballs sub instead of regular one

Will intentionally leave out stuff like cheese on your sub due to fact your ordering and think they can get away with it

Guy makes your sub without even asking for customisation, what is that about?? I asked for tex Mexan and he just made it standard instead of asking. Very disappointed. Also shop is crowded with basically no seating area and they let the Uber eats drivers sit in customer seating ? How is that allowed. Sort it out. Service awful.

I bought a sandwich with chicken from another branch of Subway yesterday for £6.50. Today, I bought the same sandwich, this time with Salami at the Morden branch and he charged me £9.50. When I asked him the reason for this he said the filling is different hence the price! This is con. Will never go back to the Morden branch!

Cold food they wouldn't give my partner the food they kept saying I have to click something my end even though there was nothing to click. My food sat Thier for about 5-10mins. Thought collection was easier was alot harder. Never get this much hassle when they deliver they are usually good when they deliver.

The food was tasty. It always tastes good and fresh, but what happened to the 6 inch being an actual 6 inch? This is twice I've ordered, and both times, the sandwich is just over 4 inches, so either someone can't cut properly in the Morden store or we are getting false advertising as it isn't 6. The footlong, however, is 12 inches still, so I don't know what the heck is happening with the 6 inch. Why is it so much smaller than it should be?

2 x cookies missing, please refund missing items.

My sandwich is dead cold and not toasted

My wrap was toasted with stuffing inside ... By the time I eat it was all so hard. Never had such a experience at Subway. Was really disappointing.Though the staff is friendly.

Food came stone cold only good thing was my drink was freezing which was nice but would have been nice if my order came on time instead of sitting in Morden for 10 min

literally 9 pieces of lettuce in a foot long , forgot the cheese , 5 cucumbers and forgot one of my sauce toppings .... the crisps I got where a small bag not a regular sized one ... 3 tomatoes ... in a foot long .... what is happening ... I ate bread ... bread people ...

there was barely any lettuce in my sandwich and no cheese was added to my sandwich when i asked for cheese. will not be buying from here again.

You didn’t deliver it to my house, if you needed help you should’ve called and double checked the order number.

Sub was toasted, I ordered “not toasted.” Other than that everything was fine.

Few times ordering through UberEats, 2 times my bread wasn't toasted and I do always check toast. Another 3 times I order and pay for extra cheese and my sandwich comes with no cheese at all. Today I wrote to UberEats and they have refunded me for the extra cheese, but I had to eat sandwich without any cheese. Stay well away this store, terrible service.

A bit disappointed that the subs was not hot although delivery was on time.

A 6-inch tuna sub with double meat should have 4 scoops of tuna - not even 2 given. Not the first time this crowd have done this, but definitely the last time I, or this household, orders from. Enjoy the few pennies you conned out of me - you've just lost several £100s !

Cheese bites were soggy and cold and not fresh at all There was no cheese inside the sandwich as requested and chicken tikka was undercooked

The pizza slice was mainly tomato sauce, and there was no double cheese in my sub!!

Once again we order and there's something wrong. When you order a tuna sub with salad, mayo and crispy onions and you receive a sub with no tuna or crispy onions you really wonder whether the staff actually read the orders or just make it up! Literally no Tuna? 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Ordered a 6" sub, the one I got was barely over 4", never had that issue before. It's always been a good sized sub so I'm not sure what happened. It was tasty but not filling due to it being so short but they still charge for a full 6 inch. That is poor trading.

Good and quick service. Fortunately I experienced the contrary to the previous, negative reviews.

excellent food as always - wraps very full of delicious flavours - when you are ordering from the shop direct you can add as many sauces as you want but you are not able to do this online? is this at all possible?

Although I do enjoy the food here. Quite frankly my drink either doesn't turn up or is the wrong drink... no problems with the food apart from the occasional missing item but I still enjoy the subs and hot sides. Something to eat hot now and something for later.... but please try to bring my drink it's getting silly now xx

Ordered wedges if you can call them that they were just bits and pieces and cold not worth the money. Salad box was ok.

THE BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB ONLY CAME WITH ONE INGREDIENT INSIDE IT WHICH WAS THE DRY BUFFALO CHICKEN. IT DIDN’T HAVE ANY OF THE OTHER INGREDIENTS LISTED TO BE IN IT. SUBWAY SORT YOURSELF OUT, THIS IS A UNACCEPTABLE MISTAKE.

I have never ordered a Subway but my 1st time was so good I've ordered a couple of times again I would recommend they are delicious You wouldn't think that you would get such great value for money but you do If it thinks you require time are you not hungry and I'm very happy Thank you
