Great place for food service and atmosphere. Staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful

If you want to be rushed into eating your steak then please do attend this restaurant. We turned up for dinner and were told it’s a 90 min sit in and eat. How ridiculous. I will not be going back or recommending this venue to any of my family and friends.

We came here excited to eat well and enjoy the place , sadly the food was way below a minimum standard, and little things could have made the meal delicious, When you pay 150 for a meal for two and steaks that are £40 you expect it to be at least seasoned , fair the food was poor but the attitude of the manager was disgusting, when asked how it was we gave some constructive criticism, nothing harsh but Anna completely got defensive and wouldn’t listen, her tone , body language and over all attitude was the biggest let down, Extremely poor communication skills and not fit to be a front of house employee, we had no intention of writing a poor review but she actually dared us as we left to do so , plenty better options locally

We had a beautiful family Dinner here!! the steak was delicious, and perfectly cooked as were the mashed potatoes and vegetables. The staff were so friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for you which was so nice as it was my son’s 16th birthday which they made so perfect for us. I will definitely be returning. Buen restaurante pero muy ruidoso. Buen trabajo reservamos una mesa como estaba lleno (de ahí el ruido). Un poco de espera entre cursos, pero estaban muy ocupados. Grandes filetes de solomillo, patatas fritas estaban calientes aunque solo recién cocinado, el brócoli estaba caliente. Disfrutamos de nuestra comida y lo recomendaría.

A fantastic dinner to celebrate my husband's 50th. We ordered steaks and they were delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive and even brought out a surprise birthday sorbet for my husband (who is lactose-intolerant). Outstanding service and food. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed. Nothing tasted like it had been seasoned, not even salt on the steak. Calamari had a nice flavour to it however, was let down by the soggy coating. Steak was very chewy, hard to cut and stringy?. Sadly would not recommend

We arrived 15 minutes early was was told we were too early so we took a walk around the block. We arrived still a little early but we had a table. Although I booked via Open Table there was a slight confusion about my booking but was soon sorted out. We had the taster platter to share & every piece of steak was cooked to perfection. Tender, succulent. Tasty. Perfect! We had the Banoffee pie & passion fruit & mango cheesecake for desert. We thought they were a little pricey for what they were & too sweet. Overall an extremely good experience & we’ll be visiting again!

Hice una reserva y me negaron a ser servido en base a mi hija ser celiaco (la contaminación cruzada está bien). Al parecer "el pan se cuece en la misma parrilla que el filete". La reserva fue cancelada. Estoy seguro de que la comida es buena, pero si tienes algún tipo de alergia alimentaria no vengas aquí!

Small but beautiful, steaks perfectly cooked and great taste; service friendly, knowledgeable. House Malbec very good, all in all great value, will be back!

Love this steak restaurant but sadly my steak was almost blue instead of medium rare, as was my friends but we managed to eat it , it was still tasty but unusual for them to get it wrong but they were busy! Hasn’t put me off going i will just make sure next time it’s correct before tucking in

On arrive was shown to table near door which was not suitable. Discussed with Manager who said if we were willing to wait 15 minutes then we would be able to move table. Ordered our drinks and 15 minutes later we were moved to a different table. Found the staff where friendly, engaged in conversation and offered a great service. This is the third Buenos Aires restaurant we have visited as a couple and also as a family and never had a bad experience at any of them. Highly recommended

Asked for a nice table and was given a great table for 2 by the window. Was well greeted and taken to our table on arrival. Restaurant is quite small and packed in was happy to get the only table for two on its own. Would recommend requesting this. Food was well presented had prawns and olives to start and shared a 16oz perfectly cooked medium rare steak for main course with tender stem broccoli and chunky chips We ordered a Tapiz Malbec I thought it would be a little more full bodied to compliment the steak overall was enjoyable. We found the restaurant fairly priced for the offering. My only negative is the packed in seating be aware when booking. Food very worth the costs

Mixed Experience – Great Food, Poor Management We recently visited this restaurant for a dinner, and while the food was absolutely delicious and our waiter was both polite and attentive, our experience was dampened by the manager’s poor attitude and some unclear communication around the service. We had a reservation for 9:30 pm, fully aware that the last food order was at 10 pm. What we didn’t know, and weren’t informed of, was that the bar would stop serving alcohol after 10 pm as well. When we asked for dessert, we were told that the coffee machine had already been cleaned for the night, so no coffee was available either. We were left unable to order the gin and tonic or coffee we had wanted to finish our meal, which was quite frustrating. Adding to this, the manager’s attitude gave us the impression she wanted to go home as soon as we arrived. For a meal that cost us £130, not being able to enjoy a coffee or a drink at the end felt very disappointing. We wish we had been informed in advance about these cut-off times, as it would have helped us make different choices earlier in the meal. While the food and our server were great, the poor communication and unfriendly service from the manager left us with a sour aftertaste. It’s a shame, because the dining experience could have been perfect otherwise.

Good atmosphere but very small slot per table. After 1.5 hours we were asked to finish. There were 5-6 free tables. On the way out we were told that there were no guests at our table and we could stay. We decided to continue the evening in another restaurant

Unfortunately you are eating with the clock ticking in this place; is it busy? Well, we re paying for a meal - if u have no availability, then do no accept the booking .. no respect to paying customers - appalling attitude.. Can’t comment on food as we hardly had time to eat - revolving doors culture? The service was “efficient” (rude) to stress this as soon as we sat down … what a pity, the chef had no chance in this place; customers have no time to enjoy food but do not order empanadas

Food and service were amazing. The starters, main, and dessert were incredible. The staff were very professional and nice. We were four people and we all were very happy with the whole experience.

You should expect to get good service, excellent food, good choice of wines and cocktails. It's well worth a visit

Went for a birthday meal with my wife. She had the rump and I had the ribeye. Both cuts were fantastically cooked and so were the sides and sauces. We had the house red which only these restaurants have and it was one of the best reds I've ever had. Lovely staff and excellent banoffee pie!

We have made Buenos Aires our regular go to for steak. Best steak in London. Not our first visit.

The rib eye (bife ancho) is as good as you can get in Argentina, which is to say, it's incredible. The same applies for the provoleta, especially when it's left in for a bit longer and gets crispy. The Chorizo al Malbec absolutely amazing and the best starter on the menu. My only criticism is that it gets very loud in there when it's full, so it's hard to have a conversation without shouting. Also, you pay for this sort of quality. But, overall, five stars.

We were met by friendly helpful staff, steak was amazing, best I've had. We had 8oz ribeye, would have bigger steak next time as it was so good and didn't want it to end. Mushroom sauce for steak was good too. Had banoffee pie and my husband had a caramel cheesecake, both really good and freshly made. Restaurant not huge but nicely decorated and clean, nice sparkly lights around the walls in the evening. Would definitely go here again. We were deciding what we'd have next time, before we left, so we had a good time.

Very nice place, food is amazing and the stuff is very accommodating. We are meeting with my friends with a 1 year old and the staff there make such an effort to help us sitting the baby we were all very grateful. We all live very nearby so we would definitely be coming back for more in near future…..☺️☺️🥰🥰

I love this restaurant, the dressing they use on their house salad is amazing and the steaks are always cooked to perfection. They have a variety of sauces to add to the steaks which is great and a good selection of wines to accompany the meal. I highly recommend this place.

Husband and I came here late on Friday night without a booking. Luckily a party didn’t show up and we were sat promptly. I cannot stress how great the service was and how good the food was. We ordered the provolone to start which was absolutely delicious. We each ordered a ribeye and filet done medium well as our main. We chunky chips, creamy mash, and creamy spinach as side dishes. We literally cleaned each dish. Even the bit on lettuce on the side of the plate was delicious. We were so happy with our last minute choice of dinner. Ambiance, food, and service were absolutely perfect. We are definitely coming back!!!

I am writing this out of memory of when I ate at Buenos Aires steak place years ago, as my friend and I went lastnight, but couldn't be served, as I have a high allergy to Mango. The restaurant must have changed staff or menu, as I have eaten there many times before. Their comment was the kitchen is small and traces of Mango puree might get on some of the food.

We really enjoyed the great food and the fantastic service. Thank you and see you next year during Wimbledon Championships

I love this restaurant! I went there with a friend and we had an excellent experience. The place is cozy and food is delicious. We chose the meat selection and a couple of starters. When the food arrived we were surprised by the big size of the portions and it tasted very good! The staff recommended us the best wine to be coupled with our meal. They were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Anna and Joanna were amazing! I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Post Wimbledon meal, great setting, friendly service and excellent food. We had the sharing platter main which included a selection of Argentinian meats and treats plus a couple of sides. Well cooked, swift service, good value. Highly recommended

Popped in here for a pre theatre meal as I LOVE the Richmond branch and visit it weekly. I was SO disappointed with my experience. Rude manager. She asked me to reiterate about 15 times that I wouldn't sue them if my food was cross contaminated (I have a peanut allergy). Was not asked how my food was. Informed them it was a quick bite to eat as I was meeting friends at New Wimbledon Theatre. Bill was brought to me when I hadn't finished eating and told I had 10 mins to pay up and get out as the table was needed. Proper service would be to come over and say "just to let you know, we do have another booking at 7.30pm, and I know you said you had theatre tickets, so would it be ok to bring your bill over now so you have a chance to review it and ask any questions". I will NEVER visit this venue again. The waiter and the bar man seemed good though and friendly to tables around me. Just an awful AWFUL manager who has no idea about customer service.

Lovely little restaurant in Wimbledon. Food, service and atmosphere was delightful. We were 3 adults and a teenager and they catered for our needs including allergies. Will come back again.

Celebrated husband’s bday one early evening & the front of house team could not be friendlier! Everyone was lovely & bubby - we shared a joke or two before ordering. Cosy slightly dark interior - the seating by the front window makes a romantic corner. Fabulous value for money fillet steak cooked medium rare to perfection with sides & beautiful Malbec. Relaxed & chilled with the team coming out to sing a Happy Birthday to the birthday boy ! He was a tad embarrassed being over the hill but makes for a lovely evening out ! Love this steakhouse & would return anytime !

Very Bad experience today ... I booked online and Had a valid Reservation... but when I arrived with my Family I was told they did Not See the booking. There were two empty Tables, and after insisting that I Had a valid booking I was literally thrown Out of the Restaurant. I mean, when they are Not able to Support online booking they should Not offer it. 10 minutes later my booking was canceled, so the Restaurant Had IT in their files. Also, the formerly nice Ambiente was gone as they now packed the small Restaurant full with Tables and IT was awfully loud. Too Bad, IT was a nice place, but they have Seen me for the Last Time.
