The food is great and so tasty, everyone is always so friendly! and everyone that we have taken has gone back time and time again

Have been going here for the past few weeks, at first it was okay. But recently the standards have fell massively. The food has been a lot more bland. Lacking flavour and dry. Also they have been getting my orders wrong, not once but the last three times in row. I don’t know if this is the chefs fault or the young children who take the orders. But either way This is definitely the last time I will be using this place. I gave them 3 chances and every time since it has been poor service. Such a shame because i was using this place quite often. But there’s nothing worst then picking up your food, driving home, getting settled to find out they have messed your order up. As being in the catering industry for 15 years and having a cafe myself, this is such an amateur mistake and shouldn’t be happening, specially if you aren’t busy. The box you have a very disappointed customer it’s now a no from me

Was excited to visit this outlet for the first time for a take away. My visit was around 9:40 but there was little choice left on the menu . I had a small box of curried goat and white rice which cost £6.50. Good valve and the quantity was more than sufficient. The taste wasn’t suberb and not flowing with spices as I would have expected so I would rate the taste as mediocre. The service was also quite mediocre and the young lady who took my money went to do some sweeping of the floor area then returned to dry and put away dishes with no hand washing! She then proceeded to remove my food from the microwave, tied back her long plaits ( over my open box of food) and then added pasta salad and 1 plantain slice to my food box before closing. The reception floor area was quite sticky. So maybe there could be some improvements on cleanliness along with head covering for staff as all 4 staff I saw in the kitchen/ reception area had no head covering.
