Really great food, some of the best ribs I’ve had. All delivered piping hot and on time. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic food good portion sizes and lovely

I don't know what was wrong with this food but it smelt and tasted bad. Both main food smelt terrible to the point I couldn't even eat it, almost like the ingredients were off or weren't cooked properly. I didn't even get any noodles at all on one dish, half the ingredients were missing, the entire dish was just beans. The starter was fine but I basically paid to throw food away. Not worth it.

I have used them many times and on this occasion delivery was late and food was cold

The driver went on a 10-12 minute ride arose the town collecting more meals as he had another meal in his bag , so the food was cold and this is a service I will never use again as when I questioned your driver his excuse was no internet which is not my problem .we had to throw the meal away as it was cold and I refuse to heat a fresh meal up in a microwave .absolute waste of £30 as I had to order another meal and collect myself .this service needs to be reviewed why the driver took our meal on a 12 minute drive when we were less than 1 minute from the fish and chip shop .i will be expecting a full refund as you can follow the route your driver took

All rather disappointing. Crispy shredded beef was chewy as if it was reheated from earlier. Chicken satay was a generic boiled chicken and veg with no peanuts and a flavourless cornflour sauce. Pad Thai noodles was almost entirely noodles with no flavour. First and last order from this takeaway. Really wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent on food & arrival time. The only comment I'd make is the chip's would be better placed in a bigger bag to avoid being lukewarm, other than that - the meal was delicious. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Takeaway or home delivery is all they do here, wide range of Chinese food available on their menu and short wait for the order to be completed before we were on our way (we have not tried home delivery). Food was v tasty and one of the best takeaways in the SW London area. Only issue is cash payment only, so visit the cash machine before going there as no card payment.

I never received the duck spring rolls however food quality is very good

I ordered a Chicken Chao Mein and a Chicken fried Rice with chicken balls. I got mix of chicken, prawns, and other meat in both the rice and CM. This could have been quite serious since I am alergic to sea food.

Food good … Delivery waited for 1 & a half hours … and live 5 minutes away … so will not use again

chow mein was good. chilli chicken was really weird chk balls with sweet chili sauce & no vegies. sweet sour chk was tooo sweet..

The food was tasty except for the Prawn Crackers which were disappointingly flavourless. The food was hot despite arriving 20 mins after the ordered time.

Garbage. Thought I’d give them one last try but bad food, terrible service and useless communication. This place used to be good. Now it’s a disgrace but, to be fair, it’s not all their fault. JustEat and other platforms that represent them are equally culpable. JE allow these suppliers to manage their own delivery process so customers are actually better off ordering by phone….

Flavours good, pork nice and tender, chow mein could have been more generous with the meat but nice. Thx

Is this some kind of joke? Order was an hour late. Restaurant admit to lying when challenged on ‘there in 10 mins’,. Food turns up soggy and lukewarm. Just eat cite ‘technical’ reasons why review can’t be left..restaurant and just eat both guilty - how can places like this be allowed to operate??

Very good food. Finally found thin noodles chow mein. Vegetarian one could do with some more vegies in it.

1st time that we have ordered from here, food was lovely.

My usual Chinese was closed on a Tuesday and so I tried this take away for a large order for my mothers birthday. I am please to say I was not disappointed. the food was excellent . It arrived hot and was very tasty. It was not oily or greasy. The taste was very good. Vicky who worked there was extremely helpful in suggesting what dishes to order. I will defiantly be ordering from there again and so will the rest of my family.

I’ve waited over a month to post this to give both Just Eat and the restaurant a chance to rectify the issue we had. We’ve pretty much been ignored by both of them. We placed a big order, over £80. We all had a bit of everything. My toddler started choking and we couldn’t get whatever was causing it out. We shined a torch down her throat and found a two inch piece of steel wire lodged in her throat. Very obviously a piece of wire from a steel brush used to clean woks. We had to throw the food out and take our 2 year old to A&E because she was bleeding and in pain. I have contacted Just Eat many times, they said they’d liaise with the restaurant. We haven’t had a refund or an apology from either of them. We are utterly disgusted and the lack response is completely unacceptable. Stay well clear of them.

Just one comment. Ordering by phone you can not order small portions so therefore a lot gets wasted and it is a waste of money. Food is very good though.

Not nice. Dry tasteless Duck, Kung pao was mainly onions, watery sauce otherwise, chewy prawns. Prawn crackers taste of nothing and greasy. Rice smelled bad tasted stale or ‘feety’ £29 was horrendous for what the food was - not impressed. Nice and prompt service and delivery but would never use again,

I phoned in an order for collection. It was ready on time in about 10 minutes. The food was reasonably priced and tasted nice, however, they only seem to accept cash, which could be a problem for some.

Food was very nice but arrived late

Most disappointing Chinese I've probably ever had. Cantonese pork was flavourful but very tough. Crispy chilli beef was either over cooked or the strips of beef were so small that they dissolved in the fryer. Veggie spring rolls were very bland. As for the vegetable medley and Sichuan aubergine both extremely slimy and felt like the veggies were overcooked and therefore had little to no flavour. However the Singapore noodles were pretty good.

Food was delicious and it arrived at the exact time I pre-ordered! Can’t ask for much more…

I usually really rate China World but tonight was disappointing. My main (crispy chilli beef) seemed like it had been cooked so long that it was a slightly burnt flavour and a felt a bit dusty. It also seems harsh to complain about a freebie but I was kindly given prawn crackers that, unfortunately, I couldn't eat as they didn't even "crack". I'm not sure if they were old or had been kept somewhere they shouldn't or what. Like I said, it's a shame as usually I think the food is good.

We ordered king prawn in black bean sauce and a special fried rice. It was delicious, and hot.

Not up to their normal standards. Prawn crackers were stale, Chicken calls were hard. I think it was yesterday left overs.

A bit of a mix of good and bad. Large spring roll was literally dripping in grease but the chilli beef was possibly the best I've ever tasted. Unfortunately my order was 45 minutes late but it was a Saturday so they must be busy.

Ordered house special rice on 26/11/2020. House special rice,chilli beef and prawn balls. House special rice was delicious. Cooked dry with all the meats. Next day 27/11/2020 ordered the same dishes and was very disappointed. House special rice was plain egg fried rice with all the meats in a brown gravy poured on top of the egg fried rice. Disgusting! Gravy was bland as were the boiled meats in the sauce. TERRIBLY INCONSISTENT. Not sure about ordering from them now.

The food was so bland and v v disappointing. Ordered crispy lamb pancakes, sweet and sour prawn balls, sesame prawn toast, egg fried rice and Cantonese roast duck. All incredibly bland. The duck only came with bean sprouts, I was hoping for some other veggies with it. Arrived on time but not that warm. Would not use this takeaway again. Thoroughly disappointing.

might be a little expensive but still worth the money. Great choice of different meals which you can either eat a dish on your own or there is enough to share between 2 people if you have several dishes. What I like the most the dishes are hot which makes a change considering some food deliveries that you can get tend to be lukewarm.
