Personal amable, hamburguesas decentes con una buena cantidad de opciones en el menú. Es un restaurante independiente, bueno para apoyar a la comunidad local. ! ¡Mejor que cualquier McDonald's!

No entiendo todas las críticas negativas aquí. Fui a The BGR para un amigo 40 cumpleaños. Pudieron acomodar a más de 30 de nosotros. Las hamburguesas eran realmente buenas como eran las batatas fritas. ¡No tengo gluten y ofrecen una opción sin pan o puedes traer tu propio pan! Mi única queja es que tenían sauvignon blanc en el menú pero no estaba disponible. Las comidas de los niños también fueron muy buenas. Mi sobrino tuvo las pepitas y la pizza que devoraron.

Visité para un cumpleaños de amigos. El personal manejó muy bien nuestra mesa de 30 amigos. La comida se entregó caliente y estaba muy sabrosa. El personal fue atento y se aseguró de que todos tomaran una copa. Gran lugar para grandes reuniones. Prácticamente teníamos todo el lugar para nosotros. Bien hecho #GBR.

Ordenado de deliveryoo varias veces, las porciones de comida son pequeñas o desagradables. La orden de hoy las cuñas se quemaron negro solo sabía a carbón. Las hamburguesas estaban recocidas y duras como una roca. De hecho, estoy realmente molesto porque nuestra noche para llevar y el dinero se desperdiciaron y me sentí sucio después de comer tan bien. Aunque la mayoría fue a la basura.

Al llegar, recibimos una bienvenida muy fría y nos advirtieron de manera grosera que el restaurante cerraría en 30 minutos una chica con cabello largo y oscuro detrás de la caja. El gerente luego se acercó a nosotros y nos aconsejó que pudiéramos tomar asiento, ella tomó nuestro pedido y fue realmente agradable, nada era demasiado para ella. Pedimos las alas que eran realmente agradables en ambos sabores que probamos, también probamos las hamburguesas y batidos en un par de sabores diferentes, todo lo que probamos fue agradable, especialmente las alas. No nos podemos quejar de la comida y sin duda volveremos. Micheala también fue muy amable y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Es una lástima que hayamos recibido una bienvenida tan fría y escuché a la otra chica quejarse de que todavía nos atendían.

Drove from Epsom to visit this burger bar and went in at 09:00pm asked for a table for two days only to be told were closing in 30mins even though its advertised as 10:00pm closing. Very Angry as we wanted to try this venue with a view to booking it for a upcoming birthday party. Stick with Nandoes better service and they don’t close early!

There is a decent choice on the menu but the burgers are not like other places of the same calibre. I would rate these lower than most other such places.

Super slow service. Poor quality greasy burgers in brioche. Expensive too for how below par they are.

We were the only two people in the place (early 6.00pm), I asked about the offer on the blackboard outside and asked if I could order from it. Yes I was told. At the end, I asked to pay and was charged full price (we were still the only two people in the place) by the member of staff who took our order. What PIA it turned in to. Trying to query the bill as by this point in time a group of people had come in and the member of staff would not come to us. Then being told it was a lunch time offer only. Then being told it was a all day offer (it took 15 minutes to get to this point in time now), I was so x'ed off at this point. Have staff that can produce the correct bill for the customer At no point did any one say sorry for the confusion + upset caused by the staff errors!!

We visited as a family with two children aged 12 and 9; our children find the food in this place delicious. When we visited for early dinner on Saturday, the place was very busy with lots of other families, however the service was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed the halloumi sticks, the burgers and the milkshakes very much! The cost was reasonable, and we will definitely be back again.

Popped in to grab a late lunch between meetings. Quiet, only 2 tables when we entered at 1.50pm but it still took nearly 30 mins for 4 sticky chicken wings and 2 Bacon feature burgers to arrive. Nothing special and would not return by choice. Liked there was a choice of 4 oz & 6oz burger patties.

Just walked in at 9PM to an empty restaurant (Tuesday Evening), to be told that they are closing at 9:30, not 10 as advertised and signed on the door as they have as a quiet night. Young lady behind the bar was quite rude. No idea what the food is like as we didn’t stay.

The staff don't know the menu, couldn't advise me on my dietary requirements/allergens. Ended up with chips for a meal, which just tasted like oil. Definitely won't waste money here again.

We visited this restaurant as we had spotted it in Raynes Park and wanted to give it a try, even though it seemed quite quiet. But we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The burger was really tasty, and the definitely the best burger we had had in a long time. We really liked the coleslaw too, and the milkshakes! The italian waitress was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would definitely come back here again!

I've been to this restaurant about once a month since it opened, and I think it's excellent. The burgers are quite clearly made on the premises, and they're juicy and tasty. They put cola-braised onions in most of the burgers, which are delicious - sticky and sweet and slippery and yummy :) The sweet potato chips are excellent - always very crispy without being burnt. And they used smoked cheddar in their cheeseburger, which means it actually still has flavour when it's melted. My only tiny comments are that I wish the burgers could be cooked less than medium (but I think that's set by the local council), I wish they were on brioche (but I'm being picky!), and there's only one loo - which I also think could be better maintained. They have nice local beers, and they also have a really great selection of gins and tonics - I think about 12+ gins and four different types of tonic. I've found the service to always be pleasant and straightforward, and someone's always come round to ask if I was happy with my meal - which I appreciate. The place is often empty or mostly empty, which makes me sad, because honestly this is the best burger restaurant I know, anywhere in London. And even better for being directly on my journey home from work!

If you want a burger that just tastes of pepper and ketchup then this is the place for you. BGR owners please up your game. As you're all about burgers your burgers should really stand out. At present they do not

I had mixed feelings about this place. The goat cheese salad wasn't a good choice. It came from the kitchen without any seasoning and there wasn't any olive oil or vinager in any of the tables around us. Quite disappointing. But the hamburguers were nice....
